Une vingtaine de participants ont appris a cuisiner des tapas d’une élaboration travaillée et sophistiquée de la main experte de Toni Sáez, et aussi avec Alex Managuerra, cuisinier du restaurant du Club Nautique Port d’Aro Café del Mar, où s’est tenu le cours. Anchois avec pain à la tomate, notre omelette de pommes de terre, coing, pommes au four et nuage de foie gras, mer et montagne, moules de rochers marinés et pommes chips, sardines aux pommes et aigre doux de soja, aubergines aux pois chiches, fromage brie et jambon de canard….

El paisaje en esta zona de la provincia de Girona ofrece un gran campo visual, con el macizo del Montgrí como referencia paisajística. El Hotel se sitúa en el centro de los terrenos del Club de Golf, junto a los hoyos más espectaculares del recorrido, ofreciendo su potente silueta como articulación del conjunto arquitectónico. Se plantea un edificio compacto de planta baja más dos, en su parte posterior, y una planta más en su fachada sur debido al desnivel del terreno. Esta planta alberga los salones, el bar, los comedores y las salas multiuso. Las plantas superiores se organizan en cruz, con habitaciones de diferentes tipologías y tamaños, abiertas a las cuatro orientaciones, ya que todas ellas disfrutan de espléndidas vistas al paisaje circundante, montañas del Montgrí, playa de Pals, visuales mas cercanas del propio campo de golf y otras mas lejanas del paisaje del Empordà. El conjunto de habitaciones- 87, de las que 7 son suites- quedan así organizadas de forma legible, permitiendo minimizar los efectos de una gran edificabilidad (6.000 m2 sobre rasante).

The landscape of this Baix Empordà area offers wonderful views of the Pals planes and the Ter river, with the hill of Montgrí to complete this landscape.. The hotel is located in the centre of the Golf course, along with the most spectacular greens , offering its powerful outline as an articulation of the architectural complex. A compact building with lower level plus two has been proposed due to the terrains different levels This level has the halls, the bar, the dining rooms and the multi use spaces. The superior levels are organized like a cross with different types and sizes of bedrooms. They are open to all orientations, since they all enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding landscape, Montgrí mountains, Pals beach, closer views of the golf course itself and other further ones of the Empordà landscape. The 87 bedrooms with 7 suites, are arranged cleverly, allowing to minimize the effects over a great building structure ( 6000 sqm low level flight)
Le paysage de cette région du « Baix Empordà » offre des vues magnifiques sur les plaines de Pals et de la rivière Ter, avec la présence imposante du massif du Montgrí. L’hôtel se trouve à la lisière de l’ensemble résidentiel et près des terrains du club de golf, arborant ainsi la force de tout son ensemble architectural. Les étages supérieurs sont disposés en forme de croix avec des chambres de différentes grandeur et catégories, toutes orientées aux quatre vents et jouissant de vues splendides sur le paysage, quelques unes tout près du terrain de Golf, d’autres avec des vues plus lointaines sur l’Empordà. L’étage des chambres, compacte, permet l’optimisation des zones communes, se prêtant à une circulation aisée tout le long des corridors, orientés vers la lumière naturelle et nous faisant profiter des vues extérieures par la disposition de fentes sur les façades nord et sud. Le revêtement des façades sont en bois IPE, de différentes textures et les séparations entre les pièces forment une sorte de grande réticule d’espace intermédiaire qui agit comme un filtre entre l’intérieur et le paysage. A la façade ouest, une grande marquise au dessus de l’entrée offre de la transparence à l’espace ouvert, créant légèreté et contraste.

El vial de acceso que serpentea entre los diferentes hoyos del campo de golf, conduce a los usuarios del hotel hasta una gran plaza o explanada, bajo la que quedan ocultos los aparcamientos y que permite su utilización como plataforma en la que acoger los diferentes eventos deportivos y de torneos de golf. El cuerpo de poniente conforma una gran marquesina sobre el acceso y soportado por un conjunto de pilares, ofrece un contraste en claroscuro y una transparencia sobre el espacio abierto, aligerando la gran masa del edificio, en contraste con la solidez y potencia de su implantación sobre la topografía. El interiorismo acentúa la calidez espacial de un hotel en contacto con la naturaleza y las condiciones de confort, que se ponen de manifiesto en las texturas, mobiliario y la configuración de los pasillos y habitaciones. Un baldaquín de revestimiento de madera lacada de diferentes colores, estructura la habitación, y facilita la disposición de paños de pared límpidos en conexión visual con la terraza, que de esta manera forma parte del mismo espacio de la habitación.

