Who and when? • WinCo 2019 is addressed to Members, Team Leaders, EBe, EBc and EPs.
• The conference will take place from 30th January at 13 pm to 3rd February at 16 pm • Following the target per day: From 30° January •
Addressed to Members, Team Leaders, EB elected. • If EB current want to be on time for the 31st, you can come on the 30th, knowing that there won’t be session for you, just chilling.
From 31° January • •
EB current should join within 10 am of the 31st January. After this hour, no one will be allowed to enter in the plenary because of the starting process of MCP Election (and we need to respect the candidates space and emotions).
From 1° February •
From the morning of the 1° February, is also addressed to EPs

HOW TO REACH THE VENUE--> EASY! By Bus: From Latisana - Lignano Bibione Train station, Take the bus towards UDINE-LATISANALIGNANO, provided by SAF. The last suggested departs at 11:59 from the train station, the stop is LIGNANO VIA CENTRALE 29 COLONIE, after 29 minutes ride. The venue is just few minutes by foot from the bus stop!
By train: There are two options to reach the train station of Latisana - Lignano - Bibione. A train from Venezia Mestre towards Trieste, or a train from Trieste towards Venezia Mestre (Pay attention, only Regional trains stop in Lignano Latisana - Bibione, beware of Frecce). From the train station then take a look at bus instructions
By car : We suggest you to use a GPS or Maps. Generally if you are on the Motorway A4 take the exit Latisana and then follow the direction towards Lignano. It requires approximately 1h and 30m from Venice and 1h and 15m from Trieste.
HOW TO REACH THE VENUE--> EASY! FLIXBUS till Venezia Mestre. You can also have a 10% discount. If you are interested, please contact sara.alessi@aiesec.net There are many Flixbus from all over Italy that goes to Venice Mestre. Chek the following solutions in the booklet
The closest Airports are Venezia Marco Polo, Trieste Ronchi dei Legionari and Treviso.
From Venice and Treviso airports take the shuttle till Venezia Mestre train station and then follow the previous bus instructions. From Trieste Airport follow the directions for Trieste train station and then take the train towards Venice and stop at Latisana - Lignano - Bibione. NB: the last train to reach the venue on time runs at 09:44, the next one is at 12:44 and will get you late, and we all know you don’t wanna be late

Payment & cancellation policy After submitting the application form, you will book the nights you will stay at the hotel and pay for the conference according to your LCP’s/VP Finance’s guidelines*. 37 EURO PER NIGHT The fee you will pay will cover accommodation and meals. (starting from dinner of your check-in up to lunch of your check-out)
IF YOU FILL THE PODIO FORM YOU ARE BOOKING THE ROOM IN THE HOTEL AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE IT.
*Cancellation policy will be very strict: once you fill in the application form, you are obliged to pay.
Damages policy If you make your room dirty (with puke or others) or break something, all the people in the room will pay for the damage.
If you scream around the hotel and disturb the other guests, you will pay for the damage and you will start a get to know each other with the Police If you break something in the hotel, you will pay for that.
In all the cases, The money will be automatically taken for the LCs bank account.
