Job Description - Offer solutions for issues on grant application processes and deduction of each LCs. - Promotion of opportunities in order to diversify the main donors of our organization. - Organize meetings and manage the TLs/VPs team. - Cooperate on external preparation and make sure TLs/VPs are constantly updated. - Check LCs situation on grants area and create track report tools. - Finding GCP’s in other LCs to apply to our reallity. - Design and implement a quarterly database containing grant opportunities.

- Transition on planning and tracking. - Implementation of the new pricing structure. - Design and implement the strategy together with the MVCP and VPs in the country. - Offer solutions for financial planning, investment plans and the improvement of programs, financial management system and policies in LCs. - Organize meeting with the TLs/VPs and manage the team. - Bring financial knowledge to the LCs. - Coach and train the LCs on financial management based on their reality. - Education on new customer flow implementation and implication. - Creation and implementation of the internal audit board.
