2017 Luxury Market Report MID-YEAR Wow, what a difference a quarter makes! The second quarter of 2017 had more luxury home sales than any quarter since the recession. The mid-year market surprised us all with 63 luxury home sales as compared to 38 last year. Even with the significant weather conditions through May, the volume of sales over the $1 million price point increased more than $40 million year-over-year for a total of $92.8 million. Why?
