Applying for MCVP AIESEC in UAE means that you are committed to bring change to this entity, to take calculated risks and give it your all to achieve the first rank because the UAE always gets the first rank & will continue to. AIESEC has taught me to accept every human on this earth regardless of their background, religion and culture. It has challenged my inner abilities to bloom. This is one of the reasons I decided to lead this entity, I want every young person to experience what it means to be an AIESECer. It means a lot, but to me it means giving back to the world. MC Role and Conditions The MC experience is one of the strongest in the AIESEC organization. Living a journey under AIESEC through both team member and team leader, an MC Member is qualified for an intense team experience leading the whole entity of AIESEC UAE, assessing the global network of AIESEC as a national representative of the entity, and making sure leadership development is synonym of AIESEC in the country.

ยง Co-create with the Leadership Body the plan for 1920. The MC Term starts on the 1st of August 2019 until 31st of July 2020.
ยง Create spaces and support system for the local committees.
The working days are from Sunday-Thursday for 40 hours a week for a full time MC Members.
ยง Align National Strategy to Global Strategies delivering tailored approaches locally.
The Members may be required to work over weekends for conferences and other duties. The MC team transition will start by the end of May for International Congress in SriLanka Pre-planning The Selected MC Team is excepted to attend the International Congress in SriLanka on 1 July 2019 - 10 July 2019

Application Guidelines 1. All Application documents should be in PDF format and zipped in one folder under the name format AIESECUAE_First&LastName_MCVP_1920 e.g (AIESECUAE_MehdiAmarCherif_MCVP_1920). 2. Video uploading can take a really long time, so make sure you upload it a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time you send your application. 4. All files uploaded mist be in a PDF Format.
