ACADEMIC WORK AVELLANEDA MEDIATEQUE
The site of the project located in an old and low industrial area involved modeling a concrete building using the existent building as guide. The location occupied by this Project is firstly a finalization of the neighborhood rhythm and secondly, the void is what separates the main spaces of a public mediatheque activities . The structure is a mixed system; independent column and partition wall, both in concrete, that model the terraces.

CIUDAD OCULTA INTERVENTION
The location is the border of the marginal neighborhood Ciudad Oculta, near to “El elefante blanco”; a 1940s giant and abandoned hospital. There is a big urban difference between the formal town and the informal “Villa N°15” formed in the 80’s. The informal place is not urbanely recognized nor has connection to public services and green spaces. The actions were solved at different scales: Macro: Integration. The stands places and the workshop-house were thought to have a double function, that people from the neighborhood can work there, and exchange goods and services to the people outside the neightborhood blurring the border and helping integration. Medium: To urbanize. The villa needs to be recognized as a portion of the city with public spaces, like green spaces and big enough streets that an ambulance or firefighter truck can transit. Micro: To appropriate. This work involved adding a primary wet core (Kitchen+bathroom) to a precarious building by converting it to a dwelling. The different sizes of spaces allow families to grow and choose between different space options.

MIĂ‘AQUY FACTORY INTERVENTION
The main challenge in this Project was how to join/mix uses in an old 1920 factory inserted in La Boca neighborhood with the new uses: Dwelling, an open square and public spaces, how to spatially and functionally adapt a derelict factory without destroying its character. The new uses to be incorporated were a library, an exposition place, an open square and on the other hand, private dwelling. The goal is to promote the coexistence between public + private life. One of the most unique elements of this work is the long way made from pavement and void. Concrete was used here as it is a strong and flexible building material in the local area.

MENDOZA WINERY
The location is a field in Mendoza (Argentina). The charecteristics are: the weather is very dry and with a high temperature range . The terrain is crossed by a mountain range: “Cordillera de los Andes�, which is formed by the movement of tectonic plates. Is the perfect spot for the grape plants to grow. The main challenge in this project was how to combine mixed use spaces to: Wine production, tourism, travel and the lodge hotel. The project is modeled as a grape plant: The structure starts to grow between the tectonic plates. In the terrains, the strong base made of concrete becomes visible. Above it, a thin and delicate roof is supported.
