CONCEPT Youth Speak Forum Tanzania | 2016 Youth speak F O R U M
A premier event that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims at creating an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross pollinate ideas , share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

OCVP DELEGATE SERVICING
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Be the meeting point between the national team and OC team Organize OC meetings Lead, organize and ensure compliance of the action plan for the event Track OC performance and report during weekly meetings to the national team. Develop strategies for the involvement of AIESEC members and external audience to work on the event. Deliver a final report of the work done by the OC. Ensure the overall success of the event Ideal profile
Team management experience Strong sense of urgency Excellent work under pressure Coaching and tracking skills Solution and results oriented Availability 15-25 hours per week, increase closer to the event.
First point of contact between delegates and AIESEC Delegate help desk during the event Provide necessary information for the event Registration management and provide qualitative delegate servicing experience

ROLES DESCRIPTION AND REQUIRED PROFILE OCVP MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS Key responsibilities
Creating promotional materials for the event and working closely with MCVP Marketing making sure it reaches the right audience. Be the first point of contact between AIESEC and media i.e manage media relations. Overall responsible for social media marketing. Perform related works as required.
Ideal profile
Have a good understanding of social media tools Knowledge of graphic software such as adobe photoshop, HTML Creative in marketing Team management skills Availability 15-20 hrs/ week, increase closer to the event.
OCVP LOGISTICS (2 Positions) Key responsibilities
On -site logistics ( Ensure presence of all necessary logistics and raising them from various in- kind sources. Ensuring smooth flow of agenda in terms of logistics On-site delegate servicing and setup for venue Managing transportation for special guests and equipments Collecting information about amount of materials which might be needed for the forum and provide them Reduce the cost of the event. Ideal profile
Interpersonal and team management skills Ability to multi-task Sales and negotiation skills Excellent planning and execution skills Solution oriented attitude Availability 15-20 hrs/ week , increase closer to event.

Making research about potential partners for youth speak forum Contact and meet with partners for negotiations Work with the national team in preparing proposals and signing contracts with partners Making sure the agreement with partners are delivered Work with OCVP Marketing in raising media partners and OCVP logistics in raising in-kind partners Ensure presence of key people
