Sunderland Empire is delighted to announce that we’re now part of Ambassador Theatre Group’s (ATG) Creative Learning team. ATG has a long standing commitment to developing creative learning, education and community participation work in its venues. This work is important because it helps open up our theatres to communities in which they are based, thus creating new audiences and a greater appreciation of the value of live theatre. The Sunderland Empire Creative Learning Department develops activities, events and projects based on and inspired by the shows on stage. The aim is always to meaningfully involve and engage the local community. 28

The workshop is based around how snow is made and fits with Key Stage 2 curriculum topic, ‘Changing Materials, The Water Cycle.’ The workshop will take the form of a 75 minute movement and voice class including a warm up and cool down.
