Today the airports are no longer just gates to the cities; they have become an integral part of the urban puzzle. This project explores the life of the airport beyond the security control, proposing an urban street - a covered gallery - that connects different programs present in the complex machine called the aerodrome. Along this gallery we can find urban squares, accompanied by diverse programs, that mark the access to the concourse buildings. The variety of activities proposed strives to achieve the sentiment of the urbanity by being greater than in a traditional airport.

With the rapid technological progress, imagining the building execution done by robots is becoming real. Robots, so common in other industries, are making slowly their appearence in the architecture field. Therefore, the project seeks to see, on the small scale, what the use of robot shall imply on the process of building production, from conception to assembly. After an analysis of robot implication into the assembly of two-dimensional pieces, we proceeded by analysing volumic interlocking pieces, some of which are later fabricated and assembled on site by robot. Working in a group of three we looked at the three stages of the production cycle - conception, fabrication and assembly - and how inextricably interwined these different stages of a project are.

In a group of seven we conducted a large scale project around Geneva city. We imagined a circular metro line that englobes the city, producing new points of access in the outskirts. These points are the push to the development in those areas. New urban axis are created further accentuating the grown of the region. Each node has a distinctive identity and is accomanied by measures in local building code, allowing for higher densities in some areas and preseving the green voids in others.
