A escasos días de que se cumpla el plazo previsto por la Ciudad de Filadelfia y Conrail para limpiar la zona de Gurney St. el lugar sigue siendo una ciudadela de drogadictos en el norte de la ciudad. JAMILA JOHNSON

L
os drogadictos de Filadelfia han convertido el tramo junto a la línea Market-Frankford, una de las principales arterias de la ciudad, en su segunda vivienda. Entre montones de jeringuillas usadas y bolsas de plástico, pueden verse colchones, mobiliario de comedor y espejos de cuerpo entero, lo justo para convertir el llamado “paisaje infernal de la heroína” en un hogar. En una visita de expedición al corazón de la heroína de Filadelfia, AL DIA NEWS pudo observar de cerca el progreso realizado hasta hoy en las operaciones de limpieza del paraíso de

la droga. Y la realidad es que a escasos días para que se cumpla el plazo propuesto por Conrail y la Ciudad de FIladelfia para quede limpia el área (31 de julio), la situación en las vías de tren en Gurney Street sigue bastante igual. Mientras por encima de las vías los niños corretean entre los chorros de agua que brotan de una boca de incendios -lo más cercano a una alberca en esta ciudad en verano- hombres y mujeres de edades diversas merodean entre entre montones de porquería, jeringuillas y basura acumulada en el paso subterráneo. Sin embargo, a pesar de la suciedad y el desagradable olor a basura, los improvisados apartamentos que se extienden a partir de 2nd street, flanqueados por hileras de árboles, gozan de vistas a la ciudad y de grafitis que sirven de decorado artístico. Aunque es probable que las estructuras no sobrevivan - un policía informó que tiempo atrás habían incluso edificios de dos plantascausa impresión saber que sirven de refugio para los drogadictos que se desplazan hasta la zona en busca de su dosis. El acuerdo también dicta la colocación de cercas de protección para limitar el paso, pero AL DIA pudo acceder fácilmente a las vías y fue testigo de otras personas haciendo lo mismo sin problemas. La inexistencia de vallas de protección es una señal bastante evidente de que Conrail no está en la senda de cumplir con las condiciones del acuerdo dentro del plazo, ya que recibieron las órdenes de “reparar el cercado existente (en proceso) e instalar vallas de protección entorno a cualquier grieta (parecidas a las instaladas en el Love Park) de forma coextensiva y en conjunción con los trabajos de limpieza.” Viendo el estado actual de la zona, es evidente que Conrail todavía no ha iniciado buena parte del trabajo asignado y que la policía local se ha visto obligada a visitar la zona de forma regular y a expulsar a los drogadictos que se acercan a diario al núcleo de los opioides de Filadelfia para obtener su dosis. De hecho, el problema de las jeringuillas es tan grave que aquellos que quieren conseguir su dosis de forma rápida se limitan a bajar al paso subterráneo para agarrar una jeringuilla

Presupuesto 2018, la otra batalla republicana

l pasado martes, los miembros del GOP en la Cámara de Representantes desvelaron su proyecto presupuestal para el 2018, que promete la mayor reforma fiscal en la historia reciente de Estados Unidos, pero volvieron a tropezarse con un partido dividido entre republicanos conservadores y moderados. El miércoles, el Comité Presupuestario de la Cámara, encabezado por la representante Diane Black, envió el proyecto presupuestario republicano al pleno de la Cámara para que fuera considerado. Después de 12 horas de debate, el plan fue aprobado por 22 votos contra 14. El proyecto titulado Building a Better America, propone balancear el presupuesto federal al recortar los gastos y reformar el gobierno, logrando así un “crecimiento” exponencial de la economía. De acuerdo con el presidente del Comité de Presupuesto, el representante Paul Ryan, el proyecto lograría reducir 6.5 billones de dólares en 10 años. Pero los miembros conservadores del Freedom Caucus de la Cámara han presionado para lograr recortes más agresivos a largo plazo, por lo que es probable que no acepten la propuesta sin modificaciones, según dijo el líder del grupo, el representante Mark Meadows. Pero son los llamados Republicanos moderados los que realmente están poniendo la piedra de tranca. Veinte miembros del grupo centrista llamado Tuesday Group firmaron una carta el mes pasado en contra de hasta 200 millones en recortes a gastos obligatorios, argumentando que “no son prácticos” y que “harían que la re-

