Who are we looking for? People with AIESEC Experience, but no specific functional expertise is required. Rather willingness to research for AMS (Advaned Management) to be built mostly during Pre-meeeting. We’ll choose based on the best facilitator experience, best AIESEC experience (we want to connect with potential exchange partners) and total time availability.
How about financials? You need to cover your transportation + additional time in Mexico all the way to the city of León. The bus to Leon is less than 70 USD from Mexico City. You might want to budget the possibility to fly to Leon from your city, but that might be the most expensive option. We cover your parties, hosting, meals from July 8th to the 14th (premeeting + conference).
What would I be facilitating? Everest will have 3 main agendas: Everest for Mexican EBs, Expansion Summit (XS) for 15 new AIESEC SU’s and Official Expansions and Advanced Management Seminar (AMS). We are requiring 5 international facis for AMS. What is it? Think of it as a hybrid between an advanced LDS, the best of a TtT + Functional tracks universal to any AIESEC entity. Topics that you would be facilitating are: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9.
Advanced Project Management including software usage Podio Usage Financial Management for AIESEC LCs, projects and events Event management Public speaking (TtT style) Emotional Intelligence Development Partnership Management Advanced Team Management topics How to build an AIESEC LC2LC or LC2MC cooperation
Here’s the draft agenda:
What can I expect? AIESEC in Mexico is preparing for ILC 2014. That’s why we want to have as many international delegates as possible. AIESEC Mexico has tons of energy, roll calls, shouts and fun during parties. Expect to have a blast of an experience, great food and logistics and a Y2B that is memorable for the content, not for yawning and boredom.
