وذات اﻟﻧﺎﺷط دﻓﻌﺗﮫ اﻟﺟزرة ﻟﯾطور ﻣﻔرداﺗﮫ ﻓﺗﻛون ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﻘﺎس وﺑﺎﻣﺿﺎء ﻻﺗﯾﻧﻲ ﻣﺣﺗرف ،ﻋﻠﯾك ﻣﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﺑطﺎﻗﺎت اﻟﺗﻌرﯾف واوراق اﻟﺳﯾرة اﻟذاﺗﯾﺔ ﻟﺗﻛﺗﺷف ﻛﯾف ﺟرت ﺗﺣوﻻت ﻛﺑﯾرة ﻟﯾﺳت ﺑﺎﻟﺿرورة ﻛﻠﮭﺎ ﺳﻠﺑﯾﺔ وﻟﻛن ﻣﺣﺗواھﺎ ﻣن اﻟﮭوﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﺋس ﻛطﻌﺎم ﺑﺎرد ﺑﻼ ﻣﻠﺢ . اﻟﯾوم ﺗﺟري ﺷراﻛﺔ ﺗﻌﻣﯾﺔ دوﻟﯾﺔ اﻗﻠﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﻲ ﻟﻠﺣﺻول ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧطوة ﻏﯾر ﻣﺗﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ ﻧﮭﺎﺋﯾﺎ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺗﻛﺎﻟﯾف .،وﺑﺎﻟﺗوازي ھﻧﺎك ﺗﻌﻣﯾﺔ دوﻟﯾﺔ اﻗﻠﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟﻣدﻧﻲ ﺗرﯾد ﻣن ﻧﺷطﺎء اﻷﻣس أن ﯾﺗﻘﻧوا ﻧﮭﺞ اﻟرﺟل اﻷﺑﯾض وﻓﻛره وطرﯾﻘﺔ وﺿﻌﮫ ﻷدوات اﻟطﻌﺎم ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟطﺎوﻟﺔ ،واﻟﻧﺎﺗﺞ اﻟﻧﮭﺎﺋﻲ ﻣن وﺟﮭﺔ ﻧظر اﻟرﺟل اﻷﺑﯾض اﺳﺗﻧﺳﺎﺧﺎ ﻟﻘﻧﺎﻋﺎﺗﮫ وﺑﺎﻟﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﻟﻧﺎﺷطﻧﺎ اﻟﻣﻔﺗون ﺑﺑراﻣﺞ ﺑﻧﺎء اﻟﻘدرات ﻟن ﺗﻣﻧﺣﮫ اﻟﻣﺣﺎﻛﺎة ﺟواز ﺳﻔر . ھل اﻟﺣل ﻓﻲ اﻻﻧﻐﻼق ؟ ﻻ ﺑﻛل ﺗﺄﻛﯾد ،اﻻﻧﻐﻼق ارث اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ،وھذا اﻻرﺗﺑﺎك ﻋن ﺗطوﯾر ﻧدﯾﺔ واﺛﻘﺔ ﻧﺎﺗﺞ ھذه اﻻﻧﻐﻼق اﻟطوﯾل اﻟذي ﻻزم ﻧظﺎم ﺣﻛم ﯾﺣﺗﻛر اﻟﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺔ واﻟﺻﻼت واﻟﻣوارد ،وﻟﻛن ﻣﺎ ﯾﺟﻌل اﻻﻧﻔﺗﺎح ﻣﻧﺗﺟﺎ ھو ﻧﻘدﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﺟرﺑﺔ وﻟﯾس اﻋﺗﺑﺎرھﺎ ﻣﻧﺟزة ،ﻛﺎﻧت ﻣرﺣﻠﺔ ﺟﯾدة ﻣن ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻻﻧﻔﺗﺎح ﻣﻊ آﺧر ﻻ ﯾﺷﺑﮭﻧﺎ وﻟﻛﻧﮫ ﻻ ﯾﺷﺗرط أن ﻧﺷﺑﮭﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﺗطﺎﺑﻖ ،ھو ﯾﻌرف اﺳﺗﺣﺎﻟﺔ ذﻟك ،ﺑﻘﻲ أن ﻧﻌرف ﻧﺣن ھذه اﻟﻔﻛرة ﺑﻧﺟﺎح . أﻣﺎ ﻛﯾف ﻧﻔﮭم اﻟﮭوﯾﺔ وﻧﺣن ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺎﻋل ﻣﻊ ﻗوى ﺻﻠﺑﺔ ﻟن ﺗراﻋﻲ ھﺷﺎﺷﺗﻧﺎ وﻻ ﯾﻣﻛن ان ﺗﻛون رﺣﯾﻣﺔ ،ﻷن اﻟﻧدﯾﺔ ﺑﻧﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺗﺻﺎدم اﻟﺣﺿﺎري وﻟﯾﺳت ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟطﺑطﺑﺔ .