Each year, more than 2,500 babies die in the U.S. from SIDS, and Mary Greeley Medical Center is focused on making sure parents and staff have the resources they need to prevent this terrible tragedy. Melissa McGarry, executive director of the Mary Greeley Foundation said, “Through Variety’s grant program, we are able to continue our focus on enhancing the education and prevention of SIDS with all of our newborns. The program helps to ensure we are sending parents home with the necessary tools to provide a safe environment for their child.”