De la misma manera en la que lo plantearon en su programa para derogar Obamacare en el presupuesto del 2017, los dirigentes del GOP están utilizando una herramienta presupuestaria denominada ‘reconciliación’ para aprobar la legislación fiscal en el Senado con una mayoría simple”. Posteriormente, la Cámara y el Senado deben votar por las leyes marcadas y “reconciliar” las diferencias que puedan surgir al respecto. El gobierno propone balancear el presupuesto para la próxima década, recortando cientos de miles de millones en gastos obligatorios (gastos en programas exigidos por la ley existente). Este tipo de recorte afectaría gravemente a la ciudadanía que depende de esos fondos.
Por ejemplo, con respecto a los programas obligatorios la reforma republicana plantea que: “En áreas como la salud, la seguridad, la regulación medioambiental, la educación, el desarrollo de la fuerza trabajadora y el transporte, ponemos el gasto federal en un presupuesto y empoderamos los estados, quienes están mejor capacitados para abordar las necesidades individuales de sus ciudadanos y comunidades”. Esto significa que, bajo el argumento de devolverle la autonomía presupuestaria a los gobiernos estatales, el GOP disminuiría la participación del gobierno federal en todos los programas sociales implementados a nivel local. Según el representante demócrata John Yarmuth (Kentucky), el presupuesto recortaría al menos 1.5 billones de dólares en los programas de salud. Así lo confirma Paul N. Van de Water, quien publicó en la página web del Centro de Prioridades Presupuestarias y Políticas (CBPP) un análisis reafirmando que “en un período de 10 años, Medicare perderá hasta 487 mil millones de dólares”. Considerando el poco apoyo que podrán obtener las propuestas fiscales en el bando demócrata, los Republicanos deberán reconciliarse a puertas cerradas para lograr sortear la barrera legislativa. roteccionnista, nacionalista, racista, misógino. Y ahora podemos agregar a la lista: restriccionista. El sitio web Político recientemente reportó que Trump y su gabinete de la Casa Blanca están trabajando silenciosamente para reducir la inmigración legal. Según el sitio web, Trump tiene pensado impulsar un proyecto de ley que va a ser presentado a fines de este verano por los senadores republicanos, Tom Cotton, de Arkansas, y David Perdue, de Georgia, que reduciría a la mitad el número de inmigrantes legales que se permite ingresen cada año. Tengo que preguntarme: ¿Qué es lo que no entienden los republicanos de la palabra “legal”? ¿Y alguien del partido todavía se pregunta por qué el partido republicano es considerado por muchos como no solo opuesto a la inmigración ilegal sino simplemente a la inmigración en general? Pero, como lo demostró el presidente mientras estaba en Europa para la reciente Cumbre del G-20, un adjetivo que no le cuadra bien a Trump es el de aislacionista. El hecho de que Trump se quede atado a esa descripción tan a menudo es una indicación de cómo los elitistas del globalismo que merodean alrededor de organizaciones insulares, como el Consejo de Relaciones Exteriores, no entienden a este presidente. Pero solo hace falta fijarse en el discurso inspirador y resuelto en la plaza Krasinski de Varsovia. Si bien nunca se escuchará esto en los medios anti-Trump, el hecho de que un gigante de la historia como el ex presidente de Polonia, Lech Walesa, que lideró el movimiento de Solidaridad en la década del ochenta, estuviera presente, dice mucho. Los que critican a Trump parecen pensar que el siguiente es el sermón de un aislacionista: “De parte de todos los es-

