Working closely with MCVP Exchanges in analysing the performance of entities and WENA project historical datas, understanding and proposing solution to solve bottlenecks, participating in creation and delivery of contents and guidelines for innovation, responsible of the tracking of the entities involved in the project, responsible to fill the tracking tool, responsible to take care of the communication flow within the entities involved
Requirements
EB experience (exchange areas preferred) Good Excel & Statistic knowledge (required), High understanding of national and international strategies in IR Wide organizational knowledge (AI 13|14, 14|15) High understanding of AIESEC Italy 15|16 strategies High level of proactivity Ability to work with other people with different backgrounds and ideas Direct and feedback seeking approach EXPA knowledge Good English

1. Provide a SWOT analysis on the current WENA project (that involved Norway, Greece, Malta and Portugal), for what do you know about it. 2. Based on the SWOT analysis you made, create a possible future project to keep on involving them, pointing out main benefits and challenges. 3. Create a strategy in order to keep a good level of communication within the entities, a good level of tracking of all the activates. 4.
