اﻟدوﻟﺔ ھﻲ ﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ اﻟﺷﻌب اﻟﻛﺑرى ﻛوﻧﺎ ﺗﺷﻣل ﻛل ﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ وﻣن ﺿﻣﻧﮭﺎ ﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻌﺗﺑر رأﺳﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﻧﻔذ ...وﺣﯾن ﯾﻘر اﻟﺳﯾد اﻧس اﻟﻌﺑدة رﺋﯾس اﻻﺋﺗﻼف اﻟﺳوري ﺗﻛﻠﯾف اﻟدﻛﺗور ﺟواد اﺑوﺣطب اﻟﻣﺷﮭود ﻟﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﺳﻣﻌﺔ اﻟﻧظﯾﻔﺔ واﻟذي ﯾﻣﺎرس ﻋﻣﻠﮫ ﻛطﺑﯾب ﻓﻲ ﺟراﺣﺔ اﻻوﻋﯾﺔ واﻟﺻدر داﺧل اﻻراﺿﻲ اﻟﺳورﯾﺔ ......ﻓﺈﻧﻧﺎ ﻧﺗﺳﺎءل اﯾن ھﻲ ﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت اﻟدوﻟﺔ اﻻﺧرى اﻟﺗﻲ اﻗﺎﻣﮭﺎ اﻻﺋﺗﻼف؟ وھل ﺑﮭﻛذا ﻗرار ﺗﺳﺗطﯾﻊ "ﺣﻛوﻣﺔ اﻟﺧدﻣﺎت " ھذه ان ظﮭرت ﻟﻠﻧور ان ﺗﻘوم ﺑﻌﻣﻠﮭﺎ ﺑﺑﻧﺎء ﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت ﺧدﻣﯾﺔ ﺟدﯾدة وﺗﻔﻌﯾﻠﮭﺎ اﺿف ﻟﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ وﺗﻧﺳﯾق اﻋﻣﺎل ﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ اﻟﻧﺎﺷطﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟداﺧل اﻟﺳوري ....واﯾن ھو اﻻﻣن ؟ واﯾن اﻟﻘﺿﺎء ؟اﻟذي ﺑدوﻧﮭﻣﺎ ﻻ وﺟود ﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ وﻻ ﻟدوﻟﺔ . رﺋﯾس اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ ﯾﻌﻠن ":ﺳﻧﻣﺎرس ﻋﻣﻠﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟداﺧل وان ﻟم ﺗدﻋم دول اﻟﺟوار ﺣﻛوﻣﺔ وطﻧﯾﺔ ﺳورﯾﺔ ﻣﺳﺗﻘﻠﺔ ﺳﺄﺳﺗﻘﯾل ﺑﻌد ﺛﻼﺛﺔ اﺷﮭر" وھل ﯾﻣﻛن ﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ ﺗﻣوﯾﻠﮭﺎ ﻗﺎﺋم ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺗﺳول ان ﺗﻛون ﻣﺳﺗﻘﻠﺔ ؟ وھل ﻣن ﺑرﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻋﻣل ﻟﻠﺣﻛوﻣﺔ ؟ ام ان ﺑرﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﻋﻣﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﺟﮭول ﻣرھون ﺑﻣﺻﺎدر اﻟﺗﻣوﯾل ؟ اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﺻﻐﯾرة ﻟﻠﺳﯾﺎﺳﯾﯾن اﻟﺻﻐﺎر ...وﯾﺑدو ان ھذه "اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ " ﻟن ﺗﺷرق ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ اﻟﺷﻣس ....وﻣن ﺛﻣﺎرھم ﺗﻌرﻓوﻧﮭم .

اﻟﺟدل ﻻ ﯾزال رﺑﻣﺎ ﺑطرﯾﻘﺔ أﻗل ﺣدة ﻣن اﻟﺳﺎﺑق ،ﺣول ﻣﺂﻻت اﻟﺻراع اﻟﻌﺳﻛري واﻟﻣﯾﻠﯾﺷوي ﻓﻲ اﻟﺑﻼد ،وﻣﺎﯾزال اﻟﻣداﻓﻌون ﻋن اﻟﻧﮭﺞ اﻟﺳﻠﻣﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻻﻧﺗﻘﺎل اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ ﯾﺳﻣﻌون ﻛل ﻣرة اﻟرد اﻟذي أﺻﺑﺢ ﻣﻌروﻓﺎْ : ﻟﻘد ﻋﻣل اﻟﻧظﺎم ﻛل ﺟﮭده ﻟدﻓﻊ اﻟﺣراك اﻟﺷﻌﺑﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺳﻠﺢ .وﯾﻛون اﻟرد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟرد ﻋﺎدة :ھل اﻻﻧدﻓﺎع ﻧﺣو اﻟﺗﺳﻠﺢ ﻛﺎن اﺳﺗﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻟﺣﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﺗﻐﯾﯾر ﻓﻲ اﻟﺑﻼد أم اﺳﺗﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻟرﻏﺑﺔ اﻟﻧظﺎم ﻓﻲ اﻟوﺻول اﻟﻰ ﻣﺳرح ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺎت ﻋﺳﻛري ﻛﺎﻣل ﺗﺗﯾﺢ ﻟﮫ اﺳﺗﺑﺎﺣﺔ ﻛل ﺷﻲء دون ﺗردد؟؟ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ اﻟﻔﻛرة اﻷوﻟﻰ ﯾﺟب ﻣراﻗﺑﺔ ﻣﺟﻣل اﻟﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻧذ ﻣﻧﺗﺻف ۲۰۱۱ﻟﻠﯾوم ،واﻟﺣدﯾث ﺑوﺿوح ﻋن اﻧﺣدار اﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺗﻧﮭﺎض اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟﻠﻣﺟﻣوﻋﺎت اﻟﺳﻛﺎﻧﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ ،واﻧﺣﺳﺎر اﻟﯾﺎت اﻟﻌﻣل اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ اﻟﺗﺿﺎﻣﻧﻲ واﻟﻣﻧﺳق ﺑﻌﻔوﯾﺔ ،ﻟﯾﺣل ﺑدﻻ ﻋﻧﮫ ﺗﻣدد ﻗوى ﻋﺳﻛرﯾﺔ ﻣﺗﻌددة اﻟرؤى واﻷھداف وﻣﺗﻧﺎزﻋﺔ أﺣﯾﺎﻧﺎْ وﻟﻛن ﻣوﻗﻔﮭﺎ ﻣن اﻟﻌﻣل اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ درﺟﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﯾﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻣﻌﺎداة وأﺣﯾﺎﻧﺎ ً ﺑﺄﻋﻠﻰ ﻣن اﻟﻧظﺎم ﻧﻔﺳﮫ . وﻣﻊ اﺳﺗﻣرار ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﺗﺑﻌﺛر واﻟﺻراﻋﺎت اﻟﺿﯾﻘﺔ ﯾﻣﻛﻧﻧﺎ اﻟﻘول دون ﺧطﺄ ﻛﺑﯾر أن ﻣﺟﻣل اﻟﺣراك اﻟﻣﺳﻠﺢ ﯾرﺗدي طﺎﺑﻌﺎ ﻣﯾﻠﯾﺷوﯾﺎ ً وﯾﻐرق ﺗدرﯾﺟﯾﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﯾوﻣﯾﺎت اﻟﻘﺻﯾرة وﻻ ﯾﻣﻛﻧﮫ ﺗرﺳﯾﺦ ﻧظرة ﻋﺎﻣﺔ ﺗﺗﻌﻠق ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻼد ﻛﻛل ،اﻧطﻼﻗﺎ ﻣن ﻣﺣدودﯾﺔ ﺗﺣﻛﻣﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﻣوارد واﻟﺟﻐراﻓﯾﺎ وﻓﻘره ﺑﺎﻟﻧظرة اﻟﺗﺷﺎرﻛﯾﺔ ﻟﻣﺷروع اﻟﺗﻐﯾﯾر . اذن ﻟﯾس ﻣن ﻣﺷروع ﺗﻐﯾﯾر ﺑﺎق اﻟﯾوم ،وﻟن ﺗوﻟده اﻟﺷﻌﺎرات اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻐﯾب ﻋﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﻣﺎﻣﺎ ﻣﺻﺎﻟﺢ اﻟﻧﺎس ،وﻣﻊ ﻏﯾﺎب اﻟﻘوى اﻟﺳﻠﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﺗدرﯾﺟﻲ ،وﺗﻣدد اﻟﯾﺎت ﻗﮭر ﺟدﯾدة ﻟﻘوى ﺟدﯾدة ﺻﺎﻋدة ،ﯾﺑدو اﻟﻣﺳرح اﻟﻌﺎم ھو ﺻراع ﺳﻠطﺎت -ﺻﻐﯾرة وﻣﺗوﺳطﺔ -ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻧﻔوذ وﯾﻐﯾب اﻟﺟﻣﮭور اﻟﻌﺎم ﻋن ﻣﺂﻻت ھذا اﻟﺻراع وأھداﻓﮫ ﻟﯾﻛون ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎد ﺿﺣﯾﺗﮫ اﻷﺑرز ،وﺑﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﺎﻟﻣﺳﺎر اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ) ﻣﺳرح اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺎت اﻟﻌﺳﻛري ( ھو اﻟﺳﺎﺋد ﺑطرﯾﻘﺔ ﻣﺗدﺣرﺟﺔ ﻣﻧذ ﺑداﯾﺎت ۲۰۱۲واﻟﻰ اﻟﯾوم . ھل ﻣﺎﺗزال ﺳﻠم -ﺳﻠم -ﺣرﯾﺔ ﻣﺗﺎﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﺗداول ؟؟ ﻣﺎھو اﻟﻣﺣﻔز ﻣﺎھو اﻟﻛﺎﺑﺢ ﻟﮭﺎ ؟؟
