JallianwalaBagh is at a distance of 5 minutes by walk. It’s a ground where the 1919 mass massacre took place. On April 13 of that year, the British army soldiers open fired on an unarmed gathering of men, women and children killing 1579 people within a lasting period of 10 minutes. The bullet holes on the ground wall and the adjoining building are still found and the massacre still cries loudly in the hearts of the visitors. Mata Temple is a labyrinthine Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Laldevi. The temple is for the women who wish to get pregnant and have kids. The summer palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh is in the Rambagh Park. The palace now owns a museum. Ram Tirth is considered to be the place where Devi Sita gave birth to the sons of Lord Ram namely Lav and Kush. This place is popular among the Hindu pilgrims and definitely deserves a visit.
