Through education based on values, in a six weeks period, children will have the opportunity to meet and interact with international volunteers and be part of workshops and activities that allow them to understand the importance of values and gain self-consciousness. This will help them beat their different needs and aspirations in all situations they'll be.

The aim is to reinforce the values of citizenship through the application of workshops and dynamics that serve to broaden their vision of life and their development as good citizens, thus to achieve a positive impact in their communities

- Setting up an agenda of courses about basic language (English, French, German, Italian or Portuguese) in grammar and conversational talking about the culture of the trainee’s country. - Organizing activities for the participants of the project in order to provide them knowledge of the cultural differences and create a global mindset in the students - Develop didactic materials of the topics to be taught. - Ongoing evaluation of the performance and development of the participants during the whole project. - Plan and execute improvements when necessary, according to the participants detected needs. - Students will have to demonstrate what they learned throughout the project, by making activities or portfolios with the help of the trainee.

With this project AIESEC wants young people in Caracas, Venezuela to be able to communicate with others outside the country, to understand other cultures and to create a global mindset in every person related to the project.

- Setting up an agenda of courses about entrepreneurship, leadership and constant research about those themes. - Organizing activities for the participants of the project in order to provide them an entrepreneurial mindset and widen their perspective - Develop courses, workshops and activities for the participants - Ongoing evaluation of the performance and development of the participants during the whole project. - Plan and execute improvements when necessary, according to the participants detected needs. - Inter may organize fundraising activities to boost the project. Your job is to give your best in the training and education of the participants to help them grow and find their role in society.

About the project.
Love The Elderly started in AIESEC USB as an initiative to form agents of change. Create a schedule of recreational and periodical activities for the elderly that are in homes of the Padre Machado nurseries. Start &/or improve the structure of recreational activities in the nursery, thus way creating quality experience for people living in it. Cause a positive impact as agents of change by creating a multicultural experience for the people living in the nursery as for the people making this possible.