اﻟﺳؤال ﺑرﺳم ﻣﻧظﻣﺎت اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ ﺻﺎﺣﺑﺔ ﻣﺷروع اﻟدﻋم اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻌﻲ وﺗطوﯾر ﺻﻣود اﻟﺳﻛﺎن ،ﺑﺣﯾث ﯾﻧﺑﻐﻲ ﻟﮭﺎ ﻧﻘل ﺟزء واﺳﻊ ﻣن ﻧﺷﺎطﮭﺎ اﻹﻏﺎﺛﻲ واﻟداﻋم اﻟﻰ ھذا اﻟﻣﯾدان ﺑﺎﻟذات ، ﻣﯾدان .ﺗطوﯾر اﻟﺣراك وﻓق ﻋﻘﻠﯾﺔ ) ﺳﻠم -ﺳﻠم -ﺣرﯾﺔ ( واﻟﺗﻲ ﻣﺎﺗزال ﻋﻧﺎﺻر اﻟﺛورة اﻟﻣﺿﺎدة اﻟﻣﺣﻠﯾﺔ واﻹﻗﻠﯾﻣﯾﺔ وﺣﺗﻰ اﻟدوﻟﯾﺔ ﺗراھﺎ ﺣﺟر ﻋﺛرة أﻣﺎم ﻣﺷروﻋﮭﺎ ﺑﺈﻧﮭﺎء رﺣﻠﺔ ﻗطﺎر ﺗﻐﯾﯾر اﻟﻣﻧطﻘﺔ ،ﻓﻲ ﻣﺣطﺔ دﻣﺷق . ﯾﺑدو ﺻﻌﺑﺎ ً اﻟطﻠب ﻣن ﻗوى ﻣدﻧﯾﺔ ﺑﺳﯾطﺔ اﻟوﺳﺎﺋل واﻻﻣﻛﺎﻧﺎت ، ﻣواﺟﮭﺔ ھذا اﻟﺗﺿﺎﻣن اﻟﺧﺷن ﻟﻘوى اﻹﻋﺎﻗﺔ اﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ ،وﻣﺎ ﺗﺑﻘﻰ ﻣن ﻣﺳﺎﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺎورة واﻗﺗﻧﺎص ﻓرص اﺿﺎﻓﯾﺔ ﻟﻣﺻﻠﺣﺔ اﻟﻧﺎس ﯾﺻﯾر أﺿﯾق ﺷﯾﺋﺎ ﻓﺷﯾﺋﺎ ً .،وﻣﻊ ذﻟك ﻓﻧﻘطﺔ اﻟﻘوة اﻟﺗﻲ ﻻ ﯾﻣﻛن اھﻣﺎﻟﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺎر اﻟﺣدث ھﻲ ﺗﻠك اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﻧﻣت ﺑﯾن ﻣﻧظﻣﺎت ﻧﺷطﺔ وﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ وﻣﻘﺗرﺑﺔ ﻣن اﻟﺷﺄن اﻟﻌﺎم وأﯾﺿﺎ ﻣﻠﺗﺻﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻧﺎس ﺑﺎﻟوﻗت ذاﺗﮫ ،ھذا اﻟﺗﻘﺎرب ھو ﻣﻔﺗﺎح ﺿروري اﻟﯾوم ﻓﯾﻣﺎ ﻟو أﺻﺑﺢ ﻟﻠﻣﺳﺎر اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ رﺟﻠﯾن ﯾﻣﺷﻲ ﻋﻠﯾﮭﻣﺎ .
ﻣﺎذا ﻋن ﻗﺻور اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺎت اﻟذاﺗﻲ أﯾﺿﺎ ،ﻋن ﺿﻌف ھوﯾﺗﮭﺎ ورؤﯾﺗﮭﺎ ﻟﻠدور ،ﻋن ﺗﺑﻠور ﻓﻛرة اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ اﻟرﺑﺣﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻷداء ، وﻋن اﻟﻔﺳﺎد وﺿﻌف اﻟﻣﺣﺎﺳﺑﺔ واﻟﮭدر وﺳوء ﺳﻠم اﻷوﻟوﯾﺎت .، ﻣﺎذا ﻋن ارﺗﺧﺎﺋﮭﺎ اﻟﻔظﯾﻊ أﻣﺎم إرادة اﻟﻣﺎﻧﺣﯾن ،ﻋن ﺗﻘﻠﺑﮭﺎ. ﺑﺣﺳب ﻧظﺎم اﻟﺳوق وأوﻟوﯾﺎت اﻵﺧرﯾن ؟؟؟ ﻛل ﻣﺎﺳﺑق ﻣوﺟود وﻣﻘﻠق وﻣﺧﺎطره ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ اﻧﺟز ﻛﺑﯾرة وﯾﻛﺎد ﯾﺣطم اﻟﺻورة اﻟﺗﻲ ﺻﻧﻌﺗﮭﺎ ﺗﺿﺣﯾﺎت ﻛﺛﯾرات وﻛﺛﯾرﯾن ﻣن ﻣﺷﺗﻐﻠﻲ ھذه اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺎت ،ﻟﻛن ﻣﻌﯾﺎر اﻟﺗﺻدي اﻟﺻﺣﯾﺢ ﻟﻣﺟﻣوﻋﺔ اﻟﻌﯾوب اﻟﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺗﻠك ،ﯾﻧطﻠق أﺳﺎﺳﺎ ً ﻣن ﺗﻧﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺟﻣﮭور اﻟﻣﺳﺗﮭدف . ﻟن ﺗﻛون ﻣﻼﺣظﺎت اﻟﻧﺎس وﻧﺑﺿﮭم ورﻏﺑﺎﺗﮭم وﻣﺻﺎﻟﺣﮭم ﻣﻣﻛﻧﺔ اﻟﺗﺣﻘق ﻓﻲ ظل اﻟﺗﻌﺎﻣل ﻣﻌﮭم ﻛزﺑﺎﺋن ،ﺑل ﯾﺗوﺟب اﻟﻌﻣل ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟﻘطﺎﻋﺎت ﻣﻌﮭم ﻛﺷرﻛﺎء ،وﻣراﻗﺑﻲ ﺗﻧﻔﯾذ ،رﺑﻣﺎ ﻟن ﺗﻛون ﺗﻘﯾﯾﻣﺎﺗﮭم ﺑﻣﻌﺎﯾرات اﺣﺗراﻓﯾﺔ أو ﺑﺧطوط ﺑﯾﺎﻧﯾﺔ وﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻧﺳب إﻧﺟﺎز ،وﻟﻛن ﺣﺳﺎﺳﯾﺗﮭم ﺗﺟﺎه اﻟظﻠم واﻟﻌﻧف واﻟﻔﺳﺎد واﻟرﺷوة ﺳﺗﻛون واﺣدة ﻣن ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯾر ﻋدة ﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم ﻣﺎ ﯾﺟري . ﺳﻠم -ﺳﻠم -ﺣرﯾﺔ !! ﻛﻠﻣﺎت ﺣﻘﯾﻘﯾﺔ ﺑﺳﯾطﺔ ﻟﺧطﺔ ﻋﻣل ﻛﺑﯾرة .

@ وﻟﻜﻦ ،أﻳﻬﺎ اﻟﺸﻴﺦ اﻟﺠﻠﻴﻞ ،أﻻ ﺗﻮﺟﺪ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﺒﺪاد ﺣﺴﻨﺎت ،أﻻ ﻳﺠﻤﻊ ا ﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻠﻤﺔ واﺣﺪة ﻟﻴﺘﻀﺎﻣﻨﻮا ﺗﺠﺎه ا ﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ؟ ّ وﺗﻘﻞ اﻟﺠﺮاﺋﻢ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺴﻤﻊ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻛﻞ ﻳﻮم ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪول أﻻ ﻳﺸﻴﻊ ﻓﻲ زﻣﻦ اﻻﺳﺘﺒﺪاد ا ﻣﻦ وﻳﻌﻢ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﺗﺴﻤﻲ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ دﻳﻤﻘﺮاﻃﻴﺔ ؟ اﻟﺘﻲ ّ ** ﯾﺎﺑُﻧﻲّ ،أﺻﻠﺣك ﷲ ،ﻻﺗوﺟد أي ﺣﺳﻧﺎت ﯾﻣﻛن أن ُﺗﻌزى ﻟﻼﺳﺗﺑداد .وﻣﺎ ﺗﻐﺎﺿﻲ اﻟﻧﺎس ﻋن أﻓﻌﺎل اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدﯾن إﻻّ دﻟﯾل ﻋﻠﻰ أﻟﻔﺔ اﻟﺧﻧوع ﻻدﻟﯾل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻧﺗﺷﺎر اﻟﺗﺳﺎﻣﺢ ﻓﻲ زﻣن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد .وﻣﺎ ﺣُﺳن اﻟطﺎﻋﺔ إﻻّ ﺗﻌوّ د ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻧﻘﯾﺎد ﻣن ﻏﯾر ﺗﻔﻛﯾر .وﻣﺎ ﻗﻠّﺔ ذﻛر اﻟﺟراﺋم إﻻّ ﺑﺳﺑب إﺧﻔﺎﺋﮭﺎ وﻋدم ﺗﻣ ّﻛن أﺣد ﻣن ﻧﻘدھﺎ وﺗﻔﻧﯾدھﺎ ،ﻻﺑﺳﺑب ﻧدرﺗﮭﺎ أو اﻧﻌداﻣﮭﺎ.
