We welcome you to the Sydney Spirit Retreat! It is our intention to create a unified experience that allows for deep healing and transformation. We honour the traditional custodians of this sacred land as well as give thanks to the current custodians, the Satyananda Yoga Ashram. As I’m sure you will discover, this is a truly powerful place for spiritual awakening. In addition to the wonderful guest teachers, the Satyananda resident teachers will be offering daily classes at 5.30am, Yoga Nidra at 12midday, Fire Havan and Karma Yoga everyday at 7.45am, by aligning yourself with the rhythm of the Ashram, you can open to a deeper personal process. We hope that you will embrace this opportunity to connect with yourselves, the ashram, the teachers, the land and your inner spirit. Please don’t feel that you have to do everything offered or wake or sleep when everyone else does. We trust that you will listen to your inner guru and follow your bliss! Thank you so much for sharing yourself with us, we hope that you take a little slice of the spirit of this retreat home with you. Please reach out & connect with us, if you ever need help or a hug! In Love & Unity, Kate Little & Alex Grant
