An internal core organizes the different floors with a sistem of elliptical stairs and four open glass lifts. The communication of the events of Fiera Milano will be show by four big led screens looking the Fiera and the highway.

COMANO SPA Comano SPA 2009 Partner Layout, research, plans 2째 prize Info In the north of Italy, closed to Trento there is an historical bath complex called Bagni di Comano. With changes of times they need to renovate all the baths and sistem. They asked the importance of integration in the green contest and minimal impact. We design an organism that is harmoniously joined with the existing ambient with organic shapes that could also give beautiful views on the valley.

PORTO SANGIORGIO Porto Sangiorgio Sports hall 2010 Partner Concept, plans, 3D model 1° prize Info In the centre of Italy, closed ti the sea, th government of Porto Sangiorgio wanted to renovate an hill making a “sports hill” with all services to practise atletic. The core of the project was a sport hall to ospite indoor sports like basket and volleyball. The project started by the rennovation of an existing building in which we made a new cover in which where installed all the technicals and the support for 8 Sky boxes. In external we added a big screen to comunicate events.

In the centre of Milan, in front of Duomo Square there was this building in which GEOX wanted to do their main shop and offices. They asked a total look refit of the building. We made a project joined with the soul of the brand building an external facade that can change during the day in need with the thermal and energetical necessities. All the facade is composed of squared microforated copper panels that can be opend mechanically.

NEW VIMERCATE Vimercate Urban development 2011 Partner Planning 2째 prize Info After the dismission of an industrial and medichal area in Vimercate, closed to Milan, the government decided to renovate the area and build a new urban complex with a mix of utilities. Was asket a tower to be used for new office of different brands that now are moving their headquarters in the hinterland of Milan. For the other areas was asked a mix of commercial, residences and offices, all integrated with a green area and no more than 6 floors.

RESIDENZE VITTORIO Lecco Residential 2011 Partner Concept, plans, sections, details Info The private property wanted to change the destinations of an industrial area and build up a complex with seven apartments. All the building is in the top area of the city of Lecco with a beautiful view infront of the lake. Was asked to take care of this aspect, but also needed to repair the intern from the sun, because the main facade is on the South side. So we design a total open window facade with a modular and flexible sistem of wooden brise soleil.

WHITE CENTRE Astana Residential 2011 Partner Layout, planning organizzation 2째 prize Info In view of the future EXPO based in Astana in 2017, the government wanted to develop the urbanization of the city with new iconical projects. So we where called to design a new quarter for social housing residences, organized with all the functions needed by a big building of residence. We designed an open project integrated with the growing of the city and with big opportunities of views for each of the aparments there are inside.

BORSA ITALIANA Milan Offices 2011 Partner Space planning, ceilings, interiors p 200*160

Info LSGH Borsa Italiana asked the refurbishment of the historical building in Piazza Affari in Milan. Was asked to double up the number of workstations and refresh all the interior. We designed the new layout of the floors, the lighting sistem with a technological ad innovative ceilling that could take more natural light inside the building that was so dark and glommy.

SOCIAL MAIN STREET Milan Residential 2012 Partner Plans, sections, details Tallest wooden building in UE Info This is a innovative project of social housing made in Milan, closed to Bicocca University. The building, tall 52 mt, is the wooden structure tallest in Europe. This kind of structure is used to reduce the time of construction, make a more healthly building and reduce the costs. All the apartments will be sell at the prize of 1.000 â&#x201A;Ź squared meter, and they are organized with internal services for social living, gardens and students areas.

CANON SHOPS Milan Shop 2012 Partner Concept, design direction, render 1째 prize Info Canon Italia made a open competition for architects and designers with Poli.Design to create a concept for their shops in Milan. We won the competition because of the organic sistem of furniture and layout we design that could be easly adapted from 50 to 150 mq of shop. The idea of interactive and experience shop was our goal, a space in which lovers of photography, from entry level to professionist could have a total expercience of the products.

Western Union is a global money transfer brand. They asked us to redesign the interior of their offices in Rome, to reorganize the space planning of the workstations in base of the new assestment of the society. A big importance was given to the acoustic quality of the offices, because they improve the call centre area. All the ceilings were equipped with acoustic panels designed to improve the performance of interior well-being. New kitchen area was added.

PRIVATE HOUSE Como Residential 2012 Partner Concept, design, render Info The existing building was a mix of different uses. At the ground floor there was a factory, at the first the offices and at the second floor the house of the property. The old owner asked to change all the interior and make a rennovation of the external facade in settles with the new/old soul of the building. At the ground floor we used the high intrados to make a loft area for the child, at the first floor the new home of the family and in the top the home of the child.

PFIZER Milan Office 2013 Partner Space planning, interior design Info DEGW Italia has lead the Pfizer Milan Office Relocation Project. The goal of DEGW Italia is to integrate the space design in the new office and aligned it to the Pfizer Standards and Guidelines in the development of the design so that the office reflects the corporate brand and desired look and feel, but also reflects the culture of Milan.

HEINEKEN Sesto S.Giovanni Offices 2013 Partner Space planning, interior design Info Heineken decided to build new offices for their companies in Italy. The building is subdiveded in four floors, one for each of the brands of beer owned by Heineken. All the floors are organized with the reception, offices, meeting rooms and relax areas designed designed like a beer pub. The informal soul of the brand is showed also in the interior of their headquarter.

BIOARCHITETTURA Milan Exhibition 2013 Partner Organization, design, speach Info In the end of 2012 was asked me by the President of Italian Bioarchitecture Foundation to organize the exhibition in Milan for the 20 th year of their magazine. So I talked with the major of the city and after a lot of meetings we decided to organize in Urban Center, a pubblic museum inside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I organize the layout, find some technical partners that gave me green and furniture, design the visual informations and organize the team of speches for the vernissage.

ARCA SGR Milan Office 2013 Partner Interior design, construction site Info In spring of 2012 Arca SGR asked a renovation of their offices in the centre of Milan. The offices were on an historical building of 5 floors and we reorganize the space planning with different locations in the different floors. A mix of domesticity, technology and nature to accelerate business and improve people welfare: The new Arca SGR Milan offices.

Info Okite is an italian brand of composite stone. This material is made by a mix of stone and quartz, this last gives to Okite a strong resistence to hurts and a specific tax of trasparency in base of the quantity there is inside. They asked us to make an installation at Fuorisalone inside Triennale Museum. We design an experience and sensorial box in wich you could feel the original made of Okite starting from the natural essence of a quartz cristal.

The system, developed and patented by MORE is designed to make the transport of these constructive systems easy and economical, while maintaining a very high constructive standard. Info Buy a luxury apartment, in this case assisted by the Leela Hotel chain with catering services, cleaning, laundry,it is certainly a new ritual in India which requires structures and procedures dedicated. In the specific case, the property wanted something unique and different: it was therefore designed a building with ad hoc structures in metal beams and a skin in strips of local stone and polycarbonate, mixing local tradition and new materials and taking into account the climatic conditions of the site
