ABOUT DARE TO LEAD NATCO The Dare to Lead National Conference was held in Dubai, UAE on September 13th, 2019 at Hub72. The objectives of the conference included the following: To induct all new members into AIESEC To build our entity culture and enhance the unity of AIESEC in UAE members To educate AIESECers on the new customer flow, AIESEC 2020, Marketing, oGV, and iGT To engage alumni with new members and inspire a new generation

CHALLENGES

Planned and executed a National Conference in <7 Days Participation from all forms of AIESEC members Merchandise (t-shirts, notebooks, bands) were printed and distributed to build sense of belonging Invited new partners to witness AIESEC and they were very pleased and delighted to be working with us Set the foundation in terms of knowledge and AIESEC culture amongst new members.

Time constraint required hard-work and creativty from all Facis Venue was finalised later than planned Financial restrictions

RECOMMENDATIONS Schedule and plan Conference at least 1 month prior to expected date Always invite Alumni to faci as they have experience and are most likely comfortable with presenting Base planning on availability and finalization of Venue and Date. Act more sustainably with resources used during the conference egs. recyclable/ re-usable cutlery