tadounidenses, déjenme agradecerle a todo el pueblo polaco por la generosidad que han demostrado en darles la bienvenida a nuestros soldados en su país. Debemos estar unidos frente a estos enemigos en común para quitarles sus territorios y financiamiento, sus redes y cualquier forma de apoyo ideológico que puedan tener”. Y esto: “Le imploramos a Rusia que cese sus actividades desestabilizantes en Ucrania y otros lugares –incluyendo Siria e Irán– y en cambio que se unan a la comunidad de naciones responsables en nuestra lucha contra el enemigo en común y en defensa de la civilización misma”. Y esto: “Nuestros ciudadanos no ganaron la libertad juntos, no sobrevivieron al horror juntos, no enfrentaron el mal juntos para perder la libertad por la falta de orgullo y confianza en nuestros valores. No lo hicimos y no lo haremos. No daremos marcha atrás”. Y finalmente esto: “Occidente nunca, nunca será quebrado. Nuestros valores prevalecerán. Nuestros pueblos prosperarán. Y nuestra civilización triunfará”. ¡Por Dios! erros que ladran no muerden. Esa frase del argot latinoamericano encaja perfectamente a la hora de describir la situación que viven los Republicanos en el Senado. Todo porque, tras pasar siete años criticando y amenazando con acabar el Obamacare en la primera oportunidad que se les presentara -y seis meses después de que retomaron las riendas del país- hoy no solo no lo han hecho sino que no tienen un plan para reemplazarlo.
El pasado lunes 17 de julio se dio el último capítulo de la telenovela de un gobierno desdichado que, blandiendo la bandera de la contrareforma, empezó a hundirse momentos después de haber zarpado. Y es que las críticas contra el proyecto de ley sanitaria no han parado de crecer, incluso en el seno de la bancada republicana en el Senado; a la voces de los senadores Susan Collins y Rand Paul, se unieron las de sus colegas y copartidarios Mark Lee y Jerry Moran, quienes literalmente “salieron del closet” y se declararon abiertamente opuestos a votarlo tal y como estaba. Y no era para menos. De acuerdo con estudios de la Oficina de Presupuesto del Congreso (CBO, por su sigla en inglés), entre 22 y 24 millones de estadounidenses quedarían sin cobertura médica en los próximos 10 años si la
cana en el Senado se preparaba para intentar rescatar su proyecto de ley tras el regreso de John McCain a la cámara alta y la llamada de atención del presidente Trump que el lunes instó a su partido a derogar como sea el Obamacare, incluso si no había plan para reemplazarlo. Sobre esta alternativa, la Oficina de Presupuesto del Congreso también publicó su análisis. De llegar a acogerla, los republicanos podrían dejar a 17 millones de estadounidenses sin seguro médico el próximo año, 32 en una década. Sin importar el escenario que se dé: si Mitch McConnell logra salvar el proyecto de reforma o no, las palabras del senador Casey siguen siendo vigentes en tanto que el debate por la reforma a la salud debe hacerse de cara al público, con amplia participación ciudadana y dejando a un lado el sectarismo. El tema inevitable a tratar es la nueva propuesta de ley de Asistencia Sanitaria de EEUU. Cuéntenos, ¿cuáles son las perspectivas? Se trata de una legislación pésima, perjudi-

Tal y como reportó la agencia EFE, la propuesta también incluye una enmienda que, de quedar como está, “permitiría a las aseguradoras ofrecer planes que no cumplan con todas las regulaciones de Obamacare, incluida la obligación relativa a las enfermedades preexistentes”. En otras palabras, la propuesta republicana da luz verde para retroceder siete años y volver a las prácticas discriminatorias en las que tener un condición preexistente era el preludio de un portazo en la cara a la hora de solicitar cita médica en cualquier compañía aseguradora. La pregunta no es por qué al partido de gobierno le cuesta tanto darle trámite a la agenda legislativa de la Casa Blanca -es claro que no a todos los republicanos están de acuerdo con ella-, sino ¿a quién le cabe en la cabeza crear una ley que dejaría sin seguro médico a millones de personas a costa de reducirle impuestos a los más ricos del país y aumentar el presu-
puesto para la defensa? Esa misma pregunta es la que se hace el senador Bob Casey, una de las voces demócratas más críticas del gobierno Trump y, sin duda, la figura política más destacada de Pensilvania en Washington. Para Casey, este proyecto de ley merece todos los epítetos que puedan existir en la lengua inglesa, pero se los reserva ante la cámara de AL DÍA; sabe que el debate político se libra con ideas y argumentos, no con vulgaridades ni rabietas presidenciales. Se conforma con decir que “es lo peor que le podría suceder al país” y espera que sus colegas republicanos en el Senado demuestren humildad y acepten la oferta demócrata de trabajar conjuntamente para, en vez de derogar el Obamacare, corregir sus defectos para que algún día los estadounidenses puedan acceder a unos servicios de salud coherentes con la primera economía del mundo. El mismo día que el proyecto de reforma sanitaria se hundió en el Senado, Casey visitó las instalaciones de AL DÍA para instar a los filadelfianos a que llamen a sus representantes en el Congreso y les exijan abrir el diálogo de cara a lograr un mejor sistema de salud para todos. Todo el mundo saldrá perdiendo: la clase media, niños de hogares con bajos ingresos, ciudades, municipios pequeños y zonas rurales, personas con discapacidades y gente mayor. La sección que más me preocupa es a la que concierne a Medicaid y los terribles y devastadores cortes al Medicaid. La nueva ley del Senado, o al menos la última versión, implica por un lado un recorte aproximado de 773 miles de millones de dólares en ayudas al Medicaid, y por otro lado, recortes fiscales de más de medio billón de dólares. La ley no es solo inconsistente, sino que es errónea y obscena. Seremos un país diferente; veremos aflorar la miseria cómo no lo hemos hecho hace mucho tiempo. ¿Hay alguna esperanza de que los demócratas puedan detener la ley y salvar Obamacare, que tanto costó implementar? Esto forma parte del problema: la forma con que se aprobó el Obamacare no permitió que los ciudadanos se acercaran a la ley, la conocerían al detalle. Mucha gente criticó el Affordable Care Act y el proceso con el que se implementó, pero no hay punto de comparación entre el proceso conducido en 2010 y lo que ha pasado hasta hoy. Por una parte, el Comité de Fianzas del Senado convocó audiencias a lo largo del año. Yo mismo fui miembro del Comité de Salud, Educación y Pensiones Laborales, elaboramos nuestra ley de Asistencia Sanitaria, y el Comité de Finanzas elaboró la suya; después ambas se juntaron y el Congreso hizo ajustes… fue un proceso largo y buena parte de él, público. Ahora no hay nada que se parezca a ese proceso. En términos de producto, reconocemos que

