The Project
The project
Objective The projects aims at connecting the plenary and the external environment
It is a yearly, integrated project, not a series of isolated activities
to the core WHAT of our Association, cross-cultural exchanges, and the impact that they can bring by raising awareness and initiatives about UN’s
SDGs
Phase 1: Act Locally WHEN: End of February ●
5 LCs will be selected to run a local World Largest Lesson to raise awareness around a specific SDG. They will be supported in the organization by a National OC team
●
It will involve iGV EPs present in the LC
●
“Lecturers” will be local members and young alumni
Phase 2: Become SDG Ambassadors WHEN: End of May Youth Speak Forum during 2019 ASviS Festival Theme will be: “What youth does to make SDGs real?� People that took part of local WLL will have the chance to talk directly to civil society, media, as well as to confront with other young people over the value of
volunteering and acting for SDGs.
The OCP
OC Team Role ● OC team will coordinate the whole initiative, together with MC ● OC will help LCs in defining, preparing
and educating people in order to deliver local WLL ● OC will play a key role in organizing and showcasing the YSF in May
OCP Role ● In September the OCP will be part of the planning process of the whole
Youth Speak Project ● OCP will coordinate the efforts of the OC team to support LCs ● OCP will be the key link between the MC and the Youth Speak Project
OCP Requisites ● Must speak Italian ● Must have been an AIESECer between 2015 and 2017 ● Must NOT have an active role in any local chapter now ● High flexibility and accountability
● Creativity, resilience and passion for the initiative ● Project management skills ● Available to come to Milan for planning Youth Speak Project between 10 and 19 September (all covered, exact dates will be defined with OCP)
Benefits ● Travel & food expenses are covered ● OCP will have the chance to deal with important stakeholders in order to organise the YSF, like Institutions and Partners
● OCP will have a clear point of reference and support in the MC team during the whole year (ER Third Sector Director) ● OCP will improve competences in team management and event planning

Application Package 1. CV (personal data + past AIESEC Experiences) 2. 3. Explain what is YSF in your perspective
General Questionnaire 1. Define the structure the OC team and make their JD one by one 2. Create a timeline of the entire Youth Speak Project 3. Create an agenda of the Youth Speak Forum day
4. Create a timeline for promotion and showcasing of YSF
