Welcome To The Lodge.

Fizz French ‘75

£8.00

The French ‘75 is an all-time classic - sophisticated, elegant and refreshing. and in this instance the combination of a good dry gin, a beautiful prosecco, some freshly squeezed lemon juice and a hint of sugar is the definition of simplicity.

The Lodge Fizz

£8.00

This light, delicately-flavoured cocktail pairs the beautiful scent of elderflower with Stolichnaya Russian Vodka, topped with chilled Prosecco and lemon zest.

ELEGANT Martini

£8.00

There’s something about sipping your Martini from a long-stemmed chilled martini glass, which is why there are so many martini variations. We stick to the classic mix of liquors (gin or vodka) and dry vermouth stirred together in a chilled mixing glass and strained into the iconic cone-shaped glass.

Hemmingway

£8.00

Yet another product of late-nineteenth-century imperialism, the Hemingway daiquiri is a sweet and tart rum drink that packs a punch. The combination of Havana Club 3 Year Old Rum, lime and grapefruit juices, and simple syrup makes for a bracing, complex cocktail served up in a chilled martini glass.

Frozen Daiquiri

£8.00

Frozen daiquiris are a great way to cool off on a hot summer day. Havana Club 3 Year Old Rum, sugar, and lime juice are blended together with ice.

REFRESHING Rickey

£8.00

Vodka and lime juice built up into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Topped with soda and garnished with a lime wedge. Simple and refreshing.

Mojito Daiquiri

Mule

£8.00 The cocktail became popular during the vodka craze in the United States during the 1950s. Also referred to as a buck, this cocktail requires a jigger-full of vodka, gin, rum and tequila built up in an ice-filled highball glass topped with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

HARD-HITTING Negroni

£8.00

A cocktail which has left its mark on the history of the Milanese aperitif. Equal parts Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth are combined in a pre-chilled rocks glass, stirred gently and garnished with orange zest.

Tommy’s Margarita

£8.00

Once upon a time in Mexico... someone invented the Margarita. Tommy’s Margarita is the premium version of this classic cocktail; sweet and fresh with delicious Olmeca Tequila. Shaken with ice and strained into a salt rimmed rocks glass.

Old Fashioned

£8.00

The Old Fashioned is that rare thing: a cocktail that actually tastes of booze. Properly made, this Kentucky classic should be strong, but not too strong, and sweet, but not too sweet. Bitters, sugar and ice are muddled aggressively together in the glass whilst the Bulleit Bourbon is added bit by bit.