Pero no por ello deberíamos perder de vista el gran logro de esta ley: 20 millones de personas consiguieron asistencia sanitaria. Esta es la razón número uno. El logro número dos: la gente mayor, los ciudadanos senior, obtuvieron ayudas en la prescripción de medicamentos que hasta el momento no habían tenido. Es el llamado “agujero del donut” (donut-hole), una forma banal de describir esta terrible situación: cuando los ciudadanos senior tiene que costearse una parte muy alta del coste de tus medicamentos, el sistema tiene todos los puntos para derrumbarse. Lo que hizo el Affordable Care Act fue intentar rellenar el agujero en el tiempo. Así que aquí estamos, siete años después y 26.000 millones de dólares invertidos específicamente para ayudar a la gente mayor a costearse la prescripción de sus medicamentos. Republicanos quiere interrumpir esta especie de “seguro” que proporciona la ayuda a la adquisición de medicamentos a los seniors. El tercer logro tiene que ver con los trabajadores que obtienen cobertura de sus empleadores. Al estimar el número de estadounidenses que obtienen la cobertura médica de sus empresas, uno tiende a pensar, ah, a mí el Obamacare no me beneficiaba en nada. Pero sí, sí lo hizo, porque obligó a las compañías aseguradoras a garantizar determinadas cláusulas que nunca antes habían garantizado. Por ejemplo, en tiempos pasados, era legal que las aseguradoras discriminaran a pacientes basadas en sus condiciones de salud pre-existentes u otros factores que ahora son ilegales. Lo que quiero decir es que hay mucho de positivo en la legislación actual, y también algunos problemas que podrían mejorarse si los republicanos no estuvieran obsesionados por revocar la ley y destruir todo lo conseguido hasta ahora. Hablemos de esto, ya que en esta ciudad muchos de nuestros seguidores expresaron descontento con Obamacare. ¿Qué partes de Obamacare le gustaría reformar? Un par de ellas. La primera: en algunas regiones del país, sobre todo en algunas áreas rurales, mucha gente no tiene cerca ningún hospital grande o sistema hospitalario importante, o que debe desplazarse más de 20 o 50 millas para poder llegar a un hospital rural. Los residentes de las ciudades, en cambio, viven cerca de instituciones médicas grandes, con mayor capacidad y centros de investigación adjuntos, y tienen acceso una oferta más numerosa y diversa de aseguradoras, por lo

