Dear AISB Families,

Welcome to Wellness Week 2020! This week will be focused on the many important ways we can take care of our wellbeing.

Each day will have an area of wellness that we will highlight;

Mindful Monday - A day focused on our emotional wellness.

Try it Tuesday - A day focused on our physical wellness and having a growth mindset to try new things.

Wellness Wednesday - A day focused on our mental wellness.

Take Action Thursday - A day focused on intellectual wellness.

Friendtastic Friday - A day focused on our community wellness.

We are looking forward to a wonderful week together!!

Mindful Monday

What is one thing that is great about you?

Why is being mindful a superpower?

Practicing mindfulness is one of the easiest things you can do for your wellbeing. It can help you stay healthy, stay happy, and help you have good relationships with yourself and others. That is why it is a superpower.

When it rains look for rainbows, when it's dark look for stars.

Exercising your brain is just as important as exercising your body!
