JD & CONDITIONS JD

CTs are responsible for consulting Local Committes according to OD Model and Growth Model, starting from LC planning. They may also be involved in the creation & implementation of OD strategies concerning LCD. They are accountable to OD Director.

KEY MEASURES

- % LCs Plan Execution - % LCs Growth - Monthly Health & Exchange Scores in ODM and their sub indexes - Monthly Services evaluation scores according to LC and VP SONA

CONDITIONS

- Position is from 1st December 2017 to 31st July 2018 - Travel & Food expenses for LC Visits are covered by MC, Accommodation by LCs. - Work will be mainly virtual, with exceptions for planning, MC Re-plan participation, summits, LC Visits, conferences attendance