ﻓﮭﻲ اﻟﻘﺿﯾﺔ اﻟﻣطﻠوب ﺗرﺗﯾﺑﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺟدول اﻻوﻟوﯾﺎت ،وﻻﺑد ان ﺗﺣﺗل ﻣرﺗﺑﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﯾﺔ . أﺛﻖ أن ﻧﻣﺎذج ﻣﻌﻘوﻟﺔ ﺗظﮭر ﺑﯾن وﻗت وآﺧر وﺗدﻋﯾﻣﮭﺎ ﺳﯾﺗﯾﺢ دون ﺷك أن ﺗﺻﯾر ظﺎھرة وﺣﺗﻰ ذﻟك اﻟﺣﯾن ﺳﺗظل اﻟﺳﺎﺣﺔ ﻏﺎرﻗﺔ ﺑﯾﺎﻗﺎت ﺑﯾض ﺑﺎﺋﺳﺔ ﻛﺄﻧﮭﺎ ﺳرﻗﺔ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻣﺗﻌددة اﻷﺑﻌﺎد

ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﺩ * ﻛﯾف ﯾﻌﯾش اﻟﻧﺎس إذا ً ﻓﻲ ظل اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد اﻟذي ﻛﻣﺎ ﺗرى ﯾطﺎل * وﻣﺎ ﻗوﻟك ﻓﻲ اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ زﻣن اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ؟ ً اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ واﻷﺧﻼق واﻟﻌﻣل واﻟدﯾن واﻟﻌﻠم ﻓﯾﻔﺳدھﺎ ﺟﻣﯾﻌﺎ ،ﻓﻛﯾف ﺗﺻور ﻟﻧﺎ اﻹﻧﺳﺎن ﻓﻲ زﻣن اﻟﺣﻛم اﻻﺳﺗﺑدادي؟ ّ ** إن اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ ﻏﯾر ﻣﻘﺻودة وﻻ ﻣﻘدورة ﻓﻲ ظﻼل اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد إﻻّ ﻣﺎﻗد ﯾﻛون ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺧوﯾف ﻣن اﻟﻘوة اﻟﻘﺎھرة ،وھذا اﻟﻧوع ﻣﻌرض ﻟﺳﻠب اﻟﻣﺎل واﻟﺷرف ﻓﻲ أي وﻗت، ﯾﺳﺗﻠزم اﻧﺧﻼع اﻟﻘﻠوب ﻻﺗزﻛﯾﺔ اﻟﻧﻔوس .ﻓﺎﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ﯾﻔﺳد ** أﺳﯾر اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد ّ اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ ،وإذا ﻓﺳدت اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ ﻓﺳدت اﻷﻣﺔ ،ﻛﻣﺎ أﻧﮫ ﻟﯾس ﻓﻲ ﻟذﻟك ﺗﻘل ھ ّﻣﺗﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻣل ،وأﻣﻠﮫ اﻟوﺣﯾد ھو أن ﯾﺣﺗﻔظ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻠﯾل ﺻﻠﮫ ﻣن اﻟﻣﺎل ﻣﺣﺎوﻻً اﺧﻔﺎءه ﻋن أﻋﯾن اﻟﻧﺎس واﻟﺗظﺎھر اﻷﻣﺔ اﻷﺳﯾرة ﻣن ﯾﻌﺗﻧﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ ،ﻷن ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋدم اﻻطﻣﺋﻧﺎن ﻣﻣﺎ ﯾﺣ ّ اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﻌﯾﺷﮭﺎ اﻷﺳرى ﺗُﺿﻌف ﻓﻲ ﻧﻔوﺳﮭم اﻟﻐﯾرة ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺣ ّﻣل ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻘر واﻟﻔﺎﻗﺔ ﺧوﻓﺎ ً ﻣن ﻓﻘداﻧﮫ" .وﻟﮭذا ورد ﻓﻲ أﻣﺛﺎل اﻷﺳراء .. ﻣﺷﺎق اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ .وﯾﻛﻔﯾﮭم اﻧﻐﻣﺎﺳﮭم ﻓﻲ ﺗﺣﺻﯾل اﻟﻣﻠذات اﻵﻧﯾﺔ ،أن اﻟﻌﺎﻗل ﻣن ﯾﺧﻔﻲ ذھﺑﮫ وذھﺎﺑﮫ وﻣذھﺑﮫ ،وأﺳﻌد اﻟﻧﺎس اﻟﺻﻌﻠوك اﻟذي ﻻﯾﻌرف اﻟﺣﻛﺎم وﻻ ﯾﻌرﻓوﻧﮫ ،ﻓﻠﯾس أﻣﺎم اﻟﻧﺎس، ﻏﯾر ﻣدرﻛﯾن ﻓﺎﺋدة اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ. ﻓﻲ ظل ﺣﻛم اﺳﺗﺑدادي ،إﻻ اﻟﺗﻛﺗم واﻟﺗﻘﯾّﺔ واﻟﺣﯾﻠﺔ ﻹﺧﻔﺎء أﻣواﻟﮭم وأﺑﻌد اﻟﻧﺎس ﻋن اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ ھم اﻟﻔﻘراء ،ﻷﻧﮭم ﯾﻌﯾﺷون واﻗﻊ ﺧﺷﯾﺔ ﻓﻘداﻧﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ زﻣن ﯾﺳﻣﺢ اﻟﺣ ّﻛﺎم ﻓﯾﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﻧﮭب واﻟﺳﻠب. اﻟﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎة ﻓﻲ أﻟزم ﻟزوﻣﯾﺎت ﺣﯾﺎﺗﮭم اﻟﯾوﻣﯾﺔ .وھذا ﻻﯾﻌﻧﻲ أن اﻷﻏﻧﯾﺎء ﻻﯾﻌﺎﻧون ﻣن واﻗﻊ اﻻﺳﺗﻌﺑﺎد .إﻻ أﻧﮭم ،إﻟﻰ ﺣد ﻣﺎ ،ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﺿطر اﻟﻧﺎس إﻟﻰ إﺧﻔﺎء أﻓﻛﺎرھم وﺗﺣرﻛﺎﺗﮭم وآﻣﺎﻟﮭم ،ﻓﺿﻼً ﻋن اﺿطرارھم إﻟﻰ اﺧﻔﺎء ﻣﻌﺗﻘداﺗﮭم ،ﻷن ﻛﺷف ﻣﺎﻻ ﯾرﺿﻰ ﯾﻣﺎرﺳون اﺳﺗﺑدادا ً ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳواھم ﻣن اﻟ ُﻣﻌدﻣﯾن. ﯾﻌرض ﺣﺎﻣﻠﮫ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺳﺟن واﻟﺗﻌذﯾب ،ورﺑﻣﺎ اﻟﻘﺗل. ﻋﻧﮫ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ّ وﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎة اﻟﻧﺎس ،ﻓﻲ أﻛﺛرھﺎ ،وﻟﯾدة اﻟﺗرﺑﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗدﻋو إﻟﻰ اﻻﺳﺗﺳﻼم واﻟﺧﺿوع ،وإﻟﻰ ﻣﺣﺎوﻟﺔ اﻟﺗﻛﯾف ﻣﻊ اﻟوﺿﻊ اﻟذي ﯾﻔرﺿﮫ اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد.

