ECB Chair Job Description The ECB chair is responsible of managing and representing AIESEC in Italy quality cases both incoming and outgoing exchange, in every program. Its responsible of leading the ECB national team and report directly to the MCVP OD and MCP regarding quality and S&S cases opened. He is required to have a strong orientation towards costumer centricity and closing open cases in the most efficient way possible taking into consideration a good costumer management and AIESEC in Italy legality and well being.