وھﻛذا ﺣﺗﻰ أﻣﺳﯾﻧﺎ رﺑﻣﺎ ﻧﻘﺗل اﻟطﻔل ﻓﻲ ﺣﺟر أﻣﮫ وﻧﻠزﻣﮭﺎ اﻟﺳﻛوت ﻓﺗﺳﻛت ،وﻻ ﺗﺟﺳر أن ﺗزﻋﺞ ﺳﻣﻌﻧﺎ ﺑﺑﻛﺎﺋﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﯾﮫ. وﺗواﻟت اﻟﺑطون وﻧﺣن ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟك ﻋﺎﻛﻔون ،ﻓﺗﺄﺻّل ﻓﯾﻧﺎ ﻓﻘ ُد اﻵﻣﺎل ّ وﯾﻌطل اﻟﺷراﺋﻊ وﺗرك اﻷﻋﻣﺎل .إن ﻓﻘدان اﻟﺣرﯾﺔ ﯾﻣﯾت اﻟﻧﻔوس وﯾﺟﻌل اﻟﯾﺄس ﻣن إﺻﻼح اﻷﺣوال ﻣﺳﯾطراً ﻓﯾرﺗﺎح اﻟﻧﺎس إﻟﻰ ﻣﺎﯾﻠ ّﻘﻧﮭم إﯾّﺎه أﻋوان اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد وﯾﺳﺗﻛﯾﻧون.
ﯾﺎﺑُﻧﻲ ،إنّ ﻣﺎﯾﺣدث ﻓﻲ زﻣن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد أن اﻟﻧﺎس ﯾ ّﺗﺑﻌوﻧﮫ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺳﻣﯾﺔ اﻷﺷﯾﺎء ﺑﻐﯾر أﺳﻣﺎﺋﮭﺎ ،ﻓﯾﺻﺑﺢ اﻟﻧﺻﺢ ﻓﺿوﻻً واﻟﻐﯾرة ﻋداوة ،وﯾﺟﺎروﻧﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻋﺗﺑﺎر اﻟﻧﻔﺎق ﺳﯾﺎﺳﺔ ،واﻻﺣﺗﯾﺎل ﻛﯾﺎﺳﺔ ،واﻟدﻧﺎءة ﻟطف ،واﻟﻧذاﻟﺔ دﻣﺎﺛﺔ. إن اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﺔ اﻟﺳﯾﺋﺔ ھﻲ أﺳﺎس اﺳﺗﯾﻼء اﻟﻔﺳﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻛر اﻟﻌﺎم ،وھﻲ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺟﻌل اﻟﻧﺎس ﯾﺄﻟﻔون أﻣوراً ﺗﺿرّ ھم إﻟﻰ أن ﺻﺎرت طﺑﺎﻋﺎ ً ﻟﮭم ﯾرﻛﻧون إﻟﯾﮭﺎ وﯾﺣﺎﻓظون ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ﻛﻣﺎ ﻗﯾل:
ﯾﺣق ﻟﮭم أن ﺗ ُ ّ ﺷ َق ﻋﻠﯾﮭم ﻣﻔﺎرﻗﺔ ﺣﺎﻻت أﻟﻔوھﺎ وھؤﻻء اﻟواھﻧﺔ ﻋﻣرھم ،ﻛﻣﺎ ﻗد ﯾﺄﻟف اﻟﺟﺳم اﻟﺳﻘم ﻓﻼ ّ ﺗﻠذ ﻟﮫ اﻟﻌﺎﻓﯾﺔ ،إذ ﯾﻛﺗﻔﻲ اﻟﻣﺄﺳورون ﺑﺗﻘﻠﯾد أﻋوان اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد اﻟذﯾن ﯾﺗﺧﻠّﻘون ﺑﺄﺧﻼق َﻣﻠِﻛﮭم اﻟذي ﺗﻠﻘف ﻋﺎدات اﻟﺳراري اﻟذﻣﯾﻣﺔ .ﻓﻣن ﻓﺳﺎد أﺧﻼق اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ﯾﻔﺳد اﻷﻋوان ،وﻣن ھؤﻻء ﺗﻧﺗﻘل اﻟﻌدوى إﻟﻰ أﺳرى اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد، وﯾﻔﺷو اﻟﻔﺳﺎد ﻓﻲ اﻟدوﻟﺔ ﻛﻠﮭﺎ.
ُ أﻟﻔت اﻟﺿﻧﻰ ﻟ ﱠﻣﺎ ﺗطﺎول َ ﻣﻛ ُﺛ ُﮫ ح ﻓﻠو ﺑﺎنَ ﻋن ﺟﺳﻣﻲ ﺑﻛﺗ ُﮫ اﻟﺟوار ُ
ﻣﺑﺎل وﻻ وﯾُﻣﺳﻲ ﻛل إﻧﺳﺎن ﻻﯾﮭﺗم إﻻّ ﺑﻣﺻﺎﻟﺣﮫ اﻵﻧﯾﺔ ،ﻏﯾر ٍ ﻣدرك أن ﻟﻶﺧرﯾن ﺣﻘوﻗﺎ ً ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ،ﻛﻣﺎ ﻟﮫ ﻋﻠﯾﮭم .ﻓﻣن أﯾن ﻟﮭؤﻻء أن ﯾﻌﻠﻣوا ﺑﺄن اﻹﻧﺳﺎن ﻣدﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻟطﺑﻊ ،ﻻﯾﻌﯾش إﻻ ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺗراك
اﻟﻌﺪد اﺛﻨﺎن وﻋﺸﺮون
@ وﻫﻞ ﻳﻤﺘﺪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ اﻻﺳﺘﺒﺪاد إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺎل ،أم أن اﻟﺤﻴﺎة اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﺑﻤﻌﺰل ﻋﻦ ﺷﺆون اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺔ واﻟﺤﻜﻢ ؟ ** إن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﺻﯾّر ﻣﻌﺑوده اﻟﻣﺎل ،وﺟﻌﻠﮫ ھدف ﺣﯾﺎﺗﮫ اﻟوﺣﯾد ،اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد دﯾﻧﮫ وﺣﯾﺎﺗﮫ وﺷرﻓﮫ اﻟﻣﺎل ،ﻓﮭو ﻣﻌﯾﺎر اﺣﺗرام اﻟﻧﺎس وﻣﺻدر اﻟﺗﻣﺟّ د .ﻟذﻟك ﻓﺈن اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدﯾن ﻻﯾ ّدﺧرون ﻓﻌل أي ﺷﻲء ﻓﻲ ﺳﺑﯾل اﻟﺣﺻول ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣزﯾد ﻣن ھذا اﻹﻟﮫ، واﻻﺳﺗﻣرار ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻧﻌّم ﻓﻲ اﻣﺗﻼك ھذا اﻟﺷرف. وﻻ ﯾﺗواﻧون ﻋن اﺑﺗداع اﻟطراﺋق اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺳﮭّل ﻟﮭم ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻣوّ ل اﻟﺳرﯾﻊ .وﺑﻌد اﻧﻘراض ﻋﺎدة أﻛل اﻹﻧﺳﺎن ﻟﺣ َم أﺧﯾﮫ ﺑﺗﺄﺛﯾر اﻟﺗطور ،ﻓﺈن اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدﯾن اﺧﺗرﻋوا أﺷﻛﺎﻻً أﺧرى ﻟﻔﻌل ذﻟك، وﺗﻔﻧﻧوا ﻓﻲ اﻟظﻠم ،ﻓﮭم ﯾﻣﺗﺻون دﻣﺎء اﻟﻧﺎس ﺑﺎﻏﺗﺻﺎب أﻣواﻟﮭم ،وﯾﻘﺻّرون أﻋﻣﺎرھم ﺑﺗﺳﺧﯾرھم ﻓﻲ اﻷﻋﻣﺎل وﺑﻐﺻب ﺛﻣرات أﺗﻌﺎﺑﮭم . إن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ ﻻﯾﮭﻣﮫ إﻻ اﻻﻛﺗﺳﺎب اﻟﻌﺎﺟل ،وﻓﻲ زﻣﻧﮫ ﯾﺗﺳﻊ ﺗﻔﺎوت اﻟﺛروات ﺑﯾن اﻟﻧﺎس ،وﯾُﻣﺳﻲ اﻷﺳﯾر ،ﺗﻘﻠﯾداً ﻵﺳره ،ﻋﺑداً ﻟﻠﻣﺎل ،وﯾﺟﻧﺢ اﻟﺟﻣﯾﻊ ﻟﻼدﺧﺎر .وﻻ ﯾﻣﻛن ،ﻓﻲ ظل اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،أن ﯾﺗم اﻟﺗﻣوّ ل إﻻّ ﺑﺄن ﯾﺣرم اﻟﻣﺗﻣوّ ل اﻵﺧرﯾن اﻟرزق .واﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،ﺗﺳﮭﯾﻼً ﻟﮭذه اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻻﻛﺗﻧﺎزﯾﺔ ،ﯾﺳنّ ﻗواﻧﯾن اﻟﺗﻔﺎوت اﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﻲ ﻟﺣﻣﺎﯾﺔ اﺣﺗﻛﺎر اﻟﻣﺣﺗﻛرﯾن .ﻣﻣﺎ ّ وﯾﺳﺧره ﻟﺧدﻣﺗﮫ. ﯾﺟﻌل ﺑﺎﻹﻣﻛﺎن أن ﯾﺷﺗري اﻟﻐﻧﻲّ اﻟﻔﻘﯾر ﺛم ﺗﻌود ﻣظﺎھر اﻟﻔﺳﺎد اﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎدي ﻛﻠﮭﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻧظﺎم اﻟﺣﻛم اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ،ﻷن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﯾُﻠﻐﻲ اﻟﻌداﻟﺔ ﻣن ﻗواﻣﯾﺳﮫ وﯾﺷرّ ع ﻛﻧز اﻟﺛروات إذ ﯾﺷﺟﻊ ﺻﻐﺎر اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدﯾن ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺗﻌدي ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻘوق اﻟﻧﺎس ،وﻋﻠﻰ اﺳﺗﻐﻼل ﻧﻔوذھم ﻓﻲ ﻧﮭب أرزاق اﻟﺷﻌب ،وﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻛدﯾس اﻟﺛروات ﻟدﯾﮭم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺳﺎب اﻵﺧرﯾن .وﻛﻠﻣﺎ ازداد اﻟﺛري ﻣﺎﻻً ازداد طﻣﻌﺎ ً ورﻏﺑﺔ ﻓﻲ زﯾﺎدة اﻟﺗﻣوّ ل ،ﻓﻣن ﯾﻣﻠك ﻋﺷرة ﯾرى ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﻣﺣﺗﺎﺟﺎ ً ﻟﻌﺷرة أﺧرى ،وﻣن ﯾﻣﻠك أﻟﻔﺎ ً ﯾرى ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﻣﺣﺗﺎﺟﺎ ً ﻷﻟف أﺧرى .
