Dear Applicant, We all know applying as LCP is not an easy choice, as being LCP is not an easy path. I really hope that in this moment, opening this booklet, you're feeling afraid. Fear helps you to understand what you really want and what you really value in life: use it as an ally to clear your mind and to help you understand your personal why. It's normal to shit in your pants. The whole point here is: are you stronger than your fears, or do you let them block you in what you really want to do? Do you feel like you could be the one raising the standards for the LC, for your members, for yourself? Do you feel connected to the organizaGon, to our purpose, to our goals? Do you feel ready to face challenges every day, never Gred of ďŹ nding soluGons to achieve? Do you feel that hunger of achievement that drives you everyday? * First round is fixed, from second round onwards LCs are free to open rounds when they need so. If there is no applicants in first round, second will be immediately opened. After completing the Review Board Interviews and Assessments and compelling a report, LCs can have their selection day as soon as they seem fit.

* THE REVIEW BOARD WILL ASSURE TRANSPARENCY DURING THE WHOLE ELECTIONS PROCESS. CURRENT LCPs MUST SELECT THE LOCAL REVIEW BOARD, THAT INCLUDE, ONE MC MEMBER, CURRENT LCP FROM ANOTHER ENTITY, EXTERNAL (ALUMNI OR PROFESOR) AND ORGANIZE LOGISTICS FOR THE COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT. EVERY CANDIDATE MUST GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS. RESULTS WILL BE SHOWED IN THE ELECTION DAY.


Questionnaire 1.  What is the current state of your lc, your desired state, and how do you take it there? 2.  Using the aiesec subsystems as a model, create a complete diagnosis of your lc. 3.  What do you think is the main issue your community is facing nowadays? How can you work on it, executing an aiesec program ? 4.  How can your lc grow disruptively with an 100 % relative growth at the end of your term ?


5.  Based on learning and your reflections about current organizational culture how can you create a community that enables each person to contribute their best, inspires to keep learning, and produce big results? What attitudes and behaviors do you need? 6.  which exchange area would you choose as a focus and why? Which would be your goal and desired growth for the area? What would be the concrete actions you would undertake to ensure the achievement of such results? 7.

How would you structure the management and internal communication with your EB team? Please explain the tools and the touch points you would use and the outcome you want to achieve.

8.  The power of storytelling: you are lcp 2017, its December 2017, tell us how was your story as lcp.
