1) Why do you want to apply for this position? - Responsible for managing oGCDP in Universities where AIESEC is not present - Responsible for all the phases of the Customer flow for students - Responsible of the co-creation of attraction and value delivery delivery strategies through just digital channels - Accountability during the project and costant tracking
- work closely with OD Director and MCVP oGCDP- professional development in terms of innovation, digital marketing and Operations management - gain high functional knowledge about OD and oGCDP national strategies - learn how to deliver national strategies through virtual channels

- LCVP oGCDP or MKTG experience (preferred) - Innovative and proactive mindset - Awareness of current national strategies - EXPA knowledge
2) Considering each phase of the Customer flow for students, how would you deliver each one of them in this project? 3) Run an analysis of the Italian market, where would you focus your efforts? Consider both oGCDP and possibility of opening an Expansion in that city 4) How do you envision the evolution of this project? What are the main bottlenecks in CoWorking closely with TLP IR in analysing the performances of AIESEC Italy and the entities they will be in charge to track, keep the communication between AIESEC Italy and our Entity Partners, downscale the IR strategy, contribute to the implementation of the “CoDelivery” block of our NCF Project Implementation
Wclosely in oGCDP department gaining national and international perspective, mastering previous listed skills
Deliverying projects in AIESEC ? 2. How would you capitalize on the IR strategies / Co-delivery to boost summer peaks’ perfomances? 3. Provide a project plan of the strategy presented in the question 2.