أﻣﺎ اﻟﻛﺳب اﻟﻣﺷروع ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ،زﻣن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،ﺻﻌب اﻟﻣﻧﺎل، وﺻﻌب ﺣﻔظﮫ ،ﻷن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﯾﺟﻌل اﻟﻣﺎل ﻓﻲ أﯾدي اﻟﻧﺎس ﻋرﺿﺔ ﻟﺳﻠب اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد وأﻋواﻧﮫ ،اﻟذﯾن ﻗد ﯾﺳﻠﺑوﻧﮫ ﻓﻲ ﻟﺣظﺔ وﺑﻛﻠﻣﺔ ،وھو إن ﺳﻠِ َم ﻣﻧﮭم ﻓﻛﯾف ﯾﺳﻠم ﻣن اﻟﻠﺻوص واﻟﻣﺣﺗﺎﻟﯾن اﻟذﯾن ﯾﺻوﻟون وﯾﺟوﻟون ﻓﻲ ظل أﻣﺎن اﻹدارة اﻻﺳﺗﺑدادﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻔﺿّل اﻹﻛﺛﺎر ﻣن أﻣﺛﺎﻟﮭم؟ ،ﻟذﻟك ﯾﺿطر اﻟﻧﺎس إﻟﻰ إﺧﻔﺎء أﻣواﻟﮭم واﻟﺗظﺎھر ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻘر واﻟﻔﺎﻗﺔ .ﻣن ذﻟك ﺗﻔﺗر ھﻣم اﻟﻧﺎس ﻋن اﻟﻌﻣل واﻟﻛﺳب ،ﻷن ﻣﺎﯾﺣﺻّﻠوﻧﮫ ﻣﻌرّ ض ﻟﻠﺳﻠب ،ﻓﺿﻼً ﻋن ﺻﻌوﺑﺔ ﺗﺣﺻﯾﻠﮫ. أﻣﺎ اﻷﺛرﯾﺎء ،ﻋﺑﯾد اﻟﻣﺎل واﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،ﻓﺈﻧﮭم ھم أﯾﺿﺎ ً ﻻﯾﺳﻠﻣون ﻣن ﺳﻠب ﻣﺎﻓﻲ ﺣوزﺗﮭم ﻣن أﻣوال ،ﺣﯾث ﯾﻐﺻﺑﮭﺎ اﻷﻗوى ﻣﻧﮭم ﻣن اﻷﺿﻌف .وﺗﺑﻘﻰ اﻷﻣوال ﻣﺗﻧﻘﻠﺔ ﺑﯾن أﯾدي اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑ ّدﯾن ،ﺑﯾﻧﻣﺎ اﻟﺷﻌب ﻓﻲ ﻓﻘر ﻣدﻗﻊ ،وﻻ ﺗﺗﺿﺢ ﻣﻌﺎﻟم أﺛر ھذا اﻟﻔﻘر إﻻّ ﻓﻲ أوﺟﮫُ ،وﻻ أواﺧر أﯾﺎم اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،ﺣﯾث ﯾﻛون اﻟﻔﺳﺎد ﻗد ﺑﻠﻎ َ ﯾﻛون ﻓﻲ وﺳﻊ اﻟﻔﻘراء إﻻّ إرﺿﺎء اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ﺑﺄي وﺟﮫ ﻛﺎن ﻟﺗوھّﻣﮭم ﺑﺄن ﻓﻲ داﺧل رؤوﺳﮭم ﺟواﺳﯾس ﻋﻠﯾﮭم ،وﻻ ﯾﺳﻌﮭم إﻻّ ﺗﻣﻠّﻘﮫ ﻟﻠﺣﺻول ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺣد اﻷدﻧﻰ ﻟﻘوﺗِﮭم اﻟﯾوﻣﻲ ،وھذا ﯾﺟﻌﻠﮭم ﯾﺿرﺑون ّ ﻋزة اﻟﻧﻔس ﺑﻌرض اﻟﺣﺎﺋط وﯾﺧﻠﻌون اﻟﺣﯾﺎء. وﯾﺻﺑﺢ ﻟﺳﺎن ﺣﺎل اﻟﻧﺎس ﯾﻘول " :إﻧﻣﺎ اﻟﺳﻼم ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺎﻟﻣﺔ اﻟﺣﻛﺎم وﻗوﻟﮭم إذا أردت ]ﻷﻣر؟[ أن ﯾﻣﺷﻲ ارﺷﻲ ﺛم ارﺷﻲ ﺛم ارﺷﻲ )…( وﺑﻧﺎ ًء ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﻓﺈذا ﻛﺎن اﻷھﺎﻟﻲ ﻗد أﻟﻔوا اﻟذل واﻟرﺷوة إﻟﻰ ھذه اﻟدرﺟﺔ ﻓﻼ ﯾﺑﻘﻰ ﺣﺎﺟﺔ ﻟﺑﯾﺎن ﻣﻘدار اﺳﺗﺑداد اﻟﻣﺄﻣورﯾن .ھذه ھﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺎل ،ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻧﻔﻌﯾﺔ، ﻓﺎﻟﻣﺎل أﺣد أﺳﺑﺎب اﻧﺗﺷﺎر اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد وأﺣد دﻋﺎﺋﻣﮫ اﻟﻣﮭﻣﺔ، واﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﯾﺗﺣ ّﻛم ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺎل ﻓﯾﺣﯾﻠﮫ إﻟﻰ أداة إﻓﺳﺎد ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ، وﯾﺟﻌﻠﮫ ﻟﻔﺋﺔ ﺗﺗﺣﻛم ﻓﻲ رﻗﺎب ﺑﺎﻗﻲ اﻟﻧﺎس ﻣن ﻏﯾر رادع أو وازع.

