Welcome to our Gold Rings Point Guide System! If you don't know me, my name is Katherine Dinh and I am Divisions 13 Wests News Editor for the 2022-2023 term! I make newsletters for the Division which gives monthly updates on what the Division has done so far! (As well as clubs in the Division). I'm proud to announce the newly updated Gold Rings System which helps clubs map out their term by setting any goals/plans to ensure their club can earn points. By the end of the term, the club with the most points will earn CLUB OF THE YEAR! Make sure to use this system wisely and have fun! :) Spiking Off,

What’s Rolling Hedgehogs!! Mama hedgehog here! Throughout all the memories I've made in my previous 3 terms in Key Club, I have learned just how much you get back from the experiences you can create yourself!! With the gold ring system, you can help your school to get more recognition for the amazing work done by all members. get the gold for all the golden memories you create!

Position: Executive Assistant '22-'23 My name is Faye Nguyen and I currently serve Division 13 West as one of their Executive Assistants. The Gold Ring System is important in ensuring the activity within our Division! It’s a fun way to keep track of attendance and motivate your members to participate in the various activities Division 13 West offers!

Position: Executive Assistant '22-'23 Hi hedgehogs! I am Elia Manuel, serving as executive assistant for D13W. The gold ring system is important for home clubs to show their full potential by having members fully engaged in DCMs, events, meetings, and many more. This system allows clubs to get recognized for being the best!!!

Position: Member Recognition Coordinator'22-'23 What’s Spiking Hedgehogs! This is Samantha Berjamin your D13W Member Recognition Chair. I am a rising Junior that is currently attending Downtown Magnets High School. I’m so excited to present to you our Gold Ring System for this term. Most of y’all are probably asking what the Gold Ring System is. Well, it is a division point guide system created specifically for our divisions schools club to ensure active participation and club spirit! It is important to know what and why you should know this point guide system because by the end of this term, your promoted school’s club may get achieve Club of the Month or personal recognitions. Earn points through Service Projects, attending our annual DCM’s, Division events, and many more!

HOW DOES IT WORK? This point system allows clubs to map out their term by setting any goals/plans to ensure their club can earn points. The club with the most accumulated amount of points by the end of the term will earn CLUB OF THE YEAR!

WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES? Submission (includes bonus points), Attendance (includes bonus points), Promotion, Club Service Projects, Funds Raised for PTP, Membership, Member Recognition

TIPS/REMINDERS - Promote, promote, promote! Enlighten the members you serve about the point system and why they should participate (attendance, promotion, and membership category) - For certain events, make attendance mandatory for your members (ex. DCMs, club/divisional service events, spirit nights before FRS, etc) - PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBER ATTENDACE WILL BE RECORDED BASED ON SIGN UP FORMS PROVIDED FOR EACH EVENTS.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON POINTS EARNED? No! Earn as many points as possible form all catagories throughot the term!

What is Monthly Recognition Program? The CNH Member Recognition Program is a program designed to recognize a large number of dues-paid Key Club members with a minimum of fifty service hours. There are four levels of recognition, as explained in the rubric: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
