Welcoming Lunch (04th October 2014)
For welcoming 21 newbies, we did welcoming lunch with the purpose of getting to know each other more, and introducing them to our functions that they can apply.
National General Assembly (05th October 2014)
NGA is a national event, and most of members in LC Wat Phnom were able to participate well, and we got chance to have a deeper look at what is happening right now in our entity.
Kick-Off Conference (11th-12th October 2014) With the objective of learning the new system (GIS), building stronger LC culture and reviewing Quarter 1’s performance, we were able to make the 2- day local conference happen well and fruitful at the end. Functional Summit (19th October 2014) A week right after Kick-Off Conference, we made Functional Summit happened. For Functional Summit, we have a purpose of getting everyone together (in their team & function) to understand more clearly on HOW to make their function happens. We would like to thank our Alumnus,Vuthika Hang, for coming and sharing his experience in Project Management. Also, our MCVP iGCDP for coming and telling us more in detail about iGCDP’s customer flow.