ﻟم ﺗﻛد ﺗﻧﺗﻲ ﺳﻘطﺎت ﻗﻧﺎة اﻟﺑﻲ ﺑﻲ ﺳﻲ اﻟﺑرﯾطﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﺣﺗﻰ ﺗﻔﺎﺟﺋﻧﺎ ﺑﺄﺧرى أدھﻰ وأﻣر ھﻧﺎ وﻋن طﯾب ﻧﯾﺔ ﺳﻣﯾﻧﺎھﺎ) ﺳﻘطﺎت( ﺣﺗﻰ ﻻ ﻧؤﺧذ ﺑﺟرﯾرة اﻟﺗﺣﺎﻣل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻧﮭﺞ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة وﻟن ﻧﺗطرق ھﻧﺎ ﻟﻠﺗﺳﻣﯾﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗطﻠﻘﮭﺎ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﻟﺗﺑدو وﻛﺄﻧﮭﺎ أﻣرا ﺑﺳﯾطﺎ وﻻ ﻣﺷﺎﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻹﺻطﻼح ﻣﻊ ظﻧﻧﺎ أﻧﮭﺎ أﻗوى ﻣن ﻓﺑرﻛﺔ أي ﺧﺑر ﻓﺎﻟﺗﺳﻣﯾﺎت ﺗدوم واﻷﺧﺑﺎر ﺗﻧﺗﮭﻲ و ﺗﺗﺟدد ﻓﻛل ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻟﮭذه اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﯾراھﺎ ﺗطﻠق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ اﺳم )اﻟﺟﻣﺎﻋﺎت اﻹﺳﻼﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ( وﻓﻲ ذات اﻟوﻗت ﺗطﻠق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺟﻣﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻣرﺗزﻗﺔ اﻟطﺎﺋﻔﯾﺔ اﻟﻘﺎدﻣﺔ ﻣن ﺧﺎرج ﺳورﯾﺎ اﺳم )اﻟﻘوات اﻟردﯾﻔﺔ ﻟﻠﻘوات اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﯾﺔ ( ﻣﺷرﻋﻧﺔ وﺟودھﺎ إﻋﻼﻣﯾﺎ ً ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗل وﻣروﺟﺔ ﻟﮭﺎ و ﻛﺄﻧﮭﺎ ﻗوات ﺳورﯾﺔ ﺷﻌﺑﯾﺔ ﻟن ﯾﺳﺗطﯾﻊ اﻟﺗﻠﻔزﯾون اﻟرﺳﻣﻲ ﻟﻠﻧظﺎم أن ﯾﺧﺗرع ﻟﻣﯾﻠﯾﺷﯾﺎت اﻟﻌﺎر ھذه اﺳم أﻓﺿل ﻣن ھذا اﻻﺳم ھذه اﻟﻣﯾﻠﯾﺷﯾﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ اﺻﺑت ھﻲ وﺣدھﺎ ﻣن ﺗﺗﺣﻛم ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺷﮭد اﻟﺳوري و ﻗس ﺗﺳﻣﯾﺎﺗﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟك اﻟﺗﺳﻣﯾﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ اﺻﺑﺣت ﺗطﻠﻘﮭﺎ ﺟزاﻓﺎ ً ﻟﯾس ﻓﻘط ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺗﺎﺋب اﻟﺛوار واﻟﺟﯾش اﻟﺣر ﺑل ﺣﺗﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓرق اﻟدﻓﺎع اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ واﻟذي ﺳﻣّﺗﮫ ھذه اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﻣؤﺧراً)ﺟﻣﺎﻋﺔ اﻟدﻓﺎع اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ(وذﻟك أﺛﻧﺎء ﺗﻐطﯾﺗﮭﺎ ﻟﻠﻘﺻف اﻻﺧﯾر ﻟﻣدﯾﻧﺔ ادﻟب ھذه اﻟﺗﺳﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗظﻠم أﺻﺣﺎب اﻟﻘﺑﻌﺎت اﻟﺑﯾﺿﺎء و اﻟﺗﻲ ﻟﻠوھﻠﺔ اﻻوﻟﻰ ﺗﻧزل ﻋﻠﻰ أذن اﻟﺳﺎﻣﻊ وﻛﺄﻧﮭﺎ )ﺟﻣﺎﻋﺔ اﻹﺧوان( أو ﺟﻣﺎﻋﺔ أﺧرى ﺗﻧﺗﻣﻲ ﻟﺷرﯾﺣﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ دون ﻏﯾرھﺎ )ﻓﮭﻲ ﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ ( وھﻧﺎ وﺻف ظﺎﻟم آﺧر ﻧﺎھﯾك ﻋن ﻋدم ذﻛر اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ھوﯾﺔ اﻟﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﺻﻔﺔ ﻟﻠﻣدﯾﻧﺔ وﻟﻠﻣﺷﻔﻰ اﻟوطﻧﻲ ﺗﺣدﯾداً واﻟذي أﻗرت ﺑﮫ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻷطراف إﻻ طرﻓﯾن وھﻣﺎ اﻟﻌدوان اﻟروﺳﻲ اﻟذي ﻗﺎم ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺻف و ﻗﻧﺎة اﻟﺑﻲ ﺑﻲ ﺳﻲ ﻧﺎھﯾك أﯾﺿﺎ َ ﻋن ﺗﻘﻠﯾﻠﮭﺎ ﻷﻋداد اﻟﺿﺣﺎﯾﺎ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻧﺻف واﻟﺗﻲ ﻻ ﺗﺄﺗﻲ ھذه اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻛر أﻧﮭم ﺿﺣﺎﯾﺎ ﻣدﻧﯾﯾن إطﻼﻗﺎ ً ﺑل وﺗﻌرض ﺻورا ُ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ ﻟرﻛﺎم وﻣﺷﺎھد ﺑﺣث ﻋن ﻧﺎﺟﯾن ﻟن ﻧدﺧل ھﻧﺎ ﺑرأي اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺔ اﻟﺑرﯾطﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﻋن ﺗوﺟﮫ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة اﻟﺟدﯾد ﻓﻛﻠﻧﺎ ﯾﻌرف أﻧﮭﺎ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة اﻟوﺣﯾدة اﻟﺗﻲ ﺳﻣﺢ ﻟﮭﺎ اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﺳوري ﺑﺎﻟﺑﻘﺎء ﺑﻌد طرده ﻛل اﻟﻘﻧوات وﻛﺎﻧت ﺑذﻟك ﻣراﻓﻘﺔ ﻟﻘﻧوات اﻟﻣﯾﺎدﯾن وروﺳﯾﺎ اﻟﯾوم وﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﻗﻧوات اﻟﻧظﺎم اﻟﺗﺷﺑﯾﺣﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺑث ﻣن داﺧل ﺳورﯾﺎ وﺗﻐطﯾﺔ اﻟﺧﺑر ﻣن اﻟداﺧل اﻟﺳوري
وھﻧﺎ ﻧذﻛر ﻣﺛﺎﻻً ﻟﻠﺗوﺿﯾﺢ ﻓﻘط ﻋن )اﻟﺳﻘطﺔ( اﻟﺗﻲ ﺳﺑق وأﻋﺗرﻓت ﺑﮭﺎ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة واﻋﺗذرت ﻋﻧﮭﺎ وﻛﺎن إﻋﺗذارھﺎ أﻗﺑﺢ ﻣن ذﻧﺑﮭﺎ ﻓﻔﻲ أﺛﻧﺎء ﻗﯾﺎم اﻟﻧظﺎم ﺑﺣرق ﺣﻠب ﻛﺎﻧت اﻓﺗﺗﺎﺣﯾﺔ أﺧﺑﺎر اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﺗﻘول أن اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ ھﻲ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻘﺻف اﻟﻣﻧﺎطق اﻟﺧﺎﺿﻌﺔ ﻟﺳﯾطرة اﻟﻧظﺎم وﻓﻲ اﻟﺧﺑر ﻋرﺿت ﺻوراً ﻟﻠﻣﻧﺎطق اﻟﻣﺣررة واﻟﺗﻲ ﻛﺎﻧت ﺗﺣرق ﺣﯾﻧﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﯾد اﻷﺳد وذﻛرت اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﻋدد ﻟﻠﺿﺣﺎﯾﺎ أﻗل ﺑﻛﺛﯾر ﻣن اﻟﻌدد اﻟﺣﻘﯾﻘﻲ وﻓﻲ اﻟﯾوم اﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ وﺑﻌد أن أﻧﺗﺷرت ﻛذﺑﺗﮭﺎ وﺿﺟت ﺑﮭﺎ اﻟﻣواﻗﻊ ﻗدﻣت ھذه اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﺗﺻﺣﯾﺢ ﺑﻠﮭﺟﺔ اﻋﺗذارﯾﺔ ﺧﺟوﻟﺔ ﻗﺎﻟت ﻓﯾﮫ : ) ﺗﺿﻣﻧت ﻋﻧﺎوﯾن ﻧﺷرة أﺧﺑﺎر اﻟﺳﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﺑﺎﺣﺎ ﻟﺗﻠﻔزﯾون ﺑﻲ ﺑﻲ ﺳﻲ ﻟﻘطﺎت ﻟﻣﻧﺎطق اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻠب ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﺣﻛوﻣﺔ .