Understanding national reality

 What things has AIESEC Mexico done best and worst in the last years?  What’s our main bottleneck to achieve relevance as a national association?

Talent Management  What can TM do to ensure that all LCVPs apply for LCP, all LCPS apply for MC and all LCVPs apply for NST after their term?  What do we need for an effective OD-TM synergy to take place? How does this make sense?  Envision AIESEC Mexico in 2015. What can you today to ensure that Mexico delivers 5,000 Exchange experiences in that year?  How can we cut in half the time it takes for new members to be trained in processes?

Information Systems

 Assess the current website and submit a proposal to make it more engaging, including data recovery of interested people, information systems, virtual review board and online payment.  Besides technical know-how, what can you bring to the team dynamic and national plenary that makes you valuable?  How could IS help raise 300 iGIP TNs during the year?
