Message One year ago I was just like you struggling on the applications process with full motivation and enthusiastic but without a clear picture of what might happen on my term if I will be selected, Still all this didn’t stop me from taking this challenge because I believed that It was not easy that’s why I wanted to go for it.

The truth is that its not easy but its worth taking, Being a president of AIESEC in Moldova is one of the best and most learning point in my life. Taking this opportunity will challenge and change your life more than you expect. Its like working on your own startup or company, I believe that you are the right person for the position because AIESEC in Moldova needs a strong and courageous leader who is committed and ready to face challenges to take this entity forward.

MCP  Planning process creation and execution.  Direction and strategy Creation.  Setting Long term vision for AIESEC In Moldova.  Develop Growth Model for LCs sustainability.  AIESEC 2020 Implementation.  Global Alignment and direction

 Overseeing Local planning.  Communication and manage the supervisory group.  Ensure financial transparency.  Manage the national plenary.  Ensure the fulfillment of global compendium.  Responsible for the compendium.  Ensure entity sustainability.  Contribute on decision making in National and Global.

 Representation of AIESEC in Moldova on the Global Plenary.  Attendance at International Legislative meetings  Represent AIESEC in Moldova on external events.

 Selection and Transition for next MC team.  Design the MC structure ad JDs.  Coaching and tracking the MC and LCPs.  Ensure effective communication with team.  Ensure achievement, development and growth f both team and organization,  Training, education, tracking and coaching.

 Represent AIESEC in Moldova on the Regional meetings.  Communication with other MCPs and make international relations.

Conditions     

Term dates: 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2019 Work Load: Full Time Job. Work Location: Chisinau the capital city.

Conferences and summits: on MC Budget.

Representation in international level (To discussed according to the Budget._