ﻧﻌﺗذر ﻋن ھذا اﻟﺧطﺄ ( وھﻧﺎ ﻧرى أن اﻟﻘﻧﺎة اﻋﺗذرت ﻋن اﻟﻠﻘطﺎت ﻓﻘط وأن ﻣﺎ ﺣﺻل ﺧطﺄ ﻓﻧﻲ وﻟﻛﻧﮭﺎ ﻣﺻرة ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﻣن ﯾﺣرق ﺣﻠب ھﻲ ﻗوات اﻟﻣﻌﺎرﺿﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣرق ﺣﻠب اﻟﻣﺣﺗﻠﺔ وﻛﻣﺎ ﻧﻘول ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺛل اﻟﺷﻌﺑﻲ )اﻟﻛف ﻟﻣن ﺳطره ( أي أن اﻟﻣﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻟﻸﺧﺑﺎر ﻋﻠﻰ ھذه اﻟﺷﺎﺷﺔ اﻟﻌرﯾﻘﺔ ﻟن ﯾﻌود ﻓﻲ اﻟﯾوم اﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﻣوﻗﻌﮭﺎ ﻟﯾرى إﻋﺗذار ﺑﺳﯾط ﺧﺟول ﻋن ﺧطﺄ ﻓﻧﻲ ﺑﻌرض ﺻور ﻟﺧﺑر آﺧر ﻓﮭو ﻣر وارد وﻟﻛن ﯾﺑﻘﻰ اﻟﺧﺑر اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﻲ اﻟذي ﻓﮭم واﻧﺗﺷر ھو ﻣﺎ أذﯾﻊ ﻟﻠﻣرة اﻷوﻟﻰ واﻧﺗﮭﻰ اﻷﻣر وﻟن ﯾﺳﺗطﯾﻊ أي ﻣﺷﺎھد أن ﯾﺳﺗﻧﺑط ﻣﺛل ھذه اﻟﺳﻣوم اﻟﻣدﺳوﺳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺳل اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﻓﻛﯾف ﻟﻠﻣﺷﺎھد اﻟﻌﺎدي اﻟﻐﯾر اﻟﺳوري وﺑﻌض اﻟﺳورﯾﯾن ﺣﺗﻰ أن ﯾﺳﺗﻧﺗﺟوا ﻣن ﺧﺑر أذاﻋﺗﮫ اﻟﻘﻧﺎة ﯾﻘول ) :ﻗﺻف ﺟوي ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻻطﺑﺎء ﺑﻼ ﺣدود ( ﻛﯾف ﻟﮭم ان ﯾﻌرﻓوا أﻧﮫ ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﻟﻸطﻔﺎل وﻣن ﯾﮭﺗم ؟ ﻓﺄھﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﺧﺑر ﺗﺎﺗﻲ ﻣن ﻛوﻧﮫ ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ أﺟﻧﺑﯾﺔ )أطﺑﺎء ﺑﻼ ﺣدود ( ﻻ ﻣن ﻛوﻧﮫ ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﻟﻼطﻔﺎل اﻟﺧ ّدج وﺑﻲ ﺑﻲ ﺳﻲ ﺻﺎﻏت ھذا ﻟﺧﺑر وﻛﺄن اﻟظﻠم وﻗﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺔ اﻟداﻋﻣﺔ ﻻ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷطﻔﺎل واﻷطﺑﺎء اﻟﺳورﯾﯾن وﻻ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻣﮭﺎت ﺗﺿﻌن ﺣﻣﻠﮭن ﻓﻲ ھذا اﻟﻣﺷﻔﻰ أﻣﺎ ﻋن اﻟﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﺻﻔﺔ ﻓﮭﻲ ﻣﺟﮭوﻟﺔ ﻛﻌﺎدﺗﮭﺎ واﻟﻣﺗﮭﻣﯾن ﻛﺛر ﻟﯾس ﻓﻘط اﻟﻧظﺎم وروﺳﯾﺎ وﯾﻣر اﻟﺧﺑر دون أن ﯾﻌرف اﻟﻣﺷﺎھد اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ ﻗﺑل اﻟﻐرﺑﻲ أن اﻟﻣﺷﻔﻰ اﻟذي ﻗﺻف ھو ﻣﺷﻔﻰ ﻟﻸطﻔﺎل

أﺳﺮة اﻟﻤﺠﻠﺔ ﺑدأ ﺗﺳﻠﯾط اﻟﺿوء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻧف ﺿد اﻟﻣرأة ﻷﻧﮫ ﯾﺷﻛل ﻗﺿﯾﺔ ورﻏم اﻟﺗطورات اﻟﻛﺑرى اﻟﺗﻲ ﺷﮭدھﺎ واﻗﻊ اﻟﻣرأة دوﻟﯾﺎ ً ﻣﻧذ ھﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺗﻣﻌﻧﺎ ،ﻓﺎﻟﻌﻧف ﺿد اﻟﻣرأة ﯾﺳﺗﺧدم ﻟﻺﺷﺎرة ﻋن ذﻟك اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺦ إﻻ أﻧﮫ ﻣﺎزال اﻟﻌﻧف ﯾﻠطﺦ ﺟﺑﯾن اﻹﻧﺳﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎره أي أﻋﻣﺎل ﺗﻣﺎرس ﺿد اﻟﻣرأة ﺑﺷﻛل ﻣﺗﻌﻣد . وﺻﻣﺔ ﻋﺎر ﻓﻲ ﺳﺟل اﻟﺑﺷرﯾﺔ واﻹﻧﺳﺎﻧﯾﺔ . وﺗم ﺗﻌرﯾف اﻟﻌﻧف ﺿد اﻟﻧﺳﺎء ﻣن ﻗﺑل ﺟﻣﻌﯾﺔ اﻷﻣم اﻟﻣﺗﺣدة ﺑﺄﻧﮫ :اﻋﺗداء وﻣﻣﺎرﺳﺔ ﻋﻧﯾﻔﺔ ﻣﺑﻧﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺟﻧس وﯾﻣﻛن أن -ھﻧﺎك ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻏﺗﺻﺎب ﺗﺗﻌرض ﻟﮭﺎ ) (۷۰۰أﻟف اﻣرأة ﺳﻧوﯾﺎ ً ﯾﻛون اﻹﯾذاء ﺟﺳدي أو ﻧﻔﺳﻲ ﻛﺎﻟﺗﮭدﯾد واﻟﺣرﻣﺎن وﻣﻧﻊ ﻓﻲ اﻟوﻻﯾﺎت اﻟﻣﺗﺣدة اﻷﻣرﯾﻛﯾﺔ . اﻟﺣرﯾﺎت وﻏﯾر ذﻟك. ﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺎت ﻗﺗل اﻟﻧﺳﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ أﯾدي أزواﺟﮭن /٪٥۰/ﻣنإﺟﻣﺎﻟﻲ ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺎت اﻟﻘﺗل ﻓﻲ ﺑﻧﻐﻼدش . وﯾﺧﺗﻠف اﻟﻌﻧف ﺿد اﻟﻣرأة ﻣن ﺷﻛل إﻟﻰ آﺧر ﻓﻼ ﯾﺷﺗرط أن -أﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺑرﯾطﺎﻧﯾﺎ ﯾﺗﻠﻘﻰ رﺟﺎل اﻟﺷرطﺔ ﻣﻛﺎﻟﻣﺔ ﻛل دﻗﯾﻘﺔ ﻣن ﯾﻛون اﻟﺿرب ﻓﻘط ﺑل ﻗد ﯾﻛون اﻻﻏﺗﺻﺎب واﻟﺗﺷرﯾد واﻟطرد اﻟﻧﺳﺎء اﻟﻼﺗﻲ ﯾﺗﻌرﺿن ﻟﻠﻌﻧف داﺧل اﻟﻣﻧزل ﻟطﻠب اﻟﻣﺳﺎﻋدة . ﻣن اﻟﻣﻧزل أو اﻟطﻼق ظﻠﻣﺎ ً واﻟﺣرﻣﺎن ﻣن اﻷﺑﻧﺎء واﻟﺿرب -أﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻧوب أﻓرﯾﻘﯾﺎ ﺗﺗﻌرض /۱٤۱۱/اﻣرأة ﯾوﻣﯾﺎ ً ﺣﺗﻰ اﻹﺟﮭﺎض ﻟﻠﻧﺳﺎء اﻟﺣواﻣل وھذه ﻧﻣﺎذج ﻛﺛﯾرة ﻓﻲ ﻟﻼﻏﺗﺻﺎب وھو أﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﻌدﻻت ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺎﻟم اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ وﯾﺗﻧوع اﻟﻌﻧف ﺑﯾن ﻣﺎ ھو ﻓردي وﺑﯾن ﻣﺎ ھو ﺟﻣﺎﻋﻲ ﻛﻣﺎ أن ھﻧﺎك ﻋﻧف ﻓﻲ ﺳوق اﻟﻌﻣل ﺣﯾث ﺗﻣﺎرس اﻟﻧﺳﺎء ﻣﮭﻧﺔ اﻟذي ﺗﻘوم ﺑﮫ ﻣﺟﻣوﻋﺔ ﺑﺷرﯾﺔ ﺑﺳﺳب ﻋرﻗﻲ أو طﺎﺋﻔﻲ أو اﻟﺧدﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﻧﺎزل وﻗد أﻛدت دراﺳﺔ أﻋدﺗﮭﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ /ﻛوﻟوﺑو/ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ واﻟذي ﯾﺄﺧذ ﺻﻔﺔ اﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾر أو اﻹﻗﺻﺎء أو اﻟﺗﺻﻔﯾﺎت وﺑﯾن ﺟﺎء ﻓﯾﮭﺎ أن ﺳرﯾﻼﻧﻛﺎ ﺗﻌد ﻣن أﻛﺛر دول اﻟﻌﺎﻟم ﺗﺻدﯾراً ﻣﺎ ھو رﺳﻣﻲ ) ﻋﻧف اﻟﺳﻠطﺔ ( واﻟذي ﯾﺗﺟﺳد ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻧف اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻟﻣﻧزﻟﯾﺎت وأن ٪۲٥ﻣن اﻟﺳرﯾﻼﻧﻛﯾﺎت واﺟﮭن ﺿد اﻟﻣﻌرﺿﺔ وﻋﻣوم ﻓﺋﺎت اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ . ﻣﺷﺎﻛل ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻣﻣﺎرﺳﺔ ھذه اﻟﻣﮭﻧﺔ ﻣﺛل اﻻﻋﺗداء ﻋﻠﯾﮭن أو ﻋدم دﻓﻊ أﺟورھن وﺣﯾﻧﻣﺎ ﺗﻘﻊ اﻟﻣرأة ﺿﺣﯾﺔ اﻷﺿرار اﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣدة ﺟراء ﻣﻧﮭﺞ اﻟﻌﻧف ﻓﺈﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﻔﻘد إﻧﺳﺎﻧﯾﺗﮭﺎ اﻟﺗﻲ ھﻲ ھﺑﺔ ﷲ وﺑﻔﻘداﻧﮭﺎ اﻹﻧﺳﺎﻧﯾﺔ وھﻧﺎك أﺳﺑﺎب ﯾﻣﻛن إرﺟﺎع اﻟﻌﻧف إﻟﻰ أﺳﺑﺎب ﻣﺗﻌددة وﻣﻧﮭﺎ : ﯾﻧﺗﮭﻲ أي دور ﺑﻧﺎء ﻟﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣرﻛﺔ اﻟﺣﯾﺎة .إنّ ﻣن ﺣق ﻛل -۱اﻟﻧظرة اﻟﺧﺎطﺋﺔ واﻟﺗﻲ ﻻ ﺗرى أھﻣﯾﺔ ﺣﻘﯾﻘﺔ اﻟﻣرأة ﻛﺈﻧﺳﺎﻧﺔ إﻧﺳﺎن ّأﻻ ﯾﺗﻌرض ﻟﻠﻌﻧف وأن ﯾﻌﺎﻣل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗدم اﻟﻣﺳﺎواة ﻣﻊ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻏﯾر ﻣن ﺑﻧﻲ اﻟﺑﺷر .ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎر ذﻟك ﺣق ﻣن ﺣﻘوق اﻹﻧﺳﺎن -۲اﻟﺗﺧﻠف اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ وﻣﺎ ﯾﻔرزه ﻣن ﺟﮭل ﺑﻣﻛوﻧﺎت اﻟﺣﺿﺎرة اﻷﺳﺎﺳﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻣﺛل ﺣﻘﯾﻘﺔ اﻹﻧﺳﺎن وﺟوھره اﻟذي ﻣن ﺧﻼﻟﮫ واﻟﺗﺧﻠف اﻟﺑﺷري ﯾﺗﻛﺎﻣل وﯾرﺗﻘﻲ واﻟﻣرأة ھﻲ ﺳﻧد اﻟرﺟل وﺷرﯾﻛﺗﮫ ﻓﻲ ھذه -۳اﻟﺗوظﯾف ﻟﺳﻲء ﻟﻠﺳﻠطﺔ ﺳواء ﻛﺎن ذﻟك داﺧل اﻷﺳرة أو اﻟطﺑﻘﺔ اﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﯾﺔ أو اﻟدوﻟﺔ . اﻟﺣﯾﺎة وﻻ ﺗﺳﯾر ﻋﺟﻠﺔ اﻟﺣﯾﺎة ﺑدوﻧﮭﺎ . -٤دور اﻟﺗﻘﺎﻟﯾد واﻟﻌﺎدات اﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﯾﺔ اﻟﺧﺎطﺋﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣول دون واﻟﻌﻧف واﻟﺗﮭدﯾد ﯾﻘﺗل اﻹﺑداع ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﺧﻠﻘﮫ ﻟﻣﻧﺎﺣﺎت اﻟﺧوف ﺗﻧﺎﻣﻲ دور اﻟﻣرأة وإﺑداﻋﮭﺎ ﻹﺗﺣﺎف اﻟﺣﯾﺎة ﺑﻣﻘوﻣﺎت اﻟﻧﮭﺿﺔ -٥ﺿﻌف اﻟﻣرأة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣطﺎﻟﺑﺔ ﺑﺣﻘوﻗﮭﺎ اﻹﻧﺳﺎﻧﯾﺔ واﻟوطﻧﯾﺔ . واﻟرﻋب اﻟذي ﯾﻼﺣق اﻟﻣرأة ﻓﻲ ﻛل ﻣﻛﺎن . -٦اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ اﻟﻣﺎﻧﻊ ﻣن ﺗطور اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﻛﻛل واﻟذي أﻋﻠﻧت اﻟﺟﻣﻌﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﯾوم ) (۲٥ﺗﺷرﯾن اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ اﻟﯾوم اﻟدوﻟﻲ ﯾﻘف ﺣﺟر ﻋﺛرة أﻣﺎم اﻟﺑﻧﺎء اﻟﻌﺻري ﻟﻠدوﻟﺔ واﻟﺳﻠطﺔ ﻟﻠﻘﺿﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻧف اﻟﻣرأة ودﻋت اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﺎت واﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺎت -۷أﻣﺎ اﻵﺛﺎر اﻟﺳﻠﺑﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﮭور اﻟﺗﻌﻠﯾﻣﻲ واﻟﺗرﺑوي واﻟﺻﺣﻲ اﻟدوﻟﯾﺔ واﻟﻣﻧظﻣﺎت ﻏﯾر اﻟﺣﻛوﻣﯾﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺗﻧظﯾم اﻷﻧﺷطﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ واﻟﺑﯾﺋﻲ اﻟذي ﯾﺷل ﻧﻣو وﺗطور اﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﺑﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺷراﺋﺣﮫ . ﺗﮭدف إﻟﻰ زﯾﺎدة اﻟوﻋﻲ ﻟﺗﻠك اﻟﻣﺷﻛﻠﺔ ،وﻗد ﺗم وﺻف ھذا اﻟﯾوم )ﯾوﻣﺎ ً ﺿد اﻟﻌﻧف ( .

اﻟﻣﺣطﺔ اﻟﺳﺎدﺳﺔ .إن اﻟﻣﺣطﺎت اﻟﺧﻣس اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻘ ّدم ﺑﻲ اﻟﻛﻼم ﻋﻧﮭﺎ ﻛﺎﻧت ﻛﻠﮭﺎ ﺑﻣﺛﺎﺑﺔ ﻣﺣطﺎت اﻧطﻼق ،وﺑدءاً ﻣﻧﮭﺎ ﻛﺗﺑت ﻛل ﻣﺎ ﻛﺗﺑﺗﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻣﺗداد ﺣﯾﺎﺗﻲ ﻣن أﺑﺣﺎث وﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻗﺎرﺑت ﻓﻲ ﻋددھﺎ اﻟﺧﻣﺳﻣﺎﺋﺔ ،وﻣؤﻟﻔﺎت ﻧﺎﻓت ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺛﻼﺛﯾن ،وﺗرﺟﻣﺎت زادت ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺋﺔ .ﻟﻛن اﻟﻣﺣطﺔ اﻟﺳﺎدﺳﺔ ﻛﺎﻧت ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻘﺎﺑل ھﻲ ﻣﺣطﺔ اﻟﺗوﻗف واﻟﺻﻣت واﻟﺷﻠل اﻟﺗﺎم ﻋن اﻟﻛﺗﺎﺑﺔ :ﻣﺣطﺔ اﻷﻟم اﻟﺳوري اﻟﻣﺗواﺻل ﻣﻧذ ﻧﺣو أرﺑﻊ ﺳﻧوات ﺑدون أن ﯾﻠوح ﻓﻲ اﻷﻓق أي ﺑﺷﯾر ﺑﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ ﻟﮫ. ﻋﻠﻰ اﻣﺗداد ﺗﻠك اﻟﺳﻧوات اﻷرﺑﻊ ﻣﺎ أﺳﻌﻔﻧﻲ اﻟﻘﻠم إﻻ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺗﺎﺑﺔ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﯾن اﺛﻧﯾن ﻓﻘط :أوﻟﮭﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ۲۰۱۱/۳/۲۱ﺑﺎﻟﺗواﻗت ﻣﻊ اﻟﺑداﯾﺎت اﻷوﻟﻰ ﻟﺛورات اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺗوﻧس وﻣﺻر وﻟﯾﺑﯾﺎ ،وﺛﺎﻧﯾﮭﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ۲۰۱۱/٥/۲۸ﻣﻊ اﻧﺧراط ﺳورﯾﺔ ﺑدورھﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﻣﻌﺔ ذﻟك اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ. اﻟﻣﻘﺎل اﻷول ﺣﻣل ھذا اﻟﻌﻧوان :ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺻﻐﯾر ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺎﻣش اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﻛﺑﯾر .وﻗد ﻗﺻدت ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﻛﺑﯾر ﺛورات اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺑدت ﻓﻲ ﺣﯾﻧﮫ وﻛﺄﻧﮭﺎ ُﺗدﺧِل اﻟﻌﺎﻟم اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺻر اﻟﺛورات اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺧﯾﺔ اﻟﻛﺑرى ﻛﻣﺛل ﺗﻠك اﻟﺗﻲ ﺷﮭدﺗﮭﺎ ﻓرﻧﺳﺎ ﻋﺎم ۱۷۷۹أو أوروﺑﺎ اﻟﻐرﺑﯾﺔ ﻋﺎم ۱۸٤۸أو دول اﻟﻣﻌﺳﻛر اﻟﻣﺳﻣﻰ ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺗراﻛﻲ ﻓﻲ أواﺧر اﻟﻘرن اﻟﻌﺷرﯾن. أﻣﺎ اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﺻﻐﯾر ﻓﻘد ﻗﺻدت ﺑﮫ ﺗﺎرﯾﺧﻲ اﻟﺷﺧﺻﻲ اﻟﻣرﺗﺑط ﺑﺧﯾﺑﺔ أﻣل ﻛﺑرى .ﻓﺄﻧﺎ ،ﻛﻣﺎ وﺻﻔت ﻧﻔﺳﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺧﺎﺗﻣﺔ ذﻟك اﻟﻣﻘﺎل اﻷول ﻋن ﺛورات اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ ،اﺑن اﻟﺧﯾﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺛورة اﻹﯾراﻧﯾﺔ اﻵﻓﻠﺔ أﻛﺛر ﻣﻧﻲ اﺑن اﻷﻣل ﺑﺛورات اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ اﻟﺷﺎرﻗﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﻗﻠت ﻓﻲ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﻘﺎل إﻧﻧﻲ إذا ﻛﻧت أﺗﻣﻧﻰ ﻣن ﺷﻲء ﻓﮭو أن ﯾﻛون ﺗوﺟﺳﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻏﯾر ﻣﺣﻠﮫ ،وأن ﯾﻛون ﻣﺂل ھذه اﻟﺛورات اﻟﻌرﺑﯾﺔ ﻏﯾر ﻣﺂل اﻟﺛورة اﻹﯾراﻧﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺻﺎدرﺗﮭﺎ اﻟﻘوى اﻟﻧﺎﺷطﺔ ﺗﺣت ﻟواء اﻹﯾدﯾوﻟوﺟﯾﺎ اﻟدﯾﻧﯾﺔ ،وأن ﺗﻛون ﻓرﺣﺗﻲ ﺑذﻟك اﻟرﺑﯾﻊ ھﻲ اﻟرﻓﯾق اﻟداﺋم ﻟﻣﺎ ﺗﺑﻘﻰ ﻟﻲ ﻣن اﻟﻌﻣر.
