INTRODUCTION Dear Candidate, In this application, you will be able to use all your creativity while creating & designing your own application to stand for the Member Committee 15-16 of AIESEC India. The process has been designed to bring out the best in you through your application. At the same time, filling the application will support you in preparing yourself for a great term on the Member Committee. The application for AIESEC India Member Committee 15-16 is divided into 7 parts: 1. Executive Summary : A One page summary of your entire application 2. Your Bio : Create your own Biography & share it with us. You have just one limitation - 1 Page. 3. Your CV : Give us the all important information we need to know about you, your career, other jobs you have had, contact details etc. You can use a maximum of 1 page to create your CV. 4. Application Questionnaire : This should not exceed 9 Pages. 5. Endorsements: For AIESEC India Members: - An endorsement from your Home LC - An endorsement from THREE other LCs in AIESEC India (by LCP Current or Elect) - An endorsement from another AIESEC Country (MC Level - Current Term) - An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory] For International Applicants: - An endorsement from your home LC - An endorsement from THREE AIESEC Countries (MCP level - current term) - An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory] Note : Candidates who are applying for MC VP BD need to submit another endorsement from a client who they have worked with. 6. Year Plan - The year plan for the portfolio you are applying for. Maximum 2 Pages or an Excel Sheet. 7. Video - All candidates are expected to make a 5 minute video as a part of their application. This video will be used for pre-screening by the MCP elect & online vote of confidence by the LCPs.
INTRODUCTION Things to keep in mind for the video: 1. You need to upload the video on YouTube 2. Any video longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted 3. If you are applying for two roles, then you need to make two videos 4. The video is not being evaluated on your technical video making skills Additional Notes For The Application: You can create your own design (graphic style & color usage). Make sure you create a separate file for all the parts of the application. We will be expecting the following documents 1. Executive summary 2. Biography 3. CV 4. Questionnaire 5. Endorsements 6. Year Plan If you are applying for more than one position, make sure you attach a different file with the answers to the specific questionnaire for the additional position (Second option) that you will be running for. GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE 1. Why does India need AIESEC? How will AIESEC move closer to its vision by doing AIESEC in a country like India? 2. What is the role of the Member Committee of AIESEC India currently? What should be the role of the Member Committee of AIESEC India in the AIESEC 2015 context? How do we bridge this gap? 3. Describe AIESEC to a ten (!0) year-old kid in maximum of fifty (50) words. 4. Critically analyse AIESEC India’s performance (Across organisational goals) & strategic directon from 2010 to 2014 (Calendar year). Specifically mention key achievements, non achievements & learnings of the 2014 calendar year. 5. Describe your experience in AIESEC India from 2012-2014 & evaluate how the organizational directon in each year has affected the same. 6. How have you evolved as an individual in AIESEC?
