Programma:
Con la prima ventata di vapore l’ambiente si riscalda lentamente, aumenta il tasso di umidità. L’ambiente è pervaso da aromi delicati derivanti dalle erbe aromatiche affisse alla ringhiera e esposte al vapore. I fanghi con cui il Vostro corpo è stato ricoperto in precedenza assorbono l’umidità, ne deriva una piacevole sensazione frizzante sulla pelle. Di conseguenza s’inizia a spalmare lievemente il fango eliminando così resti di emulsione e cellule parzialmente morte sullo strato calloso della pelle. Il bagno Rasul è la cerimonia benessere che abbina il peeling del corpo intero con un bagno al vapore.

Ablauf:
Mit dem ersten Dampfschub beginnt die langsame Erwärmung des Raumes, kombiniert mit einem Ansteigen der Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ein Duft beginnt den Raum zu erfüllen, der von den am Ofenrost bedampften Kräutern stammt. Die Schlämme mit denen Sie Ihren Körper vorher eingerieben haben werden wieder feucht, ein angenehmes Prickeln entsteht auf der Haut. Automatisch beginnt man sich den Schlamm leicht einzureiben. Dabei werden verkrustete Cremereste und teilweise abgestorbene Zellen der oberen Hornhaut entfernt. Rasulbad ist die Wellness-Zeremonie die ein Ganzkörperpeeling mit einem Dampfbad kombiniert.

Process:
With the first steam wave the room slowly warms up, at the same time the air humidity increases. A fragrance starts to fill the room, coming from the steam filled herbs fixed on the oven grate. The muds previously applied to your body turn moist again, causing a pleasant prickling feeling on your skin. Almost naturally you start rubbing the mud on your skin, thus removing crusted lotion and partly dead skin cells from the upper hard skin. The Rasul bath is a wellness ceremony combining a whole body peeling with a steam bath.

Il nostro reparto saune & relax è zona di relax. Preghiamo di rispettare la tranquillità. Non è consentito l’accesso ai minori di anni 14. Le diverse saune si utilizzano senza costume. Nelle cabine „secche“ per ovvie ragioni igieniche è obbligatorio usare un ampio telo su cui appoggiarsi.

Wir bitte Sie dies zu respektieren. Kinder unter 14 Jahren haben keinen Zutritt. Besuchen Sie die verschiedenen Saunen aus gesundheitlichen und hygienischen Gründen ohne Badebekleidung. In den “trockenen” Saunen ist es obligatorisch ein Handtuch unter den gesamten Körper zu legen.

To guarantee the preferred appointments we recommend to book the treatments with the room reservation. You are welcome to book by phon (+39 0471 70 72 37), email info@abinea.com or in person at the front desk. Please arrive at the beauty reception roughly 5 minutes before your appointment in a bathrobe. All appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment session. In the event of a cancellation made after this deadline, the full amount will be billed. If you are unable to arrive on time for your appointment, we hope that you understand that the treatment time cannot be extended. We ask you to inform us about a refusal of the appointments one day before, so that we can organise us in the best way possible. With short-term refusal we calculate the total price of treatments. Please let us know about your health doubts, illnesses and pregnancy before the reservation of an treatment. With pleasure you can add the cost of your treatments on your hotel bill, or you can pay directly at the hotel reception. Our Abinea sauna & relaxation area is a quiet area. We ask you to respect this. Children under 14 are not admitted. For reasons of hygiene as well as your personal wellbeing, please use the saunas without clothing. In the „dry“ saunas it is obligatory to put a towel under the body.