**إن اﻷﻣﺔ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑَدّة )ﺑﻔﺗﺢ اﻟﺑﺎء( ،ﺑﺄﻏﻧﯾﺎﺋﮭﺎ وﻓﻘراﺋﮭﺎ ،ﺗﻌﯾش ﻓﻲ وطن ﻻﺗﻣﻠك ﻣﻧﮫ ﺷﯾﺋﺎً ،وإن اﻟذي ﯾﺳﺗﺄﺛر ﺑﺧﯾرات اﻟﺑﻼد، ﻛﻠﮭﺎ ،ھو اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑ ّد اﻟذي ﯾوزع ﻋﻠﻰ أﻋواﻧﮫ ﻣﺎﯾﺷﺎء. أﻣﺎ اﻟﻣواطﻧون ﻓﻼ ﺣﻘوق ﻟﮭم ﻓﻲ ﻣوطﻧﮭم ،وﻣﺎ ھم إﻻ أﺷﯾﺎء، ﺷﺄﻧﮭم ﻓﻲ ذﻟك ﺷﺄن اﻷﺷﯾﺎء اﻷﺧرى ،ﻛﺎﻟﺷﺟر واﻟﺣﯾواﻧﺎت واﻷﻣوال … ،وﻣﺎ ھم إﻻ وﺳﯾﻠﺔ ﯾﺗوﺳﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ﻟﯾرﺿﻲ أھواءه اﻟﺧﺎﺻﺔ ،وﯾﺷ ّﻛﻠﮭﺎ وﻓﻖ ﻣزاﺟﮫ اﻟﺷﺧﺻﻲ. إن ﺣﯾﺎة ھؤﻻء اﻟﺑؤﺳﺎء ﻛﻠﮭﺎ ﺧﻠل ﻓﻲ ﺧﻠل ،وذﻟك ﯾﺟﻌﻠﮭم ھﯾّﻧﻲ اﻟﻧﻔوس ،ﯾﻌﺗﻘدون أﻧﮭم ﻻﯾﺳﺗﺣﻘون ﺣﺗﻰ اﻟﻔُﺗﺎت اﻟذي ﯾُﻧﻌم ﻋﻠﯾﮭم ﺑﮫ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ،وﯾرون أﻧﻔﺳﮭم ﺟﺎھﻠﯾن ﻋﺎﺟزﯾن ﻻﯾﻣﻛﻧﮭم اﻟﻌﯾش إﻻ ﺑﻣﺳﺎﻋدة آﺳرھم .وﯾﻌﯾش اﻷﺳﯾر ﻓﻲ ﺑﻠﺑﻠﺔ ﻓﻛرﯾﺔ، ﻣﺧﺗل اﻟﺷﻌور ،ﻏﯾر ﻗﺎدر ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺗﻣﯾﯾز ﺑﯾن اﻟﺧﯾر واﻟﺷر، ﻣرﯾض اﻟﺟﺳم ﯾﺷﯾﺦ ﻗﺑل أواﻧﮫ ،ﻻﻧﺎﻣوس ﻟﮫ وﻻ إرادة، ﻛﺎﻟﺣﯾوان .وﻣن أﯾن ﻷﺳﯾر اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد أن ﯾﻛون ﺻﺎﺣب ﻧﺎﻣوس وھو ﻛﺎﻟﺣﯾوان اﻟﻣﻣﻠوك اﻟﻌﻧﺎن ،ﯾﻘﺎد ﺣﯾث ﯾراد ،وﯾﻌﯾش ﻛﺎﻟرﯾش ﯾﮭب ﺣﯾث ﯾﮭب اﻟرﯾﺢ ،ﻻﻧظﺎم وﻻ إرادة ؟!. إن طﻔل اﻷﺳ ِْر ﯾﻧﺷﺄ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻠﻘﻲ اﻟﻣﺷﺎﻛﺳﺔ واﻟﻣﺧﺎﺻﻣﺔ ،ﯾﻌﺎﻧﻲ وھو طﻔل ﻣن ﺿﻐط اﻟﻘﻣﺎط ،وﺿﯾﻖ اﻟﻔراش ،واﻟﻐذاء اﻟﻔﺎﺳد. وإذا اﻓﺗﻛرﻧﺎ ﻛﯾف ﯾﻧﺷﺄ اﻷﺳﯾر ﻓﻲ اﻟﺑﯾت اﻟﻔﻘﯾر وﻛﯾف ﯾﺗرﺑّﻰ، ﻧﺟد أن ﯾﻠﻘﺢ ﺑﮫ وﻓﻲ اﻟﻐﺎﻟب أﺑواه ﻣﺗﻧﺎﻛدان ﻣﺗﺷﺎﻛﺳﺎن ،ﺛم إذا ﺗﺣرك ﺟﻧﯾﻧﺎ ً ﺣرك ﺷراﺳﺔ أﻣﮫ ﻓﺷﺗﻣﺗﮫ ،ﻻﯾﻣﻛﻧﮫ أن ﯾﻠﻌب ﻟﺿﯾﻖ ﻣﺳﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﺑﯾت وﻋﺻﺑﯾﺔ واﻟدﯾﮫ ﻣﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﺎﻧﯾﺎﻧﮫ ﻣن ﺿﻐط اﻷﺳر ،وﻻ ﯾﺳﺗطﯾﻊ أن ﯾﺳﺗﻔﺳر ﻋﻣﺎ ﯾرﯾد ﻓﮭﻣﮫ ﺧﺷﯾﺔ أن ﯾُﺿرب أو ﯾزﺟر ﻟﺿﯾﻖ ُﺧﻠﻖ أﺑوﯾﮫ وﺟﮭﻠﮭﻣﺎ .ﺛم ﯾﺄﻟف اﻟﻘذارة وﺻﯾﻎ اﻟﺷﺗﺎﺋم اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﺗﻌﻠﻣﮭﺎ ﻣن زﻣﻼﺋﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣدرﺳﺔ ،ﺑﻌدﺋ ٍذ ﯾﺗوﻟﻰ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدون إﻛﻣﺎل إﻓﺳﺎده ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺿﯾﯾﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻘﻠﮫ وﻟﺳﺎﻧﮫ.