The access road that winds around the different golf camp holes, leads to the hotel users onto a great square or esplanade, where parking places hide and that can be used as a platform to host the different sportive events and golf tournaments. The west side produces a great shelter over the access and supporting a bunch of pillars and produces shadow sun contrast and transparency over the open space, lightening the buildings great volume, contrasting the heaviness and power of its implantation in this topography. Interior design puts an accent over the warmth of space in a hotel that is in contact with nature and the comfort conditions, that appear in textures, furniture and the configuration of halls and bedrooms. A red covering lacquer in different colours, structures the bedroom and makes visual connection between and the terrace easy. This way the terrace belongs to the bedroom.
La voie d’accès qui serpente entre les différents trous du terrain de golf, mènent les clients de l’hôtel vers une grande place ou esplanade, sous laquelle se cachent les places de parking et qui permet de l’utiliser comme une plateforme où accueillir des évènements sportifs et tournois de golf. La partie ouest se compose une grande marquise au dessus de l’entrée, soutenue par un ensemble de piliers, offrant un contraste clair-obscur et de la transparence sur l’espace ouvert, allégeant la grande masse du bâtiment en contraste avec la solidité et la force de sa situation sur le terrain. El acceso al hotel se produce de manera ceremoniosa, siguiendo un recorrido sinuoso a través de los bosques que lo rodean y del campo de golf. El itinerario se inicia a través de un paisaje de pinos y dunas sin tener ninguna visión del edificio. Poco a poco, aparece, volviendo a desaparecer. De pronto al subir un cerro la visual se abre por completo y se hace presente el volumen del hotel.
The access to the hotel presents itself in a ceremonious manner, following a curvy stroll through the forests that surround it and the golf course. The itinerary starts through pines and dunes a landscape without any vision over the building. Little by little it appears, once again disappearing. All of the sudden, going up a hill, the vision opens completely and the hotels volume presents itself completely.
El edificio se fragmenta y muestra su organicidad, en dos volúmenes blancos de líneas finas y delicadas que quedan suspendidas sobre una impresionante estructura de hormigón. En este punto se puede leer claramente la disposición interior de las dos franjas longitudinales que organizan el programa del edificio.
The building fragments itself and shows its organisation , in two white volumes with fine and delicate lines that remain suspended over an amazing cement structure. At this point the interior disposition of the two longitudinal frames that organize the buildings come to light.
Los acabados de gran calidad remiten a la tradición mediterránea de la modernidad. El edificio blanco, de configuración variable, como telón de fondo del paisaje; la piedra negra en los zócalos que ayuda a provocar el efecto de flotabilidad; la madera, en secciones de gran tamaño; y finalmente el vidrio, en enormes paños para disfrutar del entorno y del campo de golf.

The great quality finishing/ touches refer to a Mediterranean modern tradition. The white building, of variable configuration with the landscape as a backdrop.The black stone in the lower area that helps to produce the levitation effect: the wood, in great size sections and finally glass in giant pieces to enjoy the surroundings and the golf course.
L’accès à l’hôtel se fait de façon cérémoniale, en suivant un parcours sinueux à travers les bois qui l’entoure et le terrain de golf. L’itinéraire commence à travers un paysage de pins et de dunes sans apercevoir le bâtiment. Petit à petit, il apparaît, pour disparaître à nouveau. Soudain, en surmontant une colline, le champ visuel s’ouvre et s’impose alors le volume de l’hôtel. L’édifice se fragmente et dévoile son caractère organique en deux volumes blancs, avec des lignes fines et délicates qui sont suspendues au dessus d’une structure en béton impressionnante. Sur ce point on peut voir clairement la disposition intérieure des deux franges en longueur qui organisent la structure du bâtiment. Les finitions de grandes qualités rappellent la tradition méditerranéenne de la modernité. L’édifice blanc de configuration variable, comme un rideau de fond du paysage ; la pierre noire des soubassements donne une sensation de flottement ; les grandes structures de bois et finalement les vitres, en énormes panneaux pour jouir du paysage et du terrain de golf.

Begur is one of the most singular towns of the Baix Empordà region. The Begur castle ( XIth century) is without doubt the most emblematic sign of the medieval period of the villa. During the XVIth and XVIIth centuries the pirates attacked the Begur coasts forcing its inhabitants to build defense towers. Some of them are nowadays in good conservation shape.

El Capital Riego aporta valor añadido a las empresas donde invierte ya que, además de compartir el riesgo con el empresario, se implican en la dirección estratégica aportando todo su conocimiento y visión multisectorial y multidisciplinar. ¿Es rentable la inversión en Capital Riesgo? La respuesta es clara. Este tipo de inversión, históricamente, ha conseguido resultados superiores al de los mercados de acciones. El Capital Riesgo en España: En los últimos meses estamos viendo un boom de este tipo de inversión en el caso de clientes españoles, y esto se debe al atractivo fiscal que este tipo de inversiones tiene para los clientes de nuestro país. En España se pueden realizar inversiones a través de las SCR (sociedades de capital riesgo) o a través de FCR (fondos de capital riesgo), ambos tienen un tratamiento fiscal muy favorable ya que sus plusvalías están exentas al 99%, y lo más importante es que los inversores en este tipo de vehículos tienen tratamientos fiscales muy favorables, especialmente las personas jurídicas. ¿Es una buena inversión en el escenario económico actual? Es verdad que si las actuales turbulencias existentes en los mercados financieros se agravan, el capital riesgo puede verse afectado. Esto se traducirá en más miedos, los bancos más reacios a los préstamos para financiar este tipo de operaciones, pero lo que es indudable es de la necesidad de la existencia del Capital Riesgo para financiar nuevos proyectos y hacer crecer la actividad económica. Y aunque en el corto plazo puedan haber dudas esto no hará más que generar oportunidades en el medio y largo plazo.

And even though in the short term there could be doubts, this kind of investment is what will generate opportunities in the mid and long term. En Espagne on peut investir à travers les SCR (sociétés de capital risque) où par FCR (fonds de capitaux risque) ; Les deux bénéficient d’un traitement fiscal très favorable puisque leurs Plus values sont exonérées à 99% et le plus important est que tout investisseur dans ce genre de canal a un traitement fiscal très favorable, et plus spécialement les personnes juridiques. Est-ce un bon placement dans le cadre économique actuel ? Il est vrai que si les troubles actuels qui existent sur les marchés financiers s’aggravent, le Capital Risque peut s’en voir affecté. Ceci se traduira par des peurs, les banques se montreront plus réticentes envers les emprunts pour financer ce genre d’opération, mais il n’y a aucun doute sur le besoin de l’existence du Capital Risque pour financer de nouveaux projets et faire croître l’activité économique.