وﻟﻛن ،وﻛﻣﺎ أﺛﺑت اﻟﺗطور اﻟﻼﺣق ﻟﻸﺣداث ،ﻓﺈن ﻣﺎ ﻗﺎم اﻟﺑرھﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﮫ ﻛﺎن ﻓﻲ ﻣﺣﻠﮫ ھو ﺗوﺟﺳﻲ ﺑﺎﻟذات :ﻓﺎﻟرﺑﯾﻊ اﻟﻌرﺑﻲ ﻟم ﯾﻔﺗﺢ ﻣن أﺑواب أﺧرى ﻏﯾر أﺑواب اﻟﺟﺣﯾم واﻟر ّدة إﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺑل اﻟﺣداﺛﺔ اﻟﻣﺄﻣوﻟﺔ واﻟﻐرق ﻣن ﺟدﯾد ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺗﻧﻘﻊ اﻟﻘرون اﻟوﺳطﻰ اﻟﺻﻠﯾﺑﯾﺔ/اﻟﮭﻼﻟﯾﺔ . أﻣﺎ اﻟﻣﻘﺎل اﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ اﻟذي ﻛﺗﺑﺗﮫ ﻓﻲ أواﺧر ﺷﮭر أﯾﺎر/ﻣﺎﯾو ۲۰۱۱ﻓﻛﺎن ﺑﻌﻧوان :ﺳورﯾﺔ :اﻟﻧظﺎم ﻣن اﻹﺻﻼح إﻟﻰ اﻹﻟﻐﺎء .وﻗد ﻛﺎن ﻣﺣوره ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﺳورﯾﺔ ،اﻟﻣﺗﻌددة اﻷدﯾﺎن واﻟطواﺋف واﻹﺛﻧﯾﺎت ،ﺗﻘف ﺑدورھﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ أﺑواب ﺟﺣﯾم اﻟﺣرب اﻷھﻠﯾﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻟم ﯾﺑﺎدر اﻟﻧظﺎم إﻟﻰ إﺻﻼح ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﺑﺈﻟﻐﺎء ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﺑﻧﻔﺳﮫ .ﻓﻐﯾر ھذا اﻹﻟﻐﺎء ﻻ ﺳﺑﯾل آﺧر إﻟﻰ إﺻﻼح ﺳﻠﻣﻲ ﯾﺻون اﻟﺑﻼد ﻣن اﻟدﻣﺎر. وﻟﻛن ﺑدﻻً ﻣن ذﻟك اﻣﺗﻧﻊ اﻟﻧظﺎم ﺣﺗﻰ ﻋن اﻟوﻓﺎء ﺑﺎﻟوﻋود ﻓﻲ اﻹﺻﻼح اﻟﺗﻲ ﻛﺎن ﻟوّ ح ﺑﮭﺎ .وﻟﻛن ﻷﻋﺗرف أﯾﺿﺎ ً ﺑﺄن إﺻراري ﯾوﻣﺋذ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗدر ﻣن اﻟﺗﻔﺎؤل ،ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻣطﺎﻟﺑﺔ اﻟﻧظﺎم ﺑﺈﻟﻐﺎء ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﺗﻔﺎدﯾﺎ ً ﻟﺣرب أھﻠﯾﺔ طﺎﺋﻔﯾﺔ ﻣدﻣرة ،ﻛﺎن ﻓﻲ ﻏﯾر ﻣﺣﻠﮫ إذ ﻣﺎ ﻛﻧت أﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺣﯾﻧﮫ ،أي ﻓﻲ اﻷﺳﺎﺑﯾﻊ اﻷوﻟﻰ ﻻﻧدﻻع اﻻﻧﺗﻔﺎﺿﺔ اﻟﺳورﯾﺔ ،دور اﻟﻌﺎﻣل اﻟﺧﺎرﺟﻲ إﻋﻼﻣﺎ ً وﺗﻣوﯾﻼً وﺗﺳﻠﯾﺣﺎً ،وھو اﻟدور اﻟذي ﯾدﻓﻊ اﻟﯾوم اﻟﺷﻌب اﻟﺳوري ﺑﺟﻣﯾﻊ طواﺋﻔﮫ ﺛﻣﻧﮫ دﻣﺎ ً وﻣوﺗﺎ ً ودﻣﺎراً ﻏﯾر ﻣﺳﺑوق إﻻ ھوﻻﻛﯾﺎً ،وھذا ﻓﻲ ظروف إﻗﻠﯾﻣﯾﺔ وأﻣﻣﯾﺔ ﺗﺷﮭد اﺣﺗداﻣﺎ ً ﻓﻲ اﻟﺻراع اﻟطﺎﺋﻔﻲ اﻟﺳﻧﻲ/اﻟﺷﯾﻌﻲ ﯾﻧذر ﺑﺄن ﯾﻛون ﺗﻛراراً ﻟﻠﺻراع اﻟطﺎﺋﻔﻲ اﻟﻛﺎﺛوﻟﯾﻛﻲ/اﻟﺑروﺗﺳﺗﺎﻧﺗﻲ اﻟﺑﺎﻟﻎ اﻟﺷراﺳﺔ اﻟذي ﻛﺎﻧت ﺷﮭدﺗﮫ أوروﺑﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘرﻧﯾن اﻟﺳﺎدس ﻋﺷر واﻟﺳﺎﺑﻊ ﻋﺷر. ﯾﺑﻘﻰ أن أﺧﺗم ﻓﺄﻗول إن ﺷﻠﻠﻲ ﻋن اﻟﻛﺗﺎﺑﺔ ،أﻧﺎ اﻟذي ﻟم أﻓﻌل ﺷﯾﺋﺎ ً آﺧر ﻓﻲ ﺣﯾﺎﺗﻲ ﺳوى أن أﻛﺗب ،ھو ﺑﻣﺛﺎﺑﺔ ﻣوت .وﻟﻛﻧﮫ ﯾﺑﻘﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛل ﺣﺎل ﻣوﺗﺎ ً ﺻﻐﯾراً ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺎﻣش ﻣﺎ ﻗد ﯾﻛوﻧﮫ اﻟﻣوت اﻟﻛﺑﯾر اﻟذي ھو ﻣوت اﻟوطن.

George Tarabishiv The sixth phase: The five phases that I talked about were all as starting phases, starting from them I wrote what I wrote through my life including researches and articles which were nearly five hundred, and thirty-books, and more than one hundred translations. But the sixth phase was in return a phase of stop, silence and total paralysis from writing: the phase of the Syrian continuous pain for nearly four years without any thing to end it. Highlight violence against women began because it is an important issue in our society. Violence against women is used to refer to any acts practiced against women deliberately. Violence varies between what is individual and what is collective which is practiced by a human group for ethnic, sectarian and cultural reasons which takes the prescription of contempt, exclusion or the playoffs and between what is formal (power violence), which is embodied by political violence against the opposition and the whole society. When women fall victim to the approved damages caused by violence method, they lose their humanity which is God's gift to humanity, and because of their lack of humanity, they lose any constructive role in the movement of life. It is the right of every human being not to be subjected to violence and to be treated in the same way like other human beings. because it is a fundamental human right which represents the human reality and essence through which a human being integrates and rises. Woman is the supporter of man and his partner in this life and the wheel of life will not go on without them. Violence and threat kills creativity through the creation of fear and horror atmospheres that haunt women everywhere. General Assembly announced that 25 November is the International Day for the Elimination of women's violence and called on governments, international organizations and NGOs to organize activities aimed at increasing awareness of that
problem, that day has been described as (a day against violence). Despite major developments of the situation of women internationally since that date, the forehead of humanity is still stained with violence which is considered a stigma in the record of humanity. (700000) women are exposed to rape every year in the United States. - the proportion of women killed by their husbands is / 50% / of the total killings in Bangladesh. In Britain, the police receive a call every minute from the women who are subjected to violence inside the house asking for help. People's notes, desires and interests will not be possible in light of dealing with them as customers, but they should be considered in all sectors as partners, and implementation monitors, probably their valuations will not be done through professional standards or graphic lines and follow-up completion rates, but their sensitivity to injustice, violence, corruption and bribery will be one according to several criteria to evaluate what is going on.
