You must fill the application form on Podio (https://podio.com/webforms/21179977/1465273) complete of all the information by the 23:59 of the 6° of August.

Process During the process you may be asked to run an interview and/or doing a task standing to the needs of the responsible MC VP.

Education In case you are elected will be than required your presence doing NST summit on 25-26° of August.

NST iGV IR Manager (x2) Role: - National strategy downscaling and co-creation - Weekly and monthly analysis and report of LEAD and LAG measures - Monthly follow up with EY partner - Creation and implementation of new cooperation (according to the period) - IR communication channels management - Approvals manager network management - Support LCs for IR LAG: LC P/A ; LC %Growth

NST oGV Product Specialist Role:

Working closely with MCVP and NST team in analyzing the oGV product processes throughout the whole Customer Flow. Delivering the educational cycle along with all materials and tools to the network. LEAD: # of educational spaces delivered, # materials / tools created LAG: % CR SU-APL, Acceptance/Approval Process Time Battle of contribution: % CR SU-APL from X% to Y%; At least 10 entities of Tier 4 achieving 12 APD by the end of Jan Requirements: VP Experience; Operations background; availability to attend NST Summit (physically for italian / virtually for international)


NST oGV IR Specialist Role: Working closely with MCVP in analyzing the performance of the entity with IR partners, participation in creation and delivery of national IR strategies. Creation and execution of implementation plan for downscaling the IR strategies at local level. LEAD: % of execution of IR implementation plan, # weekly IR tracking touchpoints LAG: % of APD to country partners, #Applicants to country partners, %CR APL-APD in country partners, %CR FI-CO with country partners

NST oGV Network Engagement Role: Working closely with MCVP in network management & engagement strategies that stimulate to achieve national projects and goals. Designing a communication plan and implementing through the network channels. LEAD: % execution of communication plan; # of campaigns delivered LAG: % achievement of communication plan expected results Battle of contribution: 100% MC services delivered with 90 score

Requirements: TL Experience; Operations/MKT background; Photoshop skill preferred; availability to attend NST Summit



NST Internal Auditor (x3) Role: Independent board in charge of ensuring 100% Financial Standards Implementation at local level. The Internal Audit team will be responsible for: - Evolution of the current checklist according to the global and the external context; - Ensuring its fulfilment by LCs; - Design and deliver the necessary education materials and tools to the commission; - Report to national plenary.

NST Marketing New Initiatives Role:

Contributing in the growth of the New Initiatives from a Marketing point of view. Market strategy creation and execution, marketing education, national strategy downscaling and tracking. Support the New Initiatives in their new steps in the market world.
