NEWS UPDATE Market Statistics Reno/Sparks Area The total number of homes available for purchase in the Reno/Sparks region on October 1st was 1,479. This is a slight decrease from September 1st but still an increase over July and August. The number of properties sold increased each month from July through September. Median sales price held steady at $250,000 in July and August before dipping slightly in September. With all these ups and downs, knowing what to do when buying or selling a home can be a challenge.
