The river Gomathi is one of the major rivers flowing through Uttar Pradesh, India. Sadly the river has been declared dead due to continued pollution and degradation. I am part of a team who has submitted a Riverfront Revitalisation proposal to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, India. With the use of technonlogy ‘ GEO GREEN BIO FILTERS ’ we aim to clean the river and provide clean drinking water to the residents in the area. The development was a designed to be a phase devlopment based on a public private partnership. I was responsible for all the visuals which include 3d models and renderings. I also produced a visual simulation which included a short video showcasing the detoriated condition and our vision for restoration of the river and the area. Softwares used were Sketchup with plugins Indigo Render, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign & Windows Filmaker.
#Community Design This project was organised as an international design competition in Dubai,UAE. The design brief was to create a public space which is accesible to all people for all walks of life. Various transient micro- ethnicities to the city a wealth of memories, expiernce and wisdom enriching Dubai’s urban life as people ‘s stories are weaved into the collective memory and making of the city. A public space which spirals into the ground level was designed which connected to the transport terminals, cafes and gallery was designed As part of the submission analysis and 3d renderings were submitted which were developed using softwares Google Sketchup, Auto CAD, Google Earth, Photoshop.
