OGX solutions 1. Set the correct expectations to applicants throughout the exchange process. This ranges from our promptness of service, brand image to personal interactions. Responsible: VPOGXs 2. Set a consistent brand image through marketing, which is broken down into communications (what we deliver) to the methods (how we deliver). Responsible: Chris and VPMaCs 3. Utilize past EPs to market GCDP to for November/December realizations. Responsible: VPOGXs and VPMaCs 4. Prioritize matching for June/July realizations before projects are filled up.
