Every Thursday Through August Music in the Gardens Performance starts at 7:30p. Gate opens at 6:30p; closes at 9p. Amarillo Botanical Gardens kicks off another summer of entertainment with the popular Music in the Gardens on Thursday nights, June through August. On June 3, garden designers and garden docents will be available to visit with you about selected gardens spaces from 6:30p-7:30p. Fri., Jul. 2-Sun., Jul. 5 Will Rogers Range Riders Rodeo. The Will Rogers Range Riders Rodeo began when a group of men who enjoyed trail riding started the rodeo as an annual fundraiser for the club. The event, always held during the July 4th weekend, uses it proceeds to give back to the community through the makea-wish foundation and scholarships. The rodeo began at a N. Bell Street location but moved to its current location at 8829 S. Washington in 2006. Amarillo will be host tot the three - state Will Rogers Range Riders Rodeo this month. which is its 69th year here. Don't get me wrong, with a cast filled with funny people, it had some funny moments but not as much as you would expect. If your into gross-out humor, as always Rob Schneider has no limits and makes out with his 70 year old wife! Tongue and all! I’m just giving you a heads up! It took hilarious comediaans ns and made them ordinary by putting jokes and sslap-stick lapback to back. The women’s funny moments sstood tood out more because they weren’t trying so hard. Adam Sandler is a rich m ovi producer with spoiled kids and a cold wife, played movie by Salma by S Hayek. Kevin James, the guy from King of Q uee is married to Maria Bello who was in Coyote Queens, Ugly Ugly. She was funny because she was still breastfeeding her ffour year old. And I’m telling you Kevin James gets Botox because his forehead doesn’t move! I can’t even look at Rob Schneider without seeing Duece Bigalow. He was married to a woman who looked like his grandma. Chris Rock, who I think is the funniest of the group, plays a house-husband and he bored me. David Spade was the single one and he just looked like a doofus who needed a haircut. They all spend the weekend in a cabin goofing off and bonding. But their immaturity did teach their children how to lay off the X-Box and be kids who enjoy little things like skipping rocks and talking through cups attached by string.
