Oc and FACI Application --AIESEC in Italy--


We are extremely happy to launch applications for OC and FACI Team for TTL 2018! We are looking for brave individuals willing to step up and give 100% for this thrilling experience as it is. There will be a lot of work within the next weeks in order to deliver this conference, so if you feel like challenging and developing yourself in a national organizational committee experience, go ahead and fill out the application form!


GENERAL INFORMATION The conference site is: Hotel della Torre, Trevi (PG) The conference will take place from 9째 to 11째 November for Members and Team Leaders; OC and FACI presence is required from 8째 to 11째 November. Accomodation costs are covered; Transportation costs are not covered.


FACI Application


General Explanation The FACI Team will be composed by 8 FACIs, 6 from the plenary and two international FACIs. The focus of the conference is to engage the members and TLs with AIESEC, by explain how AIESEC make an impact in our context and how AIESEC can impact them, as well as prepare them to deliver our winter peak. For that, we are looking for EBs and Internationals. The accommodation is covered, but the transportation costs are not included.


Process Explanation Applications are open to: All EBs or alumni of AIESEC. The process will be composed by a questionnaire and an interview. Depending on the number of application an additional task might me required. If you are international, an endorsement from your LC’s current LCP, or MC, is required.

OC DELEGATES (x2)

OC DELEGATE EXPERIENCE

OC Team is the final responsible of delivering logistical aspects of the conference. General duties include: delegates, venue, transportation and engagement management. The OC Team is accountable to the MC 18.19 and by extension to the whole plenary. Furthermore it’s part of the conference team and is expected to interacts and help FACIs. 100% Accountability and problem solving skills are non-negotiable for all the OC positions for the whole duration of the term. The structure can change during the process.

Applications will close on 11° October Based on the Application Form response, only a shortlist of applicants will be required to take part in a personal interview. Depending on the number of applications, the non shortlisted candidates may not receive elaborated feedbacks but will have a response in any case.
