Dear Representative for Archibucks, I am contacting you regarding the Junior Urban Planner position posted on Archinect. My interests align with role, and my qualifications are a strong match for those your client sees in an ideal candidate for this position. In my previous position as an Intern at Group 4 Architects in San Fransisco, CA, I conducted client interfacing tasks and supported assessment processes for government owned assets in Santa Clara County. Some of my daily responsibilities included. • Collecting site data, including code GIS, and BIM research • Interfacing directly with asset managers for property assessments and community outreach • Synthesizing assessment results into concise graphics and effective solutions • Modifying and Updating Project Databases using REVIT

I feel that my skill level and my ability to think analytically and visually are what will make me a great fit for this opportunity. Urban design and urban thinking is a key motivation behind my contribution to architectural practice. Educated as an Architect and Engineer, I work well in design teams. I hold a Master of Architecture from the California College of the Arts. My passion for design is research driven and I want to be a key contributer to the work and pursuits of this endevour. It is with great interest that I submit my resume, and samples for this opportunity. I welcome the opportunity to discuss my experiences and qualifications in more detail during an interview. Should you need to contact me directly, I can be reached easiest by mobile. My number is +1 408-6886804. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to speaking with you. Megastructure Stadium Urban Proposal

An equitable stadium design for Hell’s Kitchen in Midtown Manhattan. The space is reclaimed from urban infrastructure as it sits above a train yard and within skyscrapers. When events are not occurring the stands fold and become invisible creating an urban square. The venue has two movable pitches, one for soccer/football/rugby, and another for athletics. The athletics pitch is situated on a movable platform above the first tier of seats. This is done to increase viewing comforts for both pitches.
