We are part of the movement that has unlocked AIESEC in Italy and has built a signiďŹ cant step forward for the organizaAon and the impact that we are bringing to our country. And now it is Ame for a new adventure. It is Ame for us to step up and bring our story to a new level. But that Ame starts with you, with every single ember of AIESEC in Italy that will embrace this call, to build AIESEC that every single member of the organizaAon will be proud of. How to reach the venue

You can reach Foligno staAon also by taking Flixbus from Bari, Bologna, Milano, Napoli, Verona and other ciAes. Check their site (hPps:// www.flixbus.it/). Do you need a Flixbus discount? Please contact your LCP to know more about the discounts reserved to your LC.

If you travel by train it is highly suggested to arrive at Foligno staAon where there will be the opportunity to book a shuPle service. It will cost 3€ each trip or 5€ round trip. You will have to book it through the applicaAon form since the COST WILL BE ADDED TO THE CONFERENCE FEE.

If you travel by car you can reach the venue via A1 highway taking the Trevi exit. Free parking space is provided in front of the hotel. Check here hPp:// www.hoteldellatorre.eu/ come-raggiungerci/


If you arrive at Foligno train sta;on, you will find a shu#le service that will bring you directly to the venue! It will cost 3€ each trip or 5€ round trip.

Shuttle service

You will have to BOOK it through the APPLICATION FORM since THE COST WILL BE ADDED TO THE CONFERENCE FEE. In order to benefit from it, you need to arrive at the train sta;on 15 minutes BEFORE THE OPENING starts (14:00 pm), and you need to leave AFTER THE CLOSING end ( 3rd of August -16:00 pm). Only if you arrive by flight you can get the shu#le service even though the conference has started. NO OTHER REQUESTS will be taken in considera;on!


1. A`er submiang the applica;on form, you will book the nights you will stay at the hotel and pay for the conference according to your LCP’s/VP Finance’s guidelines*. 37 EURO PER NIGHT

The fee you will pay will cover accommoda;on and meals. (star3ng from dinner of your check-in up to lunch of your check-out)

Payment & cancellation policy

IF YOU FILL THE PODIO FORM YOU ARE BOOKING THE ROOM IN THE HOTEL AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE IT.

*CancellaMon policy will be very strict: once you fill in the applicaMon form, you are obliged to pay.
