"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." –Gandhi It was a journey of selfexploration and development. I experienced things I have always wanted to do (e.g. working in a museum), practice what I've learnt through my course of study, and I am more certain of what I want to achieve in the future. Through this memorable experience I've known many people, learnt different cultural views and understood myself better. Puen Yong Jia, Global Volunteer in Mainland of China.
"Volunteering at Guangzhou, China was the best and memorable journey in my university life! I taught the children about art, we painted, we danced, we sang and we made cookies together, full of fun and happiness met a lot of friends from different places: Indonesia, Italy, Russia, Taiwan and China. We built our friendship and created our memories there. I learned and gained a lot of things that I've never seen in my textbooks, I experienced it! Trust me! You only live once, what are you waiting for? Let's go! Be a Global Volunteer and explore the world!" Chai Jia Ern, Global Volunteer in Mainland of China.