إن اﻷﺳرى ﯾﺗﺄﻗﻠﻣون ووﺿﻊ اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد وﻣﺗطﻠﺑﺎﺗﮫ ،ﻓﮭو ﺟﻌل اﻟرﻋﯾﺔ ﺧﺎدﻣﺔ ﻟﻠرﻋﺎة ﻓﻘﺑﻠوا وﻗﻧﻌوا ،وﻟم ﯾﻘوﻣوا إﻻّ ﺑر ّد ﻓﻌل ﺳﻠﺑﻲ ﺗﺟﺎه اﻟظﻠم اﻟواﻗﻊ ﻋﻠﯾﮭم ،ﻓﯾﻘﺎﺑل واﺣدھم اﻟﺗﺟﺑر ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﺗذﻟل واﻟﺗﺻﺎﻏر ،وإذا ﺗﺻﺎدف أن طﺎﻟب اﻷﺳﯾر ﺑﺣﻖ ﻣن ﺣﻘوﻗﮫ ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ﯾﻔﻌل ذﻟك ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﯾﻐﺔ اﺳﺗﻌطﺎف ،وﻛﺄﻧﮫ ﯾطﻠب إﺣﺳﺎﻧﺎ ً ﻻﺣﻘﺎً. ﺿرب أو ُ ﺷﺗم ﻓﺈﻧﮫ واﻷﺳﯾر ﯾﺗﮭﺎون ﻓﻲ ﺣﻘوﻗﮫ ،ﺣﺗﻰ إذا ُ ﯾﺗﺻرف ﺳﻠﺑﯾﺎً ،ﻓﮭو إﻣﺎ أن ﯾﺗﺟﺎھل ذﻟّﮫ ،أو ﯾﻠﺟﺄ إﻟﻰ ﻣداواﺗﮫ ﺑﺗﻌطﯾل إﺣﺳﺎﺳﺎﺗﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺧدرات واﻟﻣﺳﻛرات ،أو ﺑﺎﻟﺗظﺎھر ﺑﺄن اﻟدﯾن ﯾﺄﻣر ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺳﺎﻣﺢ ،ﻓﯾﺳﻠك ﻣﺳﻠك اﻟرﯾﺎء واﻟﻧﻔﺎق ،وﯾردد ﻣﻊ اﻟﻣرددﯾن ﺑﺄن اﻟدﻧﯾﺎ ﺳﺟن اﻟﻣؤﻣن ،وأن اﻟﻣؤﻣن ﻣﺻﺎب ،وأن ﷲ إذا أﺣب ﻋﺑدا ً اﺑﺗﻼه … إﻟﻰ ﻏﯾر ذﻟك ،ﻣﻣﺎ أدﺧﻠﮫ ﻓﻲ أذھﺎﻧﮭم ﻣﺛﺑّطو اﻟﻌزاﺋم ،وراﻓﻌو ﻟواء اﻻﺳﺗﺑداد.
