EBC ORGANIZING COMMITTEE Application Booklet!


GENERAL INFORMATION We are extremely happy to launch applications for OC Team for EBC 2018! We are looking for brave individuals willing to step up and give 100% for this thrilling experience as it is. There will be a lot of work within the next weeks in order to deliver this conference, so if you feel like challenging and developing yourself in a national organizational committee experience, go ahead and fill out the application form!


GENERAL INFORMATION

• The conference site is: HOTEL DELLA TORRE, Trevi; • The conference will take place from 21st-23rd September for EBs and LCP elected; • LCP Elected will continue with the National President Meeting (NPM) from 23rd -25th September in the same site. Further information will be provided soon; • OC presence is required from 20th-23rd September; • Accomodation costs are covered; • Transportation costs are not covered.


Application process

Applications are open to: All current members/team leaders or alumni of AIESEC in Italy. You can apply through the following link: bit.ly/OCappEBC2018 N.B: Endorsement from your LC’s current LCP is required. Proficiency in using Google Suite is required as well. Application will close on 28th of August 23:59 pm. Based on the Application Form response, only a shortlist of applicants will be required to take part in a personal interview. Depending on the number of applications, the non shortlisted candidates may not receive elaborated feedbacks but will have a response in any case.

OC DELEGATE EXPERIENCE

OC Team is the final responsible of delivering logistical aspects of the conference. General duties include: delegates, venue, transportation and engagement management. The OC Team is accountable to the MC 18.19 and by extension to the whole plenary. Furthermore it’s part of the conference team and is expected to interacts and help FACIs. 100% Accountability and problem solving skills are non-negotiable for all the OC positions for the whole duration of the term. The structure can change during the process.


OC delegate experience Responsible of :

• Co-creation and implementation of communication plan • Plenary engagement creation and implementation through different channels • Picture taking during conference • Roll calls management • Parties and gadgets management • Ensuring fast communication with delegates • Graphics management and creation • Co-creation of video and interactive spaces to enrich delegates experience during breaks of the conference • Deep awareness about the message and objective of the conference • General OC duties • Final report

Profile: • Fast, creative and enthusiastic. • Great communication skills to interact with different stakeholder • Graphic design and video editing skills are required.


OC delegates Responsible of : • Tracking delegates application • Rooming and check-in • Sugar cubes and badges management • Dietary issues management • Information downscaling to chief delegates • Ensuring synergies for Delegate experience • General OC duties • Final report

Profile: • Communicative, enthusiastic, fast and patient. • Good listener and proactive in problem solving.


OC logistics Responsible of : • Management of food, drinks and gadgets order • Daily cash flow tracking before and during conference • Shuttle service management • Break’s logistics • Session materials preparation • General OC duties • Final report

Profile: • Patient, fast and enthusiastic. • Very solution oriented with good negotiation and communicative skills to interact with different stakeholders
