SUMMER

COLLEGE • N A I PRA IST R Y H

2015

Will You Pray?

As our Ozark family disperses into the nations over the summer months, they rely on the Holy Spirit and your prayers for strong backs, humble hearts, and gracious spirits. Your prayers demolish the strongholds they face, dissolve the anxieties that form in their minds, and demonstrate the presence of God in even the smallest details. We’re asking you to ask for promptings and clear moments of providence. We need each person covered. As they struggle, sacrifice, teach, rock babies, dig wells, and build homes, our brothers and sisters will need the way paved for their hearts. Pray each heart is centered on the Father and illuminated by Christ until His light shines upon every one of God’s children who crosses the path of our Ozark family.

“We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will. - Paul in his letter to the Romans 3
