STRATEGICAL TRANSITION – how it works THE BLOCKS There will be four main blocks of contents that needs to be delivered both from MC both from LC side. MC execution will happen through webinairs LC execution can happen in EB2EB days, in VP2VP transition or simply executing certain tasks
THE SKILLS In the meanwhile we will deliver from MC side some trainings to develop specific skills. It is highly suggested to put them in practice while webinairs are delivered to become more expert
THE CHALLENGE The agenda of Planco will be shaped to be a big challenge to award the LC that arrives prepared at best for the term. For this reason connected to each block of content there will be a test that will be evaluated and rated by the commission during the conference. We will award the best Team at the end

The challenge at PlanCO will be based on the execution of the transition during the month before planning and on the final tests we will make during the conference. Most of them will consist on a evaluation of the job done made by the commission:

STRATEGICAL TRANSITION – PLANCO The agenda of PlanCO will be entirely based on two focuses:

The MCVPs will review again the topics seen in the transition to ensure they are fully acquired and to go deeper in some aspects as well as in how to transmit this knowledge to their LCs.
EBs will go through the first part of their planning, setting their name, vision and the main pillars on which they will base their strategy. Moreover they’ll have their first bonding moment.

THE SHADOWING
There will be three main blocks of contents that will be deliered from MC side. They will be delivered through webinairs, but also facilitating the sharing of knowledge inside the commission.
In the meanwhile the LC should be managed by the EB elect (with the constant supervision of the EB current). This step will allow the EBe to put in practice the learning they are getting from MC transition.

Part of the agenda will be based on trainings for VPs and members on Sales topics.
In WinCO, after alligning the plans with the national strategy evry LC will do create his tactical plan to execute the semester.
