ALPFA’s Most Powerful Latinas (MPL) program honors 50 extraordinary Latinas annually who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, influence, and impact across business, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership. Through this recognition, MPL serves as a catalyst for increasing the representation of Latinas in executive leadership and corporate boardrooms, while fostering a powerful community of mentorship, collaboration, and advocacy.

Who is considered for MPL? Honorees fall into one of the following categories:
Senior executives in Fortune 500 companies or equivalent holding C-suite, SVP, EVP, or other high-level leadership roles. These leaders drive business growth, industry innovation, and corporate strategy while shaping the future of leadership in their fields.
Founders or owners whose companies generate $500M+ in annual revenue or have demonstrated transformative industry impact and influence.
Board leaders who are serving on Fortune 500 or other major corporate boards, influencing corporate governance and strategic direction.
Public and social impact leaders who are driving systemic change in education, public policy, law, government, or nonprofit sectors, with national or international influence.