EFE que normalmente éstas optan por mantener las primas de seguros estables y no disparar demasiado los precios. En las zonas rurales, la dinámica es diferente: suele haber solo una compañía de seguros, con una única prima de seguro, generalmente más alta. Entonces, ¿qué hacer con las primas muy altas, los deducibles y el copago? Una de las alternativas –que podría llevarse a cabo muy rápido, mediante la aprobación de una sola ley– sería introducir una opción pública similar al Medicare, como se intentó en 2010, aunque no logramos reunir los votos suficientes. En las zonas zona rurales, donde una única compañía aseguradora se permite imponer primas altas, introducir un seguro público tipo Medicaid aseguraría la existencia de un mínimo de competencia, lo que tendría un impacto inmediato en el precio de las primas. Se puede aprobar una nueva ley que regule específicamente este asunto. Alternativa dos. Sometamos a votación sobre este asunto. Se podría aprobar una ley por separado que indique que el gobierno federal, independientemente de que el Congreso y la Administración estén de acuerdo, garantizará los llamados Pagos para Reducir el Coste Compartido (“Cost Sharing Reduction Payments”). De momento, la incertidumbre en torno a este tema está consiguiendo que las compañías aseguradoras eleven aún más las primas, o abandonen los mercados de seguro. El principal problema en el sistema es la incertidumbre creada por los Republicanos entorno a los Pagos para la Reducción de los Costes Compartidos, al no ponerse de acuerdo en implementar algunos de los factores estabilizadores, ni llegar a un consenso para aumentar la

Creo que hay varias medidas que podrían llevarse a cabo con el consenso bipartisano, pero lo primero tenemos que hacer es asegurarnos de que no se apruebe esta propuesta de reforma sanitaria, que tiene un poder tan destructor. Parece que las circunstancias le han hecho sentir que tiene una misión por llevar a cabo. El New York Times le describió como un político moderado que ha dado un rumbo a la izquierda. Si eso es cierto, ¿a qué se debe esta transformación? Bueno, en primer lugar, no estoy de acuerdo con esta definición. Los periodistas son libres de hacer las valoraciones que quieran, pero yo no creo que haya cambiado mis creencias políticas.