* وﻣﺎ ھﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ؟ ** اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑد ﻓﻲ ﻟﺣظﺔ ﺟﻠوﺳﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋرﺷﮫ ووﺿﻊ اﻟﺗﺎج ﻋﻠﻰ رأﺳﮫ ﯾرى ﻧﻔﺳﮫ ﻛﺎن إﻧﺳﺎﻧﺎ ً ﻓﺻﺎر إﻟﮭﺎ ً ﻻﯾُﻧﺎﻗش وﻻ ﯾُﻌﺻﻰ ﻟﮫ ّ ﯾﻐطﻲ ﻗﺻوره ودوﻧﯾﺗﮫ أﻣر .وھو ،ﻟﻌﻠﻣﮫ ﺑﺳﻔﺎﻟﺗﮫ ،ﯾﺣﺎول أن ﺑﺷﺗﻰ اﻟوﺳﺎﺋل واﻷﺳﺎﻟﯾب .ﻟﻛن اﻟﺗﻣوﯾﮭﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﺳﺗرھب ﺑﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﻠوك رﻋﺎﯾﺎھم ﻋوﺿﺎ ً ﻋن اﻟﻌﻘل واﻟﻣﻔﺎداة ،ﻻﺗُﻐﻧﻲ ﺷﯾﺋﺎ ً ﻋن ّ اﻟﻌز ﻟﻠﺗﻛﺑر ﺣﻘﯾﻘﺗﮭم ،وإﻧﻣﺎ ھم ﯾﻠﺟؤون إﻟﯾﮭﺎ ﻛﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﺟﺄ ﻗﻠﯾل وﻗﻠﯾل اﻟﻌﻠم ﻟﻠﺗﺻوف وﻗﻠﯾل اﻟﺻدق ﻟﻠﯾﻣﯾن وﻗﻠﯾل اﻟﻣﺎل ﻟزﯾﻧﺔ اﻟﻠﺑﺎس. ﻓﻣﺎ ھذه اﻟﻣظﺎھر اﻟﻘﯾﺻرﯾﺔ إﻻ أﻗﻧﻌﺔ ﯾرﻗﻣﮭﺎ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺑدّون ﺗﻌوﯾﺿﺎ ً ﻋن ﻧﻘص ،ﯾﻌرﻓوﻧﮫ ،ﻓﻲ ﻧﻔوﺳﮭم.

An active role and a long history of respect for human rights are culminated through a seat in the Security Council which Sweden deserves without any competitor. Sweden won a seat in the United Nations Security Council, where it got 134 votes on 28.06.2016, and it was able to overcome each of the Netherlands and Italy winning a seat in the Security Council as a non-permanent member during 2017 and 2018. Immediately after the announcement of the name of Sweden as a new member of the Security Council, there was a warm applause from the members of the General Assembly of the United Nations. The Minister for aid and Deputy Prime Minister Isabella Lรถvin said to Radio-Ikot that Sweden, which is one of the largest donors in the world and occupies sixth place in the United Nations in terms of providing aid, and therefore, this result means that we will sit in the Security Council to make the important decisions, she added:" / We will work through our membership in the Security Council to achieve and support our views on human rights and development in the world and the impact of climate changes on global security/". Sweden has received the largest number of votes among the three countries, which also included the Netherlands and Italy, who competed to represent the Western European seat on the Security Council. Whereas, citizens do not have rights in their homeland, and they are only things, just like other things, like trees and animals ... and money, and they are only a means used by the tyrant to satisfy his own whims, and he forms them in accordance with his personal temperament. The lives of all these poor people are defect , and that makes them their souls cheap, they believe that they do not deserve even the crumbs given to them by the tyrant, and they see themselves as helpless and ignorant people who can not live without the help of the tyrant. Prisoner lives in the confusion of thought, with deranged feelings, unable to distinguish between good and evil, his body is sick and prematurely becomes old, he does not have the will, just like an animal. And how can the prisoner of tyranny have the will? He is like an animal led where it is intended, which resemble feathers come and live where the wind blows, with out a system or a will ?! The child families is brought up to become quarrelsome and antagonistic, in his childhood he suffers from the pressure of the swaddle, and the narrow bed, and the rotten food. If we wondered how does the prisoner grow in the poor house and how is he grown up, we find that his mother becomes pregnant while his parents are often angry with each other, then when the fetus moves, he stimulates the ferocity of his mother who curse him , he can not play because the house is small and his parents are nervous due to the pressure the family, he can not inquire about what he wants to understand for fear to be punished by his angry ignorant parents. Then he becomes familiar with filth and saying insults that he learns from his colleagues in the school, then tyrants complete his corrupting by restricting his mind and tongue. Thus, the prisoner lives in pressure since his birth, running down between the darkness of worry and the Valley of gloom, he leavs a disease and receives a disease untill he wins the death losing this world and the Hereafter, so he dies without sadness.
Prisoners are adapted to tyranny and its requirements, it makes people slaves serving the ruler and they accept with a satisfaction, and they did not do anything other than a negative reaction to the injustice inflicted upon them, and they face the bullying forced upon them with groveling , and if it happened that the captive demanded one of his rights, he does so with propitiation, as if he asked charity later.
