JOB DESCRIPTION -OD MANAGER DESCRIPTION OD Manager is responsable for consulting Local Committes according to OD Model and Growth Model. They may also be involved in the creation & implementation of OD strategies concerning to Coach system.

JOB DESCRIPTION -NEW INITIATIVES DESCRIPTION New Initiatives Director will be responsable for the New Initiatives strategy and work together with the MC OD Expansion to implement expansión strategy. This mean that this person will be responsable to coach the new initiative since it’s first steps, starting from planning, until the end of the semester, following the Expansion Model.

Physical presence in Italy during 8 months (December 2018 to July 2019)

Italian speaker.
Look at the current Start Up cluster and their perfomance during the last months. Make a projection of how this LCs are going to be re-allocated by the 1st of February (Which LCs are going to jump cluster? Which LCs are going to stay in Start Up cluster?). Identify at least 5 general trends in OGV Tier 4 management and Health Axis. And how would you solve it?
CONDITIONS •
Position is from 15th of December 2018 until 31st of July 2019

Travel expenses are covered by MC. Food expenses would be reimbursed depending of each visit. Accomodation is covered by local entities.

Working woull be mainly virtual with exception of the physical touchpoint mentioned before: Planco (not mandatory), OD Summit (mandatory), Winco (to be defined), EBC (to be defined) [Only OD Manager] Attendance to weekly MC meetings (virtual) and to monthly closing (physical) are mandatory
