AMC Cultivate Podcast 1: The Power of Collaboration: AMC Expo 2022, BKT Tires and Field of STARS

AMC Cultivate Podcast was launched on May 19, 2022, with an episode exploring the power of cultivating collaboration through networking, partnerships and giving back.

The episode begins by looking back at key takeaways from AMC’s Guelph Expo: Tech Talent Together. Next, Alan Eskow, Vice President for Sales and Marketing for BKT Tires in Canada speaks to the networking opportunities AMC membership has afforded BKT, allowing the company to make solid inroads into ag manufacturing in Canada.

The episode wraps up with Dan Aberhart, President of Aberhart Ag Solutions and 2022 Field of STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service) Committee Chair, sharing information about Field of STARS in conjunction with Ag in Motion and in support of STARS Air Ambulance. The event returns to Ag in Motion July 18-20, 2023.

AMC Cultivate Podcast 3: Exploring the Sales Side of Ag Manufacturing

In our third and most recent episode released this past April, we explored the world of ag manufacturing from a sales perspective. Neither of our two Cultivate Podcast guests expected to find themselves in the ag manufacturing industry, but both found themselves fitting in and finding their passion.

Chris Morson, Regional Sales Manager at Raven Industries, explains how he found his way from the oil patch to studying psychology and hotel and restaurant management to finding himself fully engaged in agricultural equipment sales.

Jordan Graber, Parts and Sales Representative at Bauman Manufacturing, found herself in what she thought was going to be a temporary role in ag manufacturing. Once she was immersed in ag manufacturing, she was hooked by the opportunities she discovered.