EFE Cualquier persona que me conozca sabe que no he abandonado nunca mi lucha por proteger Medicaid y que hubiera hecho lo mismo cinco años atrás en el Senado si esto hubiera ocurrido. Pero no ocurrió, porque entonces teníamos un presidente democrático, que intentaba fortalecer y expandir Medicaid, en lugar de diezmarlo. Durante mi etapa en el gobierno estatal, libré muchas batallas similares. Lideré la lucha contra el incremento del copago, una medida con la que la administración estatal pretendía destinar la recaptación obtenida del copago en asistencia sanitaria infantil para madres con bajos ingresos. Luché contra esta medida, y ganamos. Derrotamos a una administración que pretendía colársela a sus ciudadanos por la puerta trasera. La razón por la que he sido tan activo e insistente a la hora de defender la protección de Medicaid es porque la amenaza es real. El país no ha sufrido una amenaza tan real sobre Medicaid desde los tiempos de Ronald Reagan, e incluso Reagan, con lo conservador que fue, nunca hubiera propuesto lo que esta nueva ley del Senado quiere hacer con Medicaid. éxico está atravesando ya desde hace demasiado tiempo una espiral de violencia, con decenas de asesinatos y muertes que quedan enterrados bajo el tapete ante la incapacidad del sistema judicial para procesarlos todos”, comentó la semana pasada la conocida periodista mexicana poco antes de recibir el Premio a la Libertad de Expresión en Iberoamérica otorgado por Casa América Barcelona. 14 / JULIO 26 - AGOSTO 2, 2017 / ALDÍAnews.com
Aristegui, elegida entre los 50 líderes más influyentes del mundo en 2017 por la revista Forbes, dejó clara su preocupación por el elevado nivel de crimen organizado y delincuencia en su país, que en los últimos años se ha cebado principalmente en los periodistas. Al menos un centenar de periodistas han sido asesinados desde el año 2010, y sus asesinos han quedado en la impunidad. “Esto es inaceptable”, se lamentó. “Porque cuando se matan periodistas, se mata el derecho de la sociedad a ser informada, y la impunidad es la llave para dar continuidad a estas muertes”. Aristegui puso de relieve los dos asesinatos de periodistas más sonados en 2017. El de
Miroslava Breach, quién, “como como pocos, investigó cómo el narcotráfico y el crimen inciden en los procesos electorales en el estado de Chihuahua”, explicó Aristegui. Breach fue asesinada a las puertas de su casa, cuando se disponía a llevar a su hijo a la escuela. El segundo caso, de gran repercusión internacional, fue la muerte de Javier Valdés, que dedicó su vida a investigar las redes de narcotráfico en Sinaloa. Valdés fue asesinado a tiros a las doce del mediodía, “a plena luz del día”, recordó Aristegui. A pesar de esto, en la investigación llevada hasta hoy por las autoridades mexicanas “no hay pistas de que vayan a dar con los responsables y me preocupa que caigan en el saco de la impunidad”, alertó la periodista. Valdés trabajaba para un medio pequeño, pero todo el mundo –incluidos los periodistas extranjeros– llamaba a sus puertas cuando querían saber más del Chapo Guzman. “Ahora se van a encontrar con las puertas cerradas”, se lamentó Aristegui, agradecida por haber recibido un premio en Barcelona. “Toda atención internacional es una forma de presionar al gobierno de su país para que cambien las cosas.
En México hay demasiados frentes que atentan contra la libertad de expresión”, insistió. Pero no están solo los asesinatos. Para Aristegui, la otra fuerza que actúa contra la prensa independiente son las continuas amenazas, hostigamientos e humillaciones que los periodistas sufren por parte de la autoridad. Y ella ha vivido en propia piel esta persecución. En 2009, Aristegui llegó a un acuerdo con MVS Radio para formar un equipo de periodistas de de investigación, con participación en temas espinosos como los papeles de Panamá o la Matanza en Tlatlaya, en la que murieron 22 personas en manos de militares. El equipo, sin embargo, sufrió una “quiebra informativa” cuando inició la investigación alrededor de la construcción de la nueva mansión del presidente Peña Nieto. “Una casa valorada en cientos de millones de dólares, que el presidente jamás podría explicar con sus ingresos”, comentó Aristegui, que bautizó el proyecto como “La Casa Blanca de Peña Nieto”. En el momento de difundir en el aire el polémico reportaje, el concesionario de la radio, un destacado empresario llamado Joaquín Vargas, les pidió que no lo hicieran, ya que veía peligrar sus intereses empresariales. En respuesta al acoso judicial, la periodista optó por abrir un “juicio de amparo” contra MVS, alegando que la empresa cometió un claro acto de censura. Su objetivo era que un juez reconociera que la empresa intentó arrebatarle el derecho fundamental a la libertad de expresión. El juez que llevó el caso, Fernando Silva García, un magistrado joven y educado en Europa, perteneciente a la aristocracia judicial mexicana, les empezó a dar la razón, provocando un revuelo en el país. Para frustración de Aristegui, el juicio fue bloqueado después de un colegiado aceptara una queja por parte del concesionario, alegando que el juez no debía haber aceptado el caso. La reportera pidió ayuda en las Cortes ministeriales, pero le fue denegada y la queja consiguió bloquear el juicio. En última recurso ha sido presentar el caso ante la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH), en Washington DC, para que intervenga en favor de desbloquear el juicio. “Solo pedimos que tenga lugar este juicio”, insistió. ¿ O es que no podemos aspirar que la justicia mexicana ampare el derecho de libertad de expresión de una periodista?” Arsistegui tiene la esperanza de que si el CIDH acepta su petición, sirva de referencia para otros países de la región latinoamericana, donde la autocensura y el acoso a la prensa “son un mal sistémico”. “Hemos de lograr que los concesionarios de los grandes conglomerados de las telecos entiendan que sus intereses empresariales no pueden ir por delante de los derechos de la sociedad. Han de entender que trabajan con la libertad de expresión, y ésta es un bien público esencial para la democracia”. ¿Tienen sentido sus palabras cuando EEUU, referente de la democracia mundial, tiene un presidente como Donald Trump, que insulta a los periodistas, acusándoles de mentirosos y de estar publicando noticias falsas? Según Aristegui, todavía más. Ella cree que en el fondo Trump puede beneficiarnos. “No se lo agradezco, pero el señor Trump ha puesto más fácil que el mundo entero valore la importancia de la prensa independiente y la libertad de expresión”, comentó. De acuerdo con Aristegui, el trabajo de The New York Times o The Washington Post son hoy más esenciales que nunca. “EEUU es una democracia fascinante porque tiene contrapesos.
