TREE HOUSE The treehouse is a magical box that relates in a dynamic way with the sorrounding environment. When closed, it appears as a hidden object in the forest, made of dark wood and only accessible externally as observation point. When inhabited, the house activate itself and extends between the branches and trees of the forest, showing the coloured and familiar character of the interiors. In its closed but inhabited configuration, the minimum volume has a private and cosy character; if opened, the volume extends and creates original relations with the lanscape. Sliding walls and furniture elements allow a flexibility in the organization of the space. The house has a woodframe structure with insulated wooden panels, it’s self-supporting in order to preserve the integrity of the “hosting tree” and to be eventually relocated or duplicated.
