iGV Ceedership Winter Peak Edition
What is this ceedership about? iGV Plan for Winter Peak is 1100 APDs We want the LOUDEST Winter Peak ever and to make it so massive we cannot be alone, but we need a strong International Relations management. This semester we want to focus on Europe and become more relevant for this region. That’s why MC Drums want to give the opportunity to you to reach phisycally one of our main country partners to boost the approvals for your LC! The countries that have decided to take part to this initiative are Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Georgia and Turkey and per each one of them there is a specific plan!

The stories of our ceeder in 2017 The best part of the ceedership are the relations that I have established: I've been in contact with people that were living the same experience that I was living in Italy, they made me feel at home from the first day and they guided me in their beautiful culture. I've discovered a country where I've left a piece of my heart and I've met amazing people with whom I'm still in touch and that gave me a lot of beautiful memories.
Be a ceeder is an amazing experience because you can work for a week a team, you can meet face to face guys that want to come in our city and you can discover a new place and learn a lot from a different realities!
Ceedership in Georgia has been one of the most powerful experience that I have ever had in AIESEC so far. Meet in person the people I worked during the year, the EBs of Tbilisi and see again my georgian EPs in their hometown was something incredible. It’s in Georgia that me and a friend from the EB of Tbilisi promised to each other to meet again at the International Congress in Egypt as MC. We did.

There is gonna be Italy day to get applicants from the LCs of the rest of the country and make online interview.

Who can apply? Application is filled by the LC. Ceeder can be
- LCVP - Team Leader - Team Member - Alumno iGV background is preferred, but not required. Ceeder will promote opportunities of his own LC until all the spots will be taken. Then he will promote opportunities of other LCs
Conditions to apply 1) Flight ticket and visa expenses (if needed) are paid by the LC/Ceeder
2) LC has to ensure at least 20 opportunities opened by 30/09 3) Ceeder will have working hours, in the free time can travel 4) Ceeder has to keep constant communication with the MCVP iGV during the ceedership to track the results and provide ongoing feedback about the exprience 5) Selection process will be based on plan and #opportunities opened
